Was hit by a car on 5/27/26 and was taken to Baylor Hospital. Came home and slept most of the day due to the meds I was given. 5/28/26 was at Tom Thumb Gaston when I experienced pure panic and unstabilized movements as if I was to pass out. Recognizing these symptoms to look out for while I was being treated at Baylor Hospital, I drove a few feet to Frontline ER. Once again, biggest mistake. My left side of my body (hit by a car) was throbbing and my head felt like it was splitting. I was wheeled into room 6 with no one but myself. Then Dr. Aaron Love walked in and stood six feet away from me and asked "What pain can he help me with". I explained the symptoms I had and he diagnosed me with having an anxiety attack! All this, while not once examining me! This is the same dr a few years ago that wrote me meds for the flu at 5 in the morning. At the time, he told me that I should've had it filled that day he gave me the hard copies. I asked both the nurse and dr for a return to work note and their response was "you got here on your own then you should be ok at work". Per nurse, "we do not give out return to work papers". So unless you're dying.....go somewhere else or just go to work. Dr. Dodging is as useful as an unused ashtray. No scans were ordered because I came to the clinic on my own. Took our son in for an ear infection since it was after 9pm and no other place was open nearby. Waited for over an hour without even seeing a doctor. Our son was in pain and NO one else was there the wait time certainly wasn't due to high patient volume. Went for a COVID Test and was denied, despite documenting I was exposed to family members that tested positive about a week ago. I stated my concerns for coming in were obviously that, and that I travel periodically, plan to be around family and only had symptoms of a headache. Denied! Was told travel wasn't an acceptable reason for a rapid test and headache is not a symptom. I explained my family testing positive, which I've been in contact with recently, was the reason I was there.... you really need more than that? Lady passing out clipboards said "well, you already documented it on the form, and headache is not a symptom!" ERRR? Ohh...so you think I'm one of those folks just coming up here to get a test for nothing, making up ish, got it. That's too bad that's the type of people yall deal with to make such a statement. I stated I'd go somewhere else. BTW, I work in clinical research AND specifically on one of the trials for COVID, which got APPROVED for the vaccine; don't tell me what the symptoms are. read more

The ER doctor on Thursday night said I had no signs of wheezing, though my wheezing was audible. He just kept saying I was fine though I had no voice, couldn't breathe, and had chest pain. He was so incompetent and uninterested in providing care it was shocking. The nurse stepped in and we worked together to make sure I was taken care of. She was great. I had a very good experience here. I'm not sure if "good" is the right word for rolling in here at 12:30 am with severe abdominal pain and finding out I had a major UTI, but I was very happy with the service I got that night. It was very professional, quick, and very clean considering the corona virus precautions. I really liked everyone who examined me. Even though it was super early, no one had a bad attitude . This happened in the middle of my finals, and they were very sympathetic towards that. Even though I was exhausted, their instructions for post visit care were very clear and they answered all my questions very effectively. I felt very comfortable discussing everything I needed to with everyone I saw. Overall I hope I don't have to go to the ER again but if I do I definitely trust this place to give me quality care. Stay away if at all possible. Google search shows Frontline ER offers Rapid 15 minute testing and insurance accepted. I showed up at a little before 9am, second person in line outside of the building. A patient care representative states that it is $200 for a test. When I state that I have insurance, I am told "well, insurance you will have to come back in one hour because we are not processing insurance pay right now due to high volume." Needless to say, I left. It is unacceptable business practice to profit off of a test that is billable to the CARES ACT even when one does not have insurance. Here I am trying to use insurance and for the luxury of "jumping line" I would need to pay $200. Save yourself and go somewhere else despite what the website states. read more

A doctor here tried to DESTROY MY LIFE! Do NOT go here! I went into this facility with intense pain and swelling to my ears, lips and ankles. I was loosing my hair. My skin was also very brittle and peeling off with the slightest touch. I had recently been diagnosed with MITE I got from a hotel I stayed at for work, by my Internal Medicine Doctor and my boyfriend was diagnosed with the same by his Dermatologist. Both of which I told the doctor here, but I was unable to get last minute appointments with either of them. Instead of treating the mites or helping me AT ALL, the doctor proceeded to tell the people that accompanied me here that I was having a psychotic break! He told my guests and all his staff that I did not have mites and I was just self inflicting all the wounds that covered my entire body. I did everything to convince this guy that I had them and I had already been diagnosed. I have severe allergies and I was concerned I was have an allergic reaction to the Ivermectin medicine I had taken or possibly contracted a different type of mite from the hotel that infected me. I was pulling white larvae out of my tongue and lips and showing them. I was very scared. Very Scared, but the doctor could care less. I took a Phase 2 Larvae out of my skin on my arm and handed it to him. He didn't even BOTHER LOOKING UNDER THE MICROSCOPE! I showed him several pictures on my phone that I took using a microscope and showed him the 5-6 eggs that had fallen off on the bed right there in front of him. HE WOULDN'T EVEN LOOK. Because he decided to do this, he has now cost me 3 of the closest people I had in Dallas. They proceeded to tell almost everyone I know my private information and I've had to have several talks with my family to convenience them this doctor is an IDIOT and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. Even with proof in his hands, he told everyone at the office that I was crazy instead of BEING A DOCTOR AND HELPING ME. They charged me $150 with no help or any answers provided. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here! I took my sister here after she had a bad fall at the lake and I couldn't believe how inconsiderate, arrogant, rude, and careless the doctor was! My sister was in agonizing pain with her wrist completely deformed from breaking both bones from the fall, and all the doctor could say was "yeah it might be dislocated. Or I guess it might be broken." He was incredibly unprofessional, sarcastic and condescending towards both my sister and I as we were just needing someone to help relieve her pain for the time being! But all he was "concerned" about was her "anxiety" but of course she was panicking since she was in SO MUCH pain, but by no means was she having anxiety! The doctor got an ultrasound of her bones but he was incredibly rough with her SEVERELY broken wrist. He was literally hurting her as he was gliding the ultrasound all over her broken wrist! We ended up having to go to a hospital after all, so all that was done in the 2.5 hours we wasted there was a completely insensitive ultrasound that caused more pain and a few pain killers given. I would give 0 stars if I could, how do you bill as an ER but you're not in network with Texas Health Plans. Then they give you a form to sign stating they're not gonna give you any statements or code so you can check with your insurance the coverage (which is illegal, you can request all codes for billing purposes and they should be provided regardless) This place is a scam, they offer an exam at no charge if you don't do treatment. But you have to pay $300 for the exam PLUS 180 for the "testing" if you DO get treatment. Make it make sense. Never again. If you bill as an "ER" you should be contracted with all Texas Gov Plans, now if you're an Urgent Care it's diff but the fact they bill as ER is super sketchy. On top of that they wouldn't provide a work note because he didn't get treatment but If I had provided insurance they still would have billsed the exam and vitals, so why would we not be given a form he was seen just because he didn't get treatment that they are overcharging for? I was very pleasantly surprised at this place. Enough so that I will likely never go to another ER. This place was clean, nice, large rooms, immediate attention, and gave me the cost variations in advance. Dr. Guy, Tomás, Jaime, Luzma, Cody and Candy were very professional, kind and with a good sense of humor. Stay away from this place if at all possible. While the people working were polite, it is very disorganized and they lied to me. In October, I showed up after working a 14 hour shift at the hospital to be rapid COVID tested because my roommate had tested positive for COVID that day. I work with heart transplant patients and was expected to be at work the next day, therefore it was necessary to be tested that night. They were listed as a COVID testing site online. I called to ask the wait time for a rapid COVID test, expecting it to be long, but was told "a couple hours at most." I showed up and there was a line throughout the entire parking lot. When I was approached with the paperwork, I specifically asked if this would be considered an emergency room visit since I was filling out insurance information. I was told no, the insurance company would only be charged for the test and that I would not be charged. I even asked if my insurance was accepted at the facility, and looked online, which it was. After waiting for 2 hours, I asked how many people were still in front of me. I was told it would still be a 2 hour wait and to wait in my car. I was also given the option to not use insurance and go through the drive through-self pay option for $200. I thought this was sketchy & seemed as if they were taking advantage of people during the pandemic, but let it go. At midnight, I was called from my car to enter a room where they asked if I had any symptoms and swabbed my nose. 30 minutes later a PA entered to tell me I was negative, but that it would still be a good idea to quarantine. That was it. Again, this was in October. Fast forward to today, January 26th, I get a statement from my insurance for my claims that had been processed. This visit from October was listed as an emergency room visit for $2500 & a separate physician services charge for $1700. I have since called my insurance to appeal, but also called Frontline ER. I was told that it is considered an emergency room visit because I entered the facility. It states on the Frontline ER website "emergency patients will be seen first as this is an emergency room." If I was charged for an emergency room visit, why was I not seen first and why did I wait for 4 hours? Also, if this is the case, why were the self pay lines not lengthened while emergency patients visited? I am not mad about waiting in a line for testing. I am not mad at the workers themselves who are working the long hours. I am mad that this facility is taking advantage of people during a pandemic and are screwing people over. Thankfully, I know people who were present and witnessed the questions I had asked and I am still employed if (God forbid) I do have to pay for these bills. However I am LIVID for the people who are not so fortunate. read more

I had to be tested for Covid and I was impressed with the 15 minute rapid result that is shown on their page and on google. I got there at 11:03pm. I was using insurance. We wait in our personal vehicles until they call our phones and then you go inside. I got a call back at 12:33pm. I was swabbed within 3 minutes and was told my results would be given in 15 minutes. Let's say it's 12:40 just for their sake. I had asked if I had to stay, they said, "they being the 2 night assistant helpers" oh it only takes 15 minutes to get the results. Don't you want to wait. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt... 40 minutes later, I opened the door to my waiting room and they are just chilling in their center work area playing on their phones, chit chatting like there isn't people in the rooms waiting to get their results and leave. I told them I was leaving and would like my results or they can just call me or email me the results and I get the run around that I have to be evaluated cause that's the service paid for by insurance and that I was next in line. I then waited another 8 minutes, over hearing the two still talking and then I finally get "evaluated". Grand total from start to finish was 2 hours and 40 minutes. Honestly I'd give a 5 star rating to the man working the front desk doing the paperwork and identification/insurance card work. He was very professional, prompt, and efficient. The man and woman in the back need to consider being more prompt and efficient like the man in the front. Maybe then it wouldn't take hours to get a room sanitized and ready for the next Covid test. Instead they'd rather chill and make paying customers wait just cause they can. Lastly, if you're a cash customer, you do get seen quicker and you'll be swabbed outside. But the results will not be in 15 minutes. 3 different customer/patients sat and waited for results for 25, 32, and 38 minutes. You get bored at night and pay attention to things like this when it's this late at night. read more

I can not say enough great things about this place. My daughter has Dysautonomia and EDS do she suffers with awful migraines and body pain. We have been to many hospitals, ER's and after hour facilities but this place by far is our #1 place to go for great care. They are understanding, have great empathy for what my daughter goes through, and are always so kind. They actually try to make my daughter feel taken care of. For those who go in for migraine treatments and have to stay over night they have a nicer room towards the back set up so serene. The lightning is low for migraine sufferers, they also have a peppermint oil diffuser that blows out aromatherapy steam to also help (and it does). At first I thought it was just the team she got on the first two times (Candy and Dr. Tran) but then we came on two other nights with different staff, but they each had their own unique way of treating us special. I mean the guy and girl who sit at the front desk, Candy and the other 2 African American nurses, and she the three doctors we've seen have all been THE BEST. THIS PLACE CARES!!! I only wish they all medical facilities treated their patients like this place does. Feel assured that you will be well taken care of here. They also have one in Houston with similar staff but we haven't had the pleasure of going there yet. I'm sorry I can't remember everyone's names. Candy is usually my daughter's nurse so her name stuck plus she is a Jewell. But so are the others. Normally when going to a new doctor I am a little skeptical about the staff and I have a nervous feeling in my stomach. However, Frontline ER Dallas made me feel at home and comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. This hospital seemed very clean and the staff was very friendly. They not only welcomed me with a smile but they made every interaction as impersonal as possible. Well, this would be a 5 star review if it were solely for the care I received. Back in July I drove myself in around 3:00 AM with severe inner ear pain and bleeding. They treated me for barotrauma. I was the only one in there and the doctors and nurses were quick and attentive. I recovered within a few weeks. Then a few days later, I was in the same plaza getting my hair cut. I was parked right in front of the ER. When i came out, someone had hit my car and didn't leave a note. Deep nasty scrapes that took chunks of the paint off. I went back to the ER to see if they might have security footage to bring to the police. Sure enough, right behind the front desk there was live security footage shown of the parking lot EXACTLY where I had been parked. I knew the exact day and time window where this happened so acquiring the footage should have been easy. I spoke with someone in the office about reviewing the security tapes and was told that a maintenance person would review it and get back to me. I gave them my information but never heard anything back. I also sent multiple follow up emails to the woman I had spoken with. No response. Maybe they didn't realize I had been a client of theirs a few days prior but that shouldn't even matter. Why have security cameras if you're not going to help people when their property is carelessly defaced? Additionally, I recently received a bill for $750 when previously I had received a statement saying that my insurance covered the entire visit. I'm in the process of working that out right now, but something is screwy with their accounting department. read more

Not impressed and would not use based on first impression. Called on a Sunday evening to inquire about rapid Covid-19 Testing for a child. Two questions. One, if I bring my child in for Covid-19 rapid testing, is there an ER insurance co-pay associated with the testing? Two, what is the cost for the Covid-19 rapid testing? The woman answering the phones had no clue and I had to prompt her more than once to ask a nurse or someone else to find out the answer as it was time sensitive. In the process, she disconnected me. I waited to see if I would be called back (no), so called again. The PA (Ashley) who she finally handed the phone too seemed just as small-minded based on her attitude as the woman who answered the phone. I hung up and called Walgreen's Pharmacy on 5742 E Mockingbird Ln. and they were much more informative and quicker to respond with a level of professionalism--what I would've expected more from an "ER". I don't recommend this test cite. I waited three hours to finally be called inside. They left me in a room for another hour before coming to test me. Then I had to wait another 45 minutes for results. There were several people on staff but hardly any people there to be tested. Very inefficiently run. No one mentioned to me that I would be billed for emergency services, despite not needing them, and, most importantly, no one discussed ANY charges with me upfront. One month later, they sent me a $1187 bill for an office visit and a flu test with a separate $415 bill from the physician ($1600+ total). The people that worked there were kind, but please don't let a business like this take advantage of you and your family. It is truly abhorrent, and I cannot stress enough that you should avoid the suffering going there will bring you at all costs. Service and care seemed great at the time but even though we were there for close to an hour, no one bother to let us know that they were not in my network and that we'd be stuck paying 100% of the bill. When a family member cuts themselves bad late at night and need stitches, you don't have time to look up in network provider while they are bleeding badly. My daughter and I were exposed to Covid on 12/22 by my soon to be step daughter who I brought to be tested here. We were told to wait 5 days. Today is 12/27 and we showed up and waited in line to be tested. The woman who took our initial forms told me we could not get tested, I pointed out we waited five days and she pointed out that I had accidentally written 10/22 not 12/22. Oops! She refused to give me new forms and took my pen away from me and said I was not allowed to correct the ones I had messed up on... ... she said this would be turned in to insurance (the form had no insurance info on it) and that I'd have to come back tomorrow or pay cash to still get tested that day. After waiting an hour, I begged and pleaded. My kids already missed Christmas and this is such a dumb reason to refuse testing. She ended the conversation and moved on to the person behind me. So rude. I get being overworked, but to completely suck at your job and make arbitrary rules? Pitiful and negligent with Covid flying around. Straight up awful. No matter when you go they will tell you there is a 2.5 hour wait. Furthermore, when you do end up at the front of the line, they question you (in the lobby!) about wether or not you are actually ill. Before taking your temp or doing any sort of evaluation they ask if you're sure you're sick/ need to be tested. It was just odd.
