Jose installed a new tire in under 15 minutes for a wheel that I brought to them. When my girlfriend's motorcycle would not shift into neutral the day before I was meeting with a new buyer - Jose and Liz saved my butt. They were direct, gave a rough quote and a timeline so my expectations were met and I was not left guessing when the job would be completed. Turned out the transmission needed a new shifter fork due to the accident. In no time, this was sorted out. They gave the motorcycle an oil change and minor alignment. They were even kind enough to help us with the paperwork for the sale of the motorcycle. Everyone left happy with no surprises. I was clear what needed to be done--I wanted it tuned up. His response was thoughtful--people come in with $1500 bikes with $3000 worth of problems and if it doesn't make sense to spend the money on a tune up because the transmission is going; it's a prescription for people feeling bad. He did a thorough diagnostic work up, and then went ahead and did a tune up. I've ridden /5s most of my riding life (50 years) and have always worked on them myself. When Lawrence was done, it ran better than I can ever remember a /5 running. Found several outfits to do painting or powder coating and best comms came from Finish Logic so went w/ them. Dropped off the wheels and had a new set of tires drop-shipped to them. I was anxious during the short wait... da Work: After getting a look at my wheels and stripping it down to bare metal, they noticed a dent and small crack on one of the wheels and gave me the options w/ clear info. They suggested sourcing another wheel and that they would wait on it or they could do a dent & crack repair and roll the dice that it balances. Should've listened to them; that wheel couldn't balance. When I went to get an alignment and re-balance the tires, they confirmed an issue with one wheel, showing a little wobble at 80mph. da Service: Great comms from start to finish, quick turn-around, and quality work.
