I've been using these guys for years. Great personal service. If you are an artist and need a fine front made, these guys are the best.

I really fell in love with this place. Very nice owner..super super sweet and a camera legend;)…read more There's a good deal of little gems in this little shop if you look/ask. Pricing is pretty reasonable in my opinion..especially given that there aren't too many film camera repair shops in our area.

This is, without question, the worst experience I've ever had with a repair business…read more I brought my Canon PowerShot in because the lens wasn't closing completely. The camera still worked perfectly otherwise. Instead of giving me a quote while I was there, they had me wait a day, only to come back with an estimate of nearly $300 for a camera that originally cost around $500. I declined the repair and picked up my camera. When I got home and tried to use it, the camera no longer worked properly. The flash wouldn't function, it wouldn't focus, and it became completely unusable. When I went back to the shop, the owner was incredibly rude and took no responsibility. He told me they "only looked at the camera" and didn't bother checking whether it actually worked before returning it to me. He also refused to stand behind their work in any way, saying there was no warranty, and claimed it would now cost over $400 to fix. I brought them a camera with a lens issue that was still functional. I left with a camera that no longer works at all. My PowerShot had lasted only a year and a month, and I truly regret ever bringing it here. I'm now out a camera, and the complete lack of accountability made an already frustrating situation even worse. I would never recommend this business. So corrupt.

Flats Film Lab has been my go to place to get my film developed for the past 3 years. They have an…read moreeasy peasy process: 1) Fill out a form at their 24 hour access drop off box. They have other locations, but hours vary, 2) Pay online at flatsfilm.com or scan the QR code on the form, 3) Send your roll off on its way! They will send a confirmation email once they receive your roll and have a 7-9 business day turnaround for up to 4 rolls. And usually they're quicker than that! They will send your scans to download via email in a convenient link. The quality is great and the prices are reasonable. Honorable mentions - they hold classes, have a community darkroom, and host fun art exhibits. I LOVE FLATS!!

I asked the lady at the front if I can purchase physical copies because I was planning on making a photo album. I even asked her what size is standard for that. She told me, but I guess didn't ring up that I wanted physical copies because weeks later for pick up we asked about the physical copies. She said we didn't have any and the situation was explained then she rudely said, "well that's not what it says so I don't know what to tell you". I wish I had read the prior reviews saying that these employees are rude. Anyways, I ended up going somewhere else to get physical copies.
