LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I wanted to get a wide angel lens but I didn't want to make a big purchase so I decided to rent the canon 16-35mm f2.8. Since I first rented about 6 months ago, I've come back at least 6x for the same lens. They have multiple options for however long you want to rent it & if you had any questions, they got back to you right away. I usually rent the lens for about a week but I always end up extending the rental & when I call to do so, they give me an even better deal for my rental! When I was in a time crunch and needed a light source for a video production shoot, Photo Rental Source came to my rescue. It is a bit difficult to find the place as it's on the 3rd floor of an office building. There is visitor parking, but if it's full, there is also a parking garage. Upon entering, you will find iPads and Computers around where you can go to their website and see what equipment they have available. So, technically, you could do this at home or on your phone before even coming in, which is a timesaver. Luckily, they had a light that I needed, and I paid around $40 for a week's use. It was quick, easy, and the service was friendly. They have all sorts of equipment including cameras and lenses as well. If I ever need equipment for a gig and not looking to own it, Photo Rental Source will be my go-to place from now on. Thanks guys! This was my first time using PRS, and the shop answered all my questions patiently. I ordered a fuji xt2 body for two days later (3 day rental) with no issues. It came with two batteries, a batt charger and a 16g card. Everything was charged upon arrival and in good condition. Packed very well in protective foam. Photo Rental Source is definitely the best places to rent camera gear. I had rented a Canon 100-400mm lens for the weekend, and I had a pick up on Thursday. I was running late from school and they called me to remind me that I had a pick up. I told them I was running behind and they said to just give them a call when I arrived so they could open the door since it does automatically lock after 6pm (Their place is located inside an office building on the 3rd floor.) When I arrived, I gave them my ID and in less than 5 minutes I was out the door. I had told them I had never used the lens and they explained it well to me. It came with a case, filter, and lens cap. The quality of the lens was amazing. It was clean, felt amazing, and was well maintained. When I returned the lens on Monday, there was no questions asked even when I had lost the box they gave to me with the lens. I just said I was sorry about it and they said no problem. I've rented from Photo Rental Source several times and this is a grade-A top-notch customer first rental service on top of having the best prices for rentals in town. Big shout out to Brad who came through in a pinch for me. I needed a long lens for a last-minute event and couldn't make it to the store before close on a Friday evening. Without hesitation, Brad's immediate response was don't worry we can get you taken care of in time for your shoot. Brad went above and beyond making accommodations to meet me on a weekend when the store was closed believe it or not at a Starbucks to get me the lens I needed. But that's not the end of the story for this stellar company who has already shown they value their customers. I got home and mounted the lens to take a few shots to get familiar with it.
