I will say that more often than not, there is something going on with the escalators so you may be able to travel one way on the escalator but not the other, requiring you to take the elevator back up/down. I find that this exchange is always pretty well stocked and have never had an issue with them being out of whatever item(s) I came for, and just like any other exchange, items are typically priced a little cheaper than their out in town equivalent, with the addition of tax-free sales. The store is typically pretty well organized and well maintained, always clean, and the staff is relatively friendly/helpful.

We were worried about fittings given that nobody could come into the shop itself, but besides a few small adjustments day-of, everything fit perfectly. Their suits are definitely of high quality, and the people working there are kind, responsive, and overall and top-knotch to work with. Zero regrets, would rent from them again.
