Worst customer service ever. Im here waiting for propane to be filled up and there is a bunch of people here waiting for pay for gas and the cashier is on break yet there is 2 workers in the auto garage. Asked them and they said wait for the cashier.. really if you work in the auto garage you should be trained in the snack shop, cashiering, and how to fill up propane tanks. Every time I have been here it has been nothing but bad and incompetent customer service and staff. Will be calling corporate about this location. Note: the gas station and garage share a building, but are separate businesses. I needed my tire patched. They had me up and running within minutes, which was super helpful because I was on my way to drop my son off at school. The price was super inexpensive and my tire is holding up great. read more

This is my go to gas station. I live right across the way from here so the location is convenient but I like it because there is never a wait for an empty pump. Also the price is a few cents cheaper than other places. I noticed that they have a smog check station, oil and lube change as well in case I ever need those services. I've never gone in for gas because I am the new generation ATM user so I always pay at the pump. Again, super convenient. They also have a 7-11 right next to it to get your slurpee on if you decide to do so. read more

I called to see about getting my truck smog and the lady that answered the phone, I asked if I could come and get my truck smoked and she said ( I am not making this up) the is a 76 station and said aw and hung up the phone. What the..... I have been there before to smog my truck but, I guess they don't want my business. Bad service. I called another place and getting it done. read more

This gas station is right around the corner from my house so I've stopped by here quite a few times for gas, tire air, smokes, and energy drinks. If not for the location, I would never go out of my way to come here. And after several poor customer service experiences, I generally prefer to risk driving to another further gas station with an empty tank than to stop at this location... Here's why: - They more often than not have had at least one pump down, which isn't obviously marked until I park, get out of the car, and actually try to grab the fuel pump. - The PSI meter on the air pump has been broken for months without repair. - Almost every time I ask the attendant to turn on the air pump and walk across the lot to the pump, I have had to walk back into the store to remind them to turn on the air. Not once or twice, but consistently, which is a big time waster. - Their gas prices are not very competitive. - They are not open late. - Their checkers are generally very slow and clearly (though understandably) not happy with their jobs. On the upside, there's usually a taco truck in the lot, and I've heard good things about their mechanic shop. read more

Try number 3 today to get my propane tanks fueled back up, I showed up at 10:35 am, and the guy behind the counter says I don't know how to do it, you can wait for my manager she is on s 30 minute break. I said never mind I'll come back. So I came back at 1:15. Same guy behind the counter, I ask can some one help me fill up the propane tanks. I get the deer in the headlights look, uh uh, my manager is on a break... I'll come back later I guess. Now it's 2:45, the manager is outside with two other guys, u asked her can you help me she says sure... now it's 3:02 and she has to do a shift close, and I'm still waiting.. terrible customer service! ( the two guys that the manger was talking to were also employees) I had to go back in to get them to help me. Guy had nothing but excuses... 4 employees in there... how do I apply? Lol read more

Dear 76, I have been so loyal to you for many years. Why you gotta play me like that? You act like you're the most convenient option around, yet you play hard to get with that pump. Why doesn't it just work on the first try? Why do I have to keep trying to make it work over and over again? This just isn't working out. I will have to go elsewhere for trusty pump action, even if it's out of my way. But I may give you another chance if I get desperate. Sad and disgruntled, Dopesauce ----- Okay, that letter above ended up sounding REALLY dirty! That was unintentional, I promise. But this gas station does have the faultiest pumps in history! What's the point of a convenient gas station if it ends up being inconvenient? On my last visit I started filling my tank when it stopped abruptly after 0.01 gallons and wouldn't allow me to continue filling up. Of course I only want to drive 3 feet and then stop. How did you know!? Come on, pump! I tried to re-swipe my credit card, but it wouldn't accept it. I drove over to another pump, only to have the same thing happen. Two pumps later and I finally had a full tank of gas. Third pump's a charm. read more

Closest gas station off of the free way and went to this. Be careful if you're entering because the road to get in is pretty high and may scratch your car. None of the pumps were accepting payments. There were other confused people and we all asked each other if their pumps were working and no one's were. read more

The worst 76 station I ever been. Please make yourself a favor and never stop at this gas station!!! the lady that works here in the afternoon( she said she is the manager )it's rude this is the last time my husband and I stop by to get gas, she has a nasty attitude, one time I called to rent a u-haul and she told me that they don't rent there and I was about to ask something else and she hang up on me, and the weird thing is that I always see the vans parking, and also the web page show this store as a u-haul location, the second bad experience was when she was outside the store and I was on the counter and completely ignored me I was trying to get her attention , she looked at me and keep talking on the phone. This third and last bad experience I still can't believe that at 5 pm you ask for 40 dl gas with a 100 dL bill just expecting 60 dL change and her answer was my shift is ending and I dont have money to give you !back !!! cmon it's 5pm and no change this is stupid, but what get me mad was her nasty and rude attitude, the owner has to pay more attention her/he is gonna loose more customers, I live just two blocks from this station and neither my husband will come back never again, and I make sure I tell all my friends from the area to avoid this gas station. read more

The service here is amazing, they won't try to rip you off! I had trouble with my clutch after battling a hill in San Francisco and my check engine light came on, so they hooked up their machine to read the problem, checked all of my liquid levels, checked my tires, everything in about 30 minutes. Then they said everything was fine, I had burned the clutch slightly but it still worked, to keep an eye on it but no need for any repairs. They told me I was good to do my road trip to LA that same day and they were right, the car made it down and back no problems! For all that work and being honest with me, even better was they charged me NOTHING!!! I even offered to pay them "something" for all their time, but they refused. I'm giving this station 5 stars for the excellent customer service I have received from this station during the last 5 years. I don't always fuel up here as it is a little pricey, but I've never had a bad experience when I walked into the cashier area. I was always greeted and acknowledged even when I was on foot walking the dog or when I stopped in during a bicycle ride. If only their price of gas was closer to...let say, Costco, I'd be here all the time. :) read more

This is my favorite gas station in Sunnyvale, not only is the petrol cheap, the cigarettes are too! Lol two packs of Marlboro for 11.95! That's a great deal. The petrol is also much cheaper than the Valero down the street next to 7-11. read more

Tried to fill gas here since I was in the neighborhood. Pump didn't work with my credit card twice. I had to goto the cashier, where I specifically told the lady working there I was going to use pump #10 and she charged me #3(realised it later in the receipt). When I go back to pump #10, guess what! it doesn't work. I went back to the cashier and she asked me to swipe my card again even though I paid the amount already. She was rude and said the previous transaction won't be charged to my card. But they charged my card anyway. Won't suggest this station. If your card doesn't work first time here, just goto a different gas station close by. read more

The air pump gauge does not work even though the air filling is not free. Asked the attendant at the store about it and his response was "do you want to fill air or measure it?" followed by a "people bring their own gauge", followed by a "can't do anything about it". read more
