I am very impressed with my whole experience at Bayside Auto and Tire Care. The front desk associate, Matt, was not only professional and fast, but personable and genuine. It is difficult to come by a mechanic establishment that is precise, committed and thorough. Throughout my whole experience, no one made me feel small or clueless; AKA no one patronized me. I find that is not common as a young woman going to a mechanic. I will certainly be back here for all of my car needs moving forward. The prices are unbeatable AND they offered me a military discount. The man who worked on my vehicle explained things so well and truly seemed to care about my safety. Not once did they appear frustrated with me for my questions-and there were a lot of them- and I respect the way they conduct business. My vehicle went in early afternoon and was ready by early the next morning. I received a rental car free of charge which alleviated my stress significantly. Thank you to everyone for your help!!! very disappointed with this service. I went in to just to see if I get a new tire. They told me they needed to order a new one. You were supposed to call me back that day. I never heard from you. I called the next day. And I never heard from you again. Very poor customer service you put me out of another day of work. Not very professional very disappointed. I will not be back. Owner is an arrogant individual he sells me parts I don't need and does not fix the problem I came in for. When I come back to have the initial problem corhe tells me that's the owner that I am unreasonable he fixed it correctly and is not gonna do any more service to my vehicle this was after a $1000 of unnecessary work on my vehicle and I still have the problem as he yells at me bewakes me throws me out of his office and slams the door thank you very much stay away this is a bad place. Absolutely great place to go to. I drove here right after I registered my car in MA and needed an inspection done. They saw me right away and offered to put my new plates on for me. They were very fast, very kind, and the best part was they were honest. I've been to a lot of car shops across the country and they always try to fail me because they want to sell me tires or charge me for something that isn't broken. But here, there was none of that. I will come here every year from now on to do my inspections on my car because I know these guys are someone you can trust. The wonderful lady at the counter also told me I needed to return my Rhode Island plates so it would stop the tax process. Thank you Bayside Auto Center!! The owner was absolutely disrespectful and rude to my boyfriend. Went in first time and was waiting patiently to be served and the owner was like, "I don't have time, I got too much on my plate right now". Like it was a hassle just to be talking to the customer. Didn't bother to try and help and just walked out. Customer service was very poor and would not recommend. read more

Worst customer service on the planet. Dont take a car into your shop and say you will get to it, and then have it sit there for 4 days and tell me nothing. They said they would get my car in to be looked at the day I brought it in. 3 phone calls and 4 days later, they claimed they did an alignment, car is the same as when it went in. they just did they work, no quote, no call. Had to just show up and get my car after 4 days, and no phone call giving me the price or that they even did anything to the care. They should refund me my money, shady company. Then they charged me for an alignment they probably didnt do. Guy at counter is a a burnt out A)(*&^hole. His customer service sucks. Whats worse, I was reccommended by someone that they are good. Worst S)(*&it show ever. I would give them a ffin -4 star if I could. One of the worst car repair experience I have ever had, and they wasted a sh))(t load of my time, which is valuable to me, but apparently not very valuable to them. Could not be happier! Talk about customer service! Bayside and all of the employees were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I needed new tires desperately and on short notice Bayside did the job with ease, dropped my car off in the morning and they had my car ready for pickup only a few hours later. This garage saved me 400 dollars. After being told that I needed an Exhaust manifold by Munroe Auto, I went to get a second opinion at Bayside. They said I didn't need that, I just needed a gasket which came to around 100. Lessons learned. Don't go to one of those franchised places. Find an honest mechanic instead! read more

So i need 4 new tires and decided to go here because of good reviews and it was close to my house. I walked into the office where there were 5 guys standing around doing nothing. After no one noticed me standing there for 5 mins I said hello still no response so I stood there for another 10mins the only non employee in the middle of a very small office feeling like a idiot no hi no be with you soon Nothing! Than when I spoke up again and said guess ill go somewhere else. Than and only than did someone acknowledge me and chase me out to my car to say... Sorry your so impatience we are busy! I understand times are hard with covid and people are busy sometimes. But nobody was doing work all 5/6 employees were just standing in the office talking. I would of waited a hour if someone just acknowledged me with a be right with you or hello something! But all I got was SORRY YOUR SO IMPATIENCE! I've never been so mad or embarrassed leaving a so called professional business!. I hate going to chains and love supporting local businesses but they just lost a local customer due to being so rude! read more
