They have gone out of their way for every service that I have needed in the past and have done excellent work. They are the best in the city and they do not skimp or rip anybody off and they always do a phenomenal job regardless of what it is. They did take care of the services that I had requested. i've gone for an oil change. I have had rewire my truck, and they even went out of their way to make sure that there was a proper amount of air in my tires. They just go above and beyond. I actually have to call them today I won't go anybody else.

I had a dent on my bumper that was preventing me from passing my state inspection (even though it's…read morepassed for the last 10 years), so I called up Mike's to talk about options. Steve Medeiros answered the phone and suggested we try to push the dent out because why would I want to replace a bumper on my older car. I was surprised that he suggested an easy fix and so so grateful. I came by the next day and he spend about 30 min pushing the dent out himself to much success! On top of saving me the cost of a new bumper, he didn't charge me a penny for his time. I owe him big time and plan to go no where but the Mike's Auto Body family of businesses. Sean from Brums was so patient, and helped with multiple requests from BMW to have the repair retroactively covered. This was months after the fact, and I'm not sure many repair shops would have taken so much time to help. If my car needs service, this is where it will continue to go!

When I picked the car he had no idea the car had a overheating issue and charged me over 500 dollars for a whole new front brake job...never again.
