They offered to rectify, this could not be achieved in a reasonable time frame. I requested a part refund, it was agreed and then never happened. When confronted I again was made to feel belittled. With that in mind, have to say thank you to Chris who came out on Saturday for a bit of a carpet cleaning emergency. While most people would be upset about having to work on the weekend, Chris showed up with a positive attitude, willing to help out and do everything he could in a pinch. Without procrastinating, he got to work right away and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. And yes, it was a little expensive but again it was the weekend and he did excellent work! Employers need to take note of employees like this making sure they are taken care of and not taking advantage of them. 10 out of 10 service!

Ground-in greasy stains everywhere, black dirt trails in the high traffic lanes, and some dog tinkle in a few small places. Some other company had allegedly worked on it beforehand, but it didn't look like they had made any difference. We chose Chem-Dry because we liked their natural/nontoxic soaps, and also because they don't flood the carpet with gallons of water. It's berber, so we wanted to keep the water to minimum. Everyone we spoke with at Chem-Dry was super nice. They arrived on time the next morning. They were friendly, organized, and professional. It was a fun, comfortable afternoon with some great guys who truly seemed to care. They stayed for a long time until they got it perfect. Our carpet was dry by next morning, and the stains did not return. Here we were thinking the carpet had to be trashed, but Chem-Dry literally saved it, good as new. It was absolutely worth every dollar.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. They where hired to "clean" my house by my former…read moreproperty management company an did a horrible job. The show up at your house with a beg of rags and the only cleaning solution was Fabuloso which is a deodorizer not a disinfectant. They say what they do is a deep cleaning, it's more of a wipe down. They left numerous places in my Property dirty. When I called them back to inform them of the dirty areas in my property they sent out their field manager to look at the areas. The former tenants left items in my property and I told the manager prior to the cleaners coming in, everything in the house was going to be trash. The cleaners left the trash in place, when the field manager came back out to see the areas that needed to be cleaned that wasn't I informed her they left items behind that were trash. She then inform me normally they don't remove items from the property, I told her it's a move out cleaning why would it not be removed it's trash. They did not want to come back out and clean up the places that needed to be cleaned in a timely manner, knowing I had tenants moving in within 48 hours of the initial cleaning. They tried to tell me to turn my house over to new tenants dirty. They were supposed to come back and install a item in my home that was broken then lied about it because they did not want to come back out to my home. All in all they are a crap company the overcharge. Honestly wish I could rate them with zero stars.

As far as I could tell there was no change when it came to areas which were stained from a dog lying on the carpet. I reached out by email twice and left a voice message twice. I never heard back from the company. I feel that the "deluxe" service should have tackled the stains and if they were unable to get them clean then they should have told me. Now I am going to replace the carpet which is 5 years old. I just wasted $350.
