I woke up to find ants in my kitchen, saw good reviews for this local company, so I called. They were able to come out the same afternoon and sprayed inside and out, and said I should have no bug issues for 90 days. Went ahead and scheduled ahead because they were nice, efficient, professional and the price is slightly less than I had paid with another company. I definitely recommend them. read more

I contacted the company after hours expecting to get the voicemail service but was shocked to get an answer from Sean in person. I explained the need for pest control services in the home of my aging parents. Sean was incredibly understanding and knowledgeable and was able to work them into his schedule right away. Josh Rawlins confirmed those notes, but even with a video showing the technician right along the raised bed, he said there was no way to guarantee whether or not any mist touched the soil to contaminate the bed. So, rather than doing the ethical thing and offering to compensate for all of the spoiled materials, they claimed no wrongdoing so they lost a customer and referral source. Once we arrived, three days before the ceremony, we realized the shortcomings of our plan to combat the mosquitos with Tiki torches, citronella candles, and bug spray, and I desperately began the search for an exterminator. My wife is currently expecting and Zika is a real concern for us. Plus, we wanted our guests to be as comfortable as possible. Due to the rainy weather in May, a competitor told me they were running behind two weeks and it was impossible to schedule service on such short notice. Next, I called Delta Pest Solutions and Shawn rearranged his schedule to visit the venue for an estimate in the afternoon and to return the next morning at 7:00 am to spray. Before he sprayed, we walked the property together, identified the areas for treatment, and discussed the best way to safeguard bees. He explained his warranty and told me to call if we had any further issues. The following evening, we left a porch light on before running errands and paid a steep price when we returned. While shuffling groceries inside, about a dozen mosquitos invaded the house and we spent about 45 minute killing them. I called Shawn the next day, and again, beyond all expectation, somehow he made time to return and spray additional areas. Despite many attempts, he flat out refused any additional payment for the second trip. He said it was covered under the warranty. The difference over the remainder the weekend was amazing! During the wedding and reception, the caterers moved in and out of the house for hours, and at the end of the night, we had zero mosquitos. None of my guests had one complaint about the mosquitos. We made bug spray available but the majority of the guests didn't need it. We are extremely grateful to Shawn and Delta Pest Solutions for taking care of us and treating us like family. Auto Haus failed my annual inspection, citing tires that had worn to 1.32. I get my tires from another company in town and so I ordered two new ones. That company, upon learning the reason for my new tires, measured my existing tires. Turns out my tires measured well above FOUR and did not need to be replaced in order to pass inspection. Needless to say I had my car reinspected with them, with the existing tires. Auto Haus response: "How we do it here is we check all around the tire tread and take the lowest value we find. Tire tread depth will always vary on the tire so to be safe we always take the lowest value. Some shops may do it differently but that is just how we prefer to do it to make sure the tire never reaches to where it may wear to the point of failure on one part and not another." So if you have your car inspected at Auto Haus, know that they do not follow state inspection standards, they follow their own. Instead of offering servicing recommendations, they may use their own standards to fail your car.

As a new issue came about they showed me what it was and discussed what was needed and why. I'm also traveling from out of state & both of these gentlemen were knowledgeable and upfront with the costs. Having waited for the repair work to be done I heard the manager tell a customer that they didn't need a replacement because the items had plenty of life on them. He didnt upsell the customer and IMO took care of that customer by being honest. The cost for the work was fair and if I have another issue (hopefully not) I will use them again.

I called Sean on Monday and he was at my door, as promised, promptly at 10:AM on Tuesday (no 4 hour window nonsense like I get from the cable guy and the plumber etc.) I was in a panic after discovering a "water bug" (aka cockroach) in the bathroom. Sean was very calming and explained that the heavy rains were causing some issues, clearly recognizing my horror at finding such a bug in the house. He treated the house inside and out, and also answered my questions about house centipedes, and explained that the treatment applied would handle those too. He's very personable and professional, and the price was reasonable (no mandatory contracts). We will continue to work with APT for all our pest control concerns. read more

After many at home attempts to keep the mosquitos away and them failing, it was time for a professional. He got me in next day and said I could enjoy my backyard that night. Unfortunately, I didn't get to test that because I had to work....this morning, though, I enjoyed a glorious cup of coffee on my porch, then filled my bird feeders...not a single bite!! If I would have done that yesterday morning, I'd be running inside grabbing the Benadryl spray. Wish that all contractors/pro-to-hire would be as professional, courteous, and considerate as APT&L (Sean, the owner usually comes out for first-time customers). The dedication and commitment to providing an honest and professional service is demonstrated by showing up when he says he will (a rarity these days!), taking the time to explain what is/is not needed, advice on other recommendations noted during inspection/service, etc. Absolutely highly recommend for others and Sean will be at the top of my list for any pest/lawncare issues in the future. Sean has done pest control at my house for around a year now and has been incredible. He is always punctual, professional, and honest. In addition to regular treatments, I had to bring him out to treat a crane fly infestation. Despite the infestation being substantially worse than he thought when we talked over the phone, and despite having to heavily spray the entire yard twice, he honored the very cheap quote he gave me over the phone and even declined my offer to pay more.
