I spoke to Rodney himself on Tuesday and set an 8am appointment for Friday, 3 days later, for him to personally clean our carpet. On Friday, he was a No Show and had no call from him, nor any answer to 3 voicemails I left and it's been 2, going on 3 days, now! Totally Ghosted! I had also informed him during our initial call and on each voicemail, that phone number was a landline and did not accept texts. This is unprofessional, disrespectful, and just rude!! Exemplary service from a locally owned company - can't beat that! They arrived early for our appointment and spoke with us about the service. We'd just lost two senior dogs, and in their last couple years they'd soiled the carpets pretty bad. We'd go over the carpets with a home cleaner, but we were afraid they were never going to be clean and smell fresh again. Rodney got them very clean, and our whole house smells fresh! I used to always wonder how can one's carpet get so terrible but then I had a kid and now I understand. While currently in the process of getting a new couch I felt it only made sense to get my carpet cleaned too since the old couch was out of the house. I browsed the interwebs and found this business. Lots of good reviews so I was sold. I called while at work for a quote and availability and was told what it would cost for the 2 rooms but he was booked for the current week so I scheduled a week out. The appointment was scheduled for today at 12:30 and and they arrived 15 mins before. My girlfriend was worried they wouldn't show because I hadn't been contacted to confirm the appointment but I didnt feel a confirmation was necessary since we already agreed on the time. I was at work when they arrived but she told me they were great and very pleasant. The work spoke for itself also. Rodney did my downstairs living areas today after I had furry family spend 10 days over Christmas using my carpet as the potty. They arrived early, explained their solutions and how to treat the potty spot. Then got to work! Man, were they quick! My carpet, white is a light sand berber looks brand new! It's over 10 years old! This was a cleaning of a new home I am in the process of occupying. The landlord requires carpets be cleaned on the way out. These didn't look clean, or smell clean. They had been cleaned, by proof of a receipt. However, the amount of dirt and stains that came up was well worth the re-clean. It was filthy. Rodney also removed some rust stains for us. Our dog had an accident in the middle of the night and they fit us in "same day", they are very pet friendly. They insisted on leaving the dog out instead of locking him up. They offered to come early as they were ahead of schedule. They offered us tips on the cleaner they used and listened to what we were saying before they started. I can't say enough good things about Rodney's - Brendan and Jordan showed up at the exact time they were scheduled - they explained the products they would be using and an estimated time of completion - they cleaned carpets in our living room, guest room and the master bedroom w/dressing area - came out beautifully - we had an elderly cat who has passed away and had numerous accidents over the years which I had attempted to clean - all stains are gone and the carpets look like new - Jordan cleaned the carpets while Brendan concentrated on our ceramic tile floors which included our kitchen, laundry room and master bath - again over the years, a dirty looking build-up had appeared on the perimeters of these rooms - the tiles and grout look like new - so clean!! I decided to go ahead and use them because I wanted to get my daughter's carpets cleaned before she brought her baby home from the hospital. I've used them years ago and that's why I went back. They kicked ass the first time. This time my carpet is no better than 5 minutes before he got here. I called him, casually had a conversation with him about not being happy with the work, and was told he does the best work around. I'll be scrubbing carpets this weekend the good ole fashioned way and taking pride in my own work. I should've done that the first time. I will say, most the stains are gone, it's the smell I can't stand and hiring them didn't help at all. Rodney did a great job cleaning my ducts and carpets. He showed up on time with his wife, who helps with the cleaning. He was a friendly guy, and he seemed to have fun chatting about how his equipment is the most powerful on the market and has several times the suction power of the other guys. While he was doing the vents, I was messing around with my fireplace, and he saw me and offered to vacuum out all the ash and sand using his shop vac. That's above and beyond in my opinion. He got a ton of junk out of my vents, and the carpets look great. He also left us some cleaning solution to use in the future for spot cleaning. The only thing that I can gripe about was that the service wasn't exactly cheap. His prices are clearly spelled out on the website, and he gave me a quote before starting, so I can't blame him, but the number made my eyes bulge a little. For carpets and vents, I paid just under $800. I think 220 of that was carpets, and the rest was vents. I guess I have a lot of vents, and I hadn't done the math in my head. Anyway, I'm glad I had it done. You should have seen the stream of dirt coming out of my vents. read more

I haven't logged in for a while, so please pardon the time it took to write this. I was referred to RCC by my Realtor, Amy Guyer who is also stellar among stars. She told me that because of the familiar aroma my two mastiffs left in my house, it would be a huge turn-off to potential buyers. I hired someone to give a good "general" cleaning...but I decided to call RCC for a "detailer's touch" and erase all evidence of having pets...if even possible! I told him about how my wife had snapped her Achilles and couldn't return to work for at least 4 months...let alone care for a toddler and 2 equestrian canines at the same time while I was deployed. I tried that care app, and the other one aimed at dog boarding, and heard about another group of folks that cared for pets specifically for deploying service members. Their regs and rules were more stringent than the military itself. Although they approved me the process was taking way more time than I had for a short notice deployment. Commercial boarding would have cost me over $5k/dog...so not even an option. I was about to lose my babies. My main problem is that both of my dogs are both highly trained sentry/companion K-9, so basically guard dogs. The liability was much too high to afford pro-boarding. At this point I had been working around the clock sorting, packing & getting an entire family's worth of stuff into storage solo-mio and had finally gotten myself into a hotel. I had called RCC for a quote and ended up talking to Rodney on the phone for the better part of an hour. At almost 10:00 pm I got a text from RCC. I thought "What the hell is the carpet guy doing texting me at 10:00 at night?!" I opened it and it said "Hey, my lady & I have been talking about you & your situation with your puppies all night. It's been weighing heavily on my heart and we'd like to make you an offer if you're willing to talk about it" I responded immediately "OMG call me!" We had scheduled a visit for a quote, but when they came over instead of just talking shop, we talked dogs too. As it turns out they have the two most wonderful puppies that are absolutely adorable, wonderful and amazing...and these two dogs take the same type of personality to train as mine. I introduced them and I can't be 100% positive about canine emotion....but I think it was love at first pet! He gave me an AMAZING quote, agreed to board my dogs for me, and with his blacklight/luminal treatment the house sold (closed in under 50 MLS days) and when I came home I still had my babies...happy, healthy and super sad to leave their foster home!! Very professional service! Had my carpets done today. After dog sitting last week I desperately needed a professional. Paid $200 for a pretty big house (4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, stairs, hallways and family room). Carpets look amazing! All the spots and smell came up. Called on Saturday and they were able to come over Monday Morning. They even left a bottle of spot stain remover for me to keep.
