We also got a little break on the price to haul off the old furniture since we spent quite a bit while we were in the store. Lena and Dena helped up. I went to him personally, face-to-face, to see if he would take accountability for the fake AirPods I got in my mystery box. He claims they aren't fake and that he knows nothing about it. I took mine to The Apple Store, and they confirmed it! Who am I going to trust??! Once Apple showed me a side-by-side comparison of my fakes ones and ones from the store counter, it was easy to spot the imperfections. I did my own research before going to Apple and everything was another dig at my heart. My previous AirPods were worn out and they died on me. I took a chance going into this store, but something immediately told me it was a bad idea. I had no idea what a mystery box was and I had absolutely no idea fake AirPods existed. My naivety, I supposed. The Apple Store said they were "good fakes". Even the box detail was "good", however, there were clear signs of fakeness, and you could see them immediately once side-by-side. I truly wanted to believe this guy, but come on, man! You know you are selling fake crap! To be fair, the "AirPods" worked, but the finesse was off. Apple doesn't do anything half-way. The closure of the case top, the Apple white color, the green/orange indication light, the embossed box, the non-felt resting piece inside the box was plastic, and the list goes on for more heartache. Nothing else in the box was worth anything. Multipack of socks, sports bras, holiday decor, and more cheap China crap! It all went to the donation pickup place. I gave this guy the opportunity to fess up and do the right thing. He chose to be a problem instead of a solution. I bought my REAL AirPods that same day I took in the fakes. I found out they have a lab dedicated to fake product investigation. They are cracking down on these scammers and trying to keep Apple a step ahead of the fraud. Aside from that, I still can't give a review for anything positive. The store has worthless items. Maybe on a "lucky" day you can find something of a semi good deal. I will never go back. This store is a scam! If you don't believe me, I get it. It is hard to believe. Just watch the guy when you go in... he's a speedy talker and doesn't let you get much in conversation wise. Not only did I buy one but my friends also bought one and found a used microwave plate with food particles inside. This place is cash only forcing you to use a ATM machine without any proof of purchase. The other blind box items were basically trash and unusable with missing parts. The store owners father advertised the blind boxes having either an iPad, AirPods or an iPhone in them but seems like he can only get the fake AirPods in each of the boxes. I tried them out for some promotional embroidered shirts for my company and they delivered. They helped guide me through logo design with some great ideas since I did not know exactly what I wanted. The finished shirts were fantastic looking with my improved logo that they suggested. My customers have really appreciated the shirts and have commented about the high quality of the embroidery work. Is there an option to leave zero stars?…read more I spent over $5,000 on flooring that was sold with a "lifetime warranty." After installation, I started noticing multiple cracks, eventually up to ten across the floor, so I filed a warranty claim. I followed their entire process, including having an inspector come out, only to receive a report that made no sense. The claim was denied based on "improper installation," specifically stating the flooring was installed flush to the baseboards. That's simply not true. A proper half-inch expansion gap was left, exactly as outlined in the installation guidelines. Frankly, once they sent out their inspector, it became clear the outcome was predetermined. Instead of standing behind their product, they looked for any reason to deny the claim, and they found one. What's most frustrating is that I had flooring installed in the same home, using the same method, for five years without a single issue. The only thing that changed was the product color and brand, which strongly suggests this is a product defect, not an installation problem. Bottom line, don't put much faith in the "lifetime warranty." In my experience, it doesn't mean much, and the company will not stand behind their product when it matters. The flooring brand was NuCore. I will not be using them or this retailer again.

Although the gift shop wasn't opened while we were there, I was finally able to order Gaido's tshirts for my husband and I. My order was shipped right away. Unfortunately, my post office lost my package. To say I was devastated, would be an understatement. Thankfully, Cassandra was sympathetic to my situation and sent out a replacement order the next day. Cassandra sent it FedEx and I received right away.
