Most their cars they finance are all in very bad condition and you will find out later down the line not even a year but just a month or so and they are never willing to help . Bayside credit has been a great experience dealing with them Leo especially baysode has been amazing and helpful i had bought my first car off the lot unfortunately I had gotten a lemon had been keeping up with all the maintenance had receipts and everything the original engine had failed i had been expecting the worst ready to give the car to bayside and count it as a big loss but they did something i never expected Bayside paid for a engine replacement and worked with me to keep it i can't tell you how rerelieved I was when they said they would do that for me yes it was added to my overall bill but I was able to make the payments and everything worked out in my favor the overall experience i had with Bayside has been a good one thankful for everything thay did for me !!!! read more

Junior is the man! I can't tell you enough how genuine of a guy he is! I'm a younger guy, paying off my first car and have struggled been late, even had a repossession but with Juniors help everytime I just got off the phone with him from paying off my Infiniti G37! Just because this guy has genuinely been there for me I'm going to go into detail, 3 years ago I had just got the car, my complex towed it due to an "invalid permit" right after it was hit and ran and they couldn't provide camera footage so it was payments on payments, Junior worked some magic and next thing I know, same day, I'm picking my car up and paying a flat fee, avoided storage fees and all the other extra stuff nobody wants to pay. One time I believed i had auto pay set up, to my knowledge I didn't and the car had missed multiple payments without me even catching it (MY FAULT) and it got towed the night before I had a double shift, I went to my morning shift and throughout the day found out if I couldn't get the car today it was an extra hundred or two and he had made sure there was somebody there to allow me to get the car after hours and avoid any extra fees. He has referred me to mechanics for bodywork during my hit and run AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY to work with my insurance. I can't stress enough how much of an option they need to be to everyone. Most predatory auto loan company I've ever seen. They say one thing to the customer and then repo their car. Do not go near this company. Predatory at its worse. Look into real banks and credible finance company's. I would consider them extremely sketchy and I would recommend avoid them at all costs. Run as fast as you can when you hear bayside. Especially in a time where people need assistants he was transparent the whole way threw in detail. Made sure i understood everything. There was not a penny that was not discussed (other companies had hidden fee's) and worked to get the best Loan for me. I had my account taken over by Bayside after the prior auto loan company went out of business. For some reason, Bayside who took over my loan, has the same employees working for them too? That's wild. I recognize their voices, and all of the employees are insanely rude. I have never been more than 30 days late, I always try to make even a half payment to make sure I show I am trying to keep up, even after job loss or financial hardship they are rude and always say they can't "accept" a partial payment. They refuse to work with you, even when it would cost them more money to tow the car than what was owed. I have another auto loan with my boyfriend and the company is so understanding and are willing to work with you. They try to intimidate you and make you feel scared when they could just work with people. I've had my loan for almost 2.5 years and I can't wait to be done with them. read more

I would not recommend bayside credit, Jared who no longer works there was my account manager. I went thru a tough time and couldn't afford the car one month so they repoed it and I borrowed money to get it back and I was current on my payments for 6 months after that and car was involved in a flood and insurance had paid it off and they still put it as a reposseion on my credit after when I had gotten it back Jared stated it would not be a repo on my credit. I would not recommend this company and there customer service is awful. I called to get it situated and they told me Jared no longer works here and we can't help you.
