So I take it in to Torrance Motors without an appointment and ask if they could take a quick look at it to verify it is still safe to drive, as we had a long upcoming trip in a few days. They right away put it up on the lift and verified that it was safe to drive. However, the control arm, tie rods and bushings (leaking grease) were shot. Showed me the pictures and it was a mess. This level of repair was not cheap...but it was reasonable. No more complaints from my wife...at least about the car.

They have multiple service bays, not just in the main area but in another section as well. More importantly, the customer service was outstanding. Torrance Auto Repair came up in a Reddit discussion recommending some of the better shops in the area, so I decided to give them a try. I brought my car in for an alignment and also asked Jimmy to give me an overall evaluation of the vehicle. From the beginning, he was transparent, helpful, and respectful.
