The following day they had an issue with their delivery truck being backed up and they called me to check if it would be ok to deliver the flowers first thing the following day. I ordered an arrangement on a Thursday evening to be delivered on Saturday. I was called Saturday…read moremorning by someone at the shop stating they could not deliver my flowers to Delano because it was too far. The website very clearly states that they deliver to Delano and I am not sure why they couldn't have called me on Friday to make other arrangements. The woman stated she needed to cancel my order. The arrangement was for a memorial service the following day, so I was very displeased with that response. I asked if I could come pick the flowers up, and the woman at the shop stated that she was very busy that day and wasn't sure she could get them done. I was shocked at this response and told her I would come right before closing 1:30-2:00pm to give her plenty of time. She then stated she didn't know if she could do the arrangement. I just asked that she do the best she can. I googled how far this shop was from Delano and it is only 12 miles. I ended up driving an hour each way to deliver them myself since the shop was unable to do so. I live in Burnsville, picked them up in Mound and delivered them to Delano. When I picked up the arrangement they were covered so I could not see what it looked like. I delivered them to the recipient and saw the disappointing bouquet. I was very displeased as there were wilted flowers and the bouquet was nothing like the photo. I even upgraded the bouquet to the premium arrangement where the website states that it would be made with the highest quality of flowers and include extra blooms. It was missing some larger unique flowers and only filled with more cheap daisies. It was definitely not worth the price we paid. Their substitution policy states that only flowers of equal or greater value will be used. I was missing a big beautiful blue hydrangea and a large spider mum. There were also no alstroemeria. The substitution for these flowers was just more white cheap daisies. I did speak with the owner and she offered to reimburse half the cost of the bouquet. I would have preferred a full refund given the horrible customer service and the unsatisfying arrangement, but it is better than nothing. I would not recommend this place, nor would I ever order flowers from them again.
