I ordered an arrangement on a Thursday evening to be delivered on Saturday. I was called Saturday morning by someone at the shop stating they could not deliver my flowers to Delano because it was too far. The website very clearly states that they deliver to Delano and I am not sure why they couldn't have called me on Friday to make other arrangements. The woman stated she needed to cancel my order. The arrangement was for a memorial service the following day, so I was very displeased with that response. I asked if I could come pick the flowers up, and the woman at the shop stated that she was very busy that day and wasn't sure she could get them done. I was shocked at this response and told her I would come right before closing 1:30-2:00pm to give her plenty of time. She then stated she didn't know if she could do the arrangement. I just asked that she do the best she can. I googled how far this shop was from Delano and it is only 12 miles. I ended up driving an hour each way to deliver them myself since the shop was unable to do so. I live in Burnsville, picked them up in Mound and delivered them to Delano. When I picked up the arrangement they were covered so I could not see what it looked like. I delivered them to the recipient and saw the disappointing bouquet. I was very displeased as there were wilted flowers and the bouquet was nothing like the photo. I even upgraded the bouquet to the premium arrangement where the website states that it would be made with the highest quality of flowers and include extra blooms. It was missing some larger unique flowers and only filled with more cheap daisies. It was definitely not worth the price we paid. Their substitution policy states that only flowers of equal or greater value will be used. I was missing a big beautiful blue hydrangea and a large spider mum. There were also no alstroemeria. The substitution for these flowers was just more white cheap daisies. I did speak with the owner and she offered to reimburse half the cost of the bouquet. I would have preferred a full refund given the horrible customer service and the unsatisfying arrangement, but it is better than nothing. I would not recommend this place, nor would I ever order flowers from them again. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP!! Our friend ordered a bouquet on behalf of a group of us for a funeral and the website clearly showed that they delivered to the city where the service was being held. She ordered what appeared to be a beautiful bouquet and paid extra for the premium flowers. The picture was gorgeous and the total was near $100. A couple days later and only a day before the service, she received a call from the shop and the woman was very rude and told her she couldn't complete the order because they do not deliver there. Long story short, our friend ended up driving out of the way to pick up the flowers since the service was the following day and also was told they didn't know if they could waive the delivery charge (???) Our friend didn't open them upon arrival because she wanted the family to do the honor and once they did, everyone was shocked to see what the shop had assembled. Not only was the bouquet filled with cheap daisies (instead of beautiful hydrangeas), but several of the flowers were browning and wilted. Our friend had to pick out the dead flowers before putting them on display...so disappointing. The following day she contacted the owner who continued to be stubborn about the whole thing and seemed very unapologetic. She would only refund half of the cost of the flowers and only made brief mention that they needed to update the website to exclude the city they do not deliver to. Extremely frustrating experience. I was sincerely disappointed in the service received by this floral shop when recently ordering a bouquet for the funeral of a friend. As you can imagine, the heartbreak of losing a loved one is beyond words. When there are so few words to say during such a difficult time, flowers are often shared to show love and support. The arrangement had wilted flowers, was not up to the status of the bouquet shown on the website, they would not deliver the bouquet to the desired location (despite their website showing the address was within their delivery zone), and made no initial effort to remedy the situation. After multiple conversations with the store, a partial refund was made, but the overall lack of customer service, insensitive response, and extra hassle endured during a horribly awful loss was unacceptable. While I sincerely hope this was out of character for this shop, I felt it important to share my experience so others don't need to go through anything similar. read more

This place is the WORST! It said online that they would deliver to Minnetonka and they won't. I spent time picking out flowers, writing the card, and completing the online order only to have them tell me that today they are not delivering to Minnetonka because my order wasn't high enough in price and worth their time. No compassion for a flower business. Spend your money elsewhere. read more
