Went in with a pain that was after a vaccine shot my 2nd one boy this shot hurt so I seat for hrs I…read morewent back home to relive pain hot bath to warm the arm then went back to emergency room emergency staff saw I was in pain nurse and crowed their were amazing I was looked at and doctor was trying to figure out what meds for me to take so finally one worked but when they drew blood they saw that may lever was not operating correctly they gave me an IV and they made the IV flush out meds I took earlier so I seat for hrs and they kept me over a night to flush my out good the staff was amazing on the second floor mark who took me to rooms was an amazing gentleman Jackie the nurse was amazing Rayden was amazing Iusko the nurse amazing every single nurse amazing I felt like I was home I wanted to stay but Rayden came over to me real professional he did my release when I first arrived on the floor I met Jackie and Rayden what true professional the both of them were toward me I was speechless Noble I was born there and it felt like home again from the bottom of my heart thank you for making it feel like home the second shift had another pair of true professionals

DOUGLAS MCADOO, MD ------ were WONDERFUL showing care and concern and making sure that he received the right tests and treatment to resolve his problem. I called to reschedule my son's appointment for which he had on the same day, however we weren't…read moreaware of the 24hr. notice policy that an applicant is supposed to supply. My son is on a new rx medication which caused him not to be able to sleep and because of that he didn't believe it would be profitable for his test taking. Needless to say, Steve R. was very impatient borderline rude spouting policies and 24 notification which we had no prior notice of but he continued to talk over me as if what I was trying explain did not matter.It overall was a lousy experience to say the least. Too bad most test takers have to deal with this company at all, businesses be aware this company are sheep with wolves clothing. Companies beware!

I had a great experience here from start to finish. Woke up feeling ill on Thanksgiving weekend…read moreand needed to get a rapid COVID test to eliminate that possibility, since I was staying with someone immunocompromised and I was about to hop on a train back to NYC later that afternoon. This is seemingly one of, if not the only, places in the area that accept walk-in patients for COVID testing. Every other place required an appointment and couldn't take me until Mon or Tues of the following week. I called and the person on the phone was kind and told me that they were busy, but they would start taking patients again at 1:30pm and that I needed to be in the parking lot in order to be added to the queue. I arrived at 1:28 and called and sure enough they added me to the queue after I gave them some info over the phone. They quoted me 1-1.5 hr wait time, but they called me inside after about 30 minutes. The staff inside was very kind. I especially liked the nurse I saw whose upbeat demeanor made my experience that much better (I wish I remembered her name - tall, thin, brunette working Saturday 11/27). The NP was also kind and upbeat and explained to me that I did not have COVID (phew) and that I was just dehydrated and gave me some recommendations on what to do bounce back. The administrative process was seamless as well. The front desk employee handed me my paperwork on the way out and I was on my way. Overall, this is seemingly one of the best options in the area for walk-in urgent care. If I was unable to get a rapid test that day, I would have had to rearrange several aspects of my travel plans. I was very grateful to find this place, as they saved me from what could have been a potentially catastrophic situation.
