I cannot say enough about Karime and Aieta. The WiFi is strong and fast. There are some amenities like exercise equipment and business office (with printers and shredders). Coffee and popcorn every day. There are laundry machines and they are commercial type machines in two sizes. Karime makes sure that people are informed about what's happening at the park, especially with the different food trucks that come in to sell. Many people use this park as home base while they are receiving treatment from one of the many hospitals in the Houston area. The park is very convenient to nearby restaurants and shopping. I previously stayed at a different nearby park, but after staying at Southlake, Southlake is my new go to park.

The suite has a living area with pull out sofa, comfy king-sized bed, and nice bathroom. The outdoor pool was refreshing and there were plenty of lounge chairs. Note: there IS a restroom by the pool. I didn't even know this until I saw a worker cleaning it. There isn't any signage signifying it's a restroom and I literally thought it was the pool pump/mechanical room. Outside there is also tons of tables and chairs for dining as well as a fire pit! The fitness room is spacious and included 3 treadmills, 2 ellipticals and some dumbbells and 2 benches. I always love a FREE breakfast. I eat keto so options are limited but I was able to have some hard boiled eggs. There was scrambled eggs and sausage too but I didn't want them. In addition, other options were bagels, breads, muffins, cereal, make your own waffles, oatmeal with toppings, yogurt and various juices. The coffee bar was nice and even included sugary flavored syrups and cold brew coffee. As for staff, EVERYONE is super super friendly and helpful! Oh my gosh! My man never once smoked in the room he walked outside everytime. And this was not the first time me or family has had problems with this management. Very unfortunate because this is a decent hotel!
