She has been the most thorough dentist that I have ever used. She also gives shots for numbing that have been nearly painless. The problem is that the office waited weeks to submit the claim, something I had already noticed and monitored on my insurance portal. My tooth was already prepped, yet insurance verification and billing were clearly not handled in a timely manner. Canceling a patient's appointment minutes before it's supposed to begin due to internal billing delays is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for a patient's time. This situation was completely avoidable with proper administrative follow-through and communication. I've lost confidence in this office's organization and patient care as a result.
