That alone says so much about the level of care and professionalism in this office! When we first started coming here, Dr. Vicente's father and mother were part of the practice, and they were always incredibly accommodating, kind, and honest. After they retired, the same wonderful culture continued with the amazing Iris and Frances, who make every visit smooth and welcoming. One of the things we appreciate most is how accommodating the office is with scheduling. Whether you need to repair a filling or come in for a cleaning, they will gladly put you on a waiting list and call you the moment a cancellation opens up. Their cleaning appointments book at least 6 months in advance, which honestly speaks volumes about how good they are. I highly recommend scheduling early so you can choose a time that works best for you. Dr. Vicente herself is extremely cordial and has incredible bedside manners. She explains everything she is doing step by step while working on your teeth, which makes you feel comfortable and fully informed. The billing is always honest and transparent, which unfortunately is not something you can say about every dental office. In fact, we had to leave the practice for 1 year due to a dental insurance change and go to one of the larger dental chains. That year was disappointing ~ we missed not only Dr. Vicente but also the honesty, transparency, and fair pricing that this office provides. The difference in care was night and day. We were so relieved to come back. Dr. Vicente and her entire team are professional, caring, and truly dedicated to their patients. I genuinely give Dr. Vicente 10 stars every single visit. I went to Aspen dental in July to fix some pain I was having in a back molar. They were good enough…read moreto see me and took my insurance. We had an x-ray done and they sold me that I needed a deep cleaning. I ended up agreeing, even though it seemed strange to me that it was going to cost me $1600+ just for 2 cleanings and an appointment with their endodontist to find out what was causing the pain. They had me pre pay that amount. Keep in mind this is with insurance, my wife on the same plan had a free cleaning, but mine was far more expensive, lasted about 15 mins per session and in no way seemed to be worth $1600. I saw the specialist and she couldn't tell me why I had the pain, I might have a crack, might be able to do a crown or just pull the tooth. They quoted me some procedures, but I passed. By the time I saw the endodontist the pain had abated. Then about a month later they started sending me bills.. this is after they told me everything was taken care of. The first bill was over $900, then they brought it down to $430. I called multiple times to get it resolved, and they told me that they were still working with insurance. The last time I called they admitted that they had charged twice for an x-ray and insurance wasn't covering it. As I explained to them, insurances don't pay when you double bill. That is not a legal practice and that they should fix it. I tried to resolve this with them three times from the corporate number and the site. They are still sending bills, I am not sure why. I am already upset at myself for paying the $1600 for a cleaning and a consultation. I can't believe this place ripped me off already tremendously and is trying to keep doing it since my insurance won't pay for their fraud. I am still awaiting resolution, but I would not recommend giving Aspen Dental your business.

People usually take time off work for these appointment, I do, and it's extremely inconsiderate of them to take us in over an hour later OR in the worst case, more than an hour after to the point that we have to cancel due to their non compliance of time. This place is all about the money. They charge you for things that they say are not covered. The others I have had make you feel bad, like brushing and flossing twice a day is not enough. They tell me I have gum infections when I have no bleeding, pain, redness, or other sign of infection and put a topical antibiotic treatment on which is of course not covered by my insurance. The dentist is actually very nice, but the first one I had did not notice a rotting tooth that the periodontist did - either that or he extracted a perfectly good tooth after seeing the perio notes. The next one said I had a cracked tooth and needed a crown - the other dentist did not notice that either? I paid over a thousand for the crown when my insurance states that I should have paid a little over 250. I am not going back to this practice. I don't trust them - I just want a dentist that will do my twice a year cleaning, once a year xrays and charge me what my insurance states they should charge me.
