My daughter was more upset about her personalized licensing plate than she was about the damage to the car. Would never recommend, total cash only scam. Car was towed here on a recommendation from our tow truck driver after a midnight accident, charged $160. "Free estimate" resulted in a $275 administrative fee. For what, I'm not sure. Cash only, hmm. Plus side, beautiful waiting area with coffee and friendly ladies at the desk. read more

BEWARE!!! This place is extremely shady and lacks ethics, morals, and common sense. Would not be surprised if what they do is illegal. I requested to have my crashed car ONLY STORED here but no, they went ahead and did a "breakdown" of the vehicle without the owners permission. If I could give this place no stars I would. We were involved in a collision and the wrecker driver towed our vehicle to Eagle Collision the same place the car that hit us was towed. After reading the reviews of this place I had our vehicle moved to another collision repair place after the appraiser came to look at the damage. They did not do any work on the vehicle or order any parts and charged us $1,500 in CASH for towing and storage fees before they would release our vehicle. The collision repair place that we transferred to said that the amount charged and having to pay in cash was totally a rip off. Stay away from Eagle Collision. read more

Eagle Collision is a very professionally run organization. The owner is active is everything that goes on in the business. They do exceptional work and provide on site rentals. They return your vehicle to you as promised and also provide a vacuum and wash prior to pick up. I have taken several vehicles to Eagle Collision with great results. They negotiated with the insurance company and reports if they find something irregular. I'm not sure who the individuals dealt with that have given the company a bad recommendation. I have had my car towed and never had an issue as long as I wasn't trying to get something for free. This is a business and a good business that I highly recommend. read more

As much as I would love to give Eagle Collision a better rating, I simply cannot. Though they were very nice to me and ensured they would take care of me and return my 2016 BMW in prime condition, they totally did not and left me extremely disappointed. There's a myriad of issues I had with them and my car upon return and continue to have, but I'm not going to bother to take it back again because I simply do not trust them to do a good job. My car was returned to me with panel lines off (specifically the front bumper and trunk), paint bubbles, weird A/C issue, a flat tire (they did replace it at their expense, but at first they just wanted to patch it up!), and a really weird buffing job on the paint; not to mention I'm starting to see all these little scratches that were never there before. Their integrity also comes into question. I told them very specifically I did not want the front license plate bracket installed (did not want holes drilled), they installed it anyway and tried to lie to cover it up. I only found out because I went to see the car in person (after receiving very suspicious pictures from James). Either way, I don't believe Eagle Collision puts any pride into their work and probably have employees that have no idea how to actually do the proper body, paint, and mechanical repairs necessary to live up to the promises they give. On many occasions they simply gave up and gave me the excuse that "well once it's wrecked it's never the same". Seriously, that's the best answer you could give? How about actually doing a great job, because it can be done, they just simply don't have the skill to do it. They'll gladly take your money though. I would highly recommend you take your vehicle to get repaired at a dealer bodyshop or another reputable bodyshop. I will give it to their staff though, they are very nice, too bad the work they do doesn't follow suit. It actually annoys me to drive my car everyday because they got paid so much money to do such a crappy job. Everytime I look at my car, or get in to drive it, I notice all of the crappy work they did and it makes it hard to enjoy my brand new BMW. One last thing. The cars they rent out to you are utterly disgusting - they are kept in extremely poor condition and smell horrible. Poor excuse for car rentals in my opinion, and incredibly overpriced for what you get. Edit: I'm also actually going to have a BMW dealer verify the work they did, as I feel like I was lied to about more things, especially around the A\C issue I'm having. read more

Buyer beware! My car was towed here less than 2 miles away. When I try to retrieved my car the next day the owners states they are closed when their business card states they are open. Car stayed there fri sat sun... Got there 9am to get my car on Monday... They tried to give me the run around. Called the cops, and now my bill for just sitting in their lot is 1200. I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here. I thought it was safe because it was preferred by my Insurance, Geico. They were supposed to repair the hood of my vehicle and when I received my vehicle and drove off the hood of my car was flapping. They clearly did not fix this properly. I returned it and the mechanic sent it back out to me and it was still not fixed. I sent it back to the mechanic and when it was returned the hood did seem aligned....until I started driving. The hood began flapping again. I am taking it to the Honda dealer to get this fixed properly and to have them inspect and repair the work that Eagle claimed to do. Super disappointing. read more
