    My experience at Bayway Chrysler, Dodge Jeep Ram is mixed, but mostly positive. The Bayway Used Car Sales Team was great, especially Andy Vasquez. In fact, if he didn't help assist this deal , along with his manager, it wouldn't have happened because I was ready to walk out. I originally came in to look at a 2020 Honda Accord. It wasn't the car for me, but Andy had a couple of other cars that he thought I may like based upon my feedback. The next car he showed me I loved, however, I thought it would cost too much. Andy knew my budget and the monthly payment I wanted, so he went back to his managers and got the deal done. I felt he was %100 for me and getting me the best deal. He was kind, respectful and easy to talk to. I never felt pressured. I would definitely go back to deal with him. The prices at Bayway Chrysler Dodge and Ram are below what everyone else is selling their cars for. Plus, they really care about getting you in the car you want and will get the price where it works for your budget. I left a star off because finance dept. was a problem. They were respectful and nice but they just didn't go the extra mile to make sure the deal was done right. You can email paperwork at any hours to the bank, even if the bank is closed. This is a spot my sales rep Andy, had to get involved with his manager.

    My wife purchase her dream car, Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X, from this dealership last month - a showroom vehicle that we were told was "detailed just before placing on the showroom floor." We chose this dealership though it was an hour drive for us given it's good GOOGLE reviews. Our salesmen were very helpful, and the transaction went well. When we finally chose a day to remove the tops, we notice very large deep scratches on one of the top panel. Clearly something we would not be able to see or even inspect at time of purchase (no side steps on the vehicle at the time on the showroom floor). We KNOW it had to have been present at the time of purchase, but we never noticed it until this day we took the tops off. You'd think after just having purchased a nearly $80K vehicle a dealer would try to do right by the customer and fix the scratch, but absolutely not the case with this dealership. Let this be a warning to any potential buyers that risks purchasing from this dealership. You better strip the car down before taking delivery, or better ... go to a dealership that actually practices good business.

    FALSE ADVERTISING! BEWARE! I discussed the price with Patrick their sales manager multiple times over the phone. I live in a different city, so I was trying to do most everything over the phone. When they sent me the paperwork, there was a nearly $5,000 dollar addition. I asked them to remove it because it appeared as though it was a warranty. They told me it was not a warranty but their "protection package". I asked them protection from what? They told me it stuff they added like tint etc to the truck prior to selling it. So I asked them why they did not tell me that because that meant that the truck wasn't 80,500, it was more like a little over 85K. They said that was their price and that they could not do anything about it, Beware of this company that will false advertise a price to get you in the door and then add a 5K made up in thin air "protection plan" that doesn't protect you from anything. Hopefully this review that cost you $0.00 to read saves you from making the mistake of talking to this unscrupulous company And wasting your valuable time.

    I got sold a 2021 Silverado that lasted me 1 week before it broke down on me took it back to get it checked on I was advised since I didn't purchase the warranty they can't help me even though the manager Tony advised me that they replaced the cylinder and lifter that is broken now and is still messing up this all happened after the mechanic told me the noise that was concerning me was normal it's at the Chevy dealership where they told me to take it to get it fixed since they are only Dodge certified also the back 2 tires were bald I'm very dissatisfied with the service don't always trust what they say
