DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SOUTHWEST INFINITY IN HOUSTON!! We purchased a car from this dealership. We signed documents and they asked us to return with the check after the tint was finished on the vehicle. We called to confirm that the tint was finished and ready for pick up and then we were told that the car we purchased had been sold to someone else. This is such poor business and a huge waste of our time. We would never do business with them again. They did not seem to be sorry about this incident and in fact indicated that this can happen anytime due to the way their system is set up. Horrible. read more

Salt Lake City Infiniti informed us that the dent was most likely caused during the previous oil change. The fact that it wasn't leaking after your oil change suggests you may have known something was wrong and tried to mask it until the next technician touched it. If the work had been done properly, we would have returned to your dealership and let you inspect it. However, our last visit left us feeling uncomfortable. We shared our honest feedback -- we did not like the service, and we did not feel we were treated well. Our reviews reflect our experiences, not yours, and other customers deserve to know the truth. You refused to take responsibility and used our previous negative review as an excuse, which is not how responsible people or businesses behave. Actions like this should be brought to light. I spent the 4th of July weekend in Houston with my family, but the trip took a turn when my 2015 QX60 suddenly stopped working. I had it towed to Southwest Infiniti. AAA initially told me it was my battery and alternator. They replaced the battery, and I expected the dealer would replace the alternator next. A few days later, my service tech called with bad news -- according to them, it wasn't the alternator at all, but the transmission. The cost to replace it? $7,100. I was devastated. It just didn't make sense to put that kind of money into a ten-year-old car. After talking to my mechanic back home, he urged me to tow the car back to Dallas. His reasoning was simple: transmissions don't just fail out of nowhere, and he wanted to take a closer look. I paid the dealer's $149 diagnostic fee and had the car towed home. The moment my mechanic checked it, he confirmed what AAA had originally suspected -- it was the alternator, not the transmission. The repair was thousands less (over $6k saved), and my QX60 is now running perfectly fine. I can't say for sure whether this was a case of blatant dishonesty or an honest mistake, but either way, it cost me significant time, money, and stress. If anything went wrong it would be covered. Had the car less than 2 months the starter has gone out and it isn't covered. I was told that I had to pay $1800 to fix it. I just got a call from the salesman Sel. I need to take the car somewhere else to have it fixed or pay them they are not responsible for fixing the car. Avoid Southwest Infiniti at all costs. I placed an order for a simple reservoir hose through the Infiniti parts website. After completing all identity verification steps they requested, I received no warning that the package would require a signature. UPS attempted delivery three times and returned the item--**all because this dealership unilaterally chose to ship it with a signature required without ever informing me**. When I contacted the dealership, I was met with a defensive and smug response from "Parts Director" Michael Heil. He refused to accept any responsibility for the lack of communication and claimed their policy was "clearly stated"--which it wasn't. I checked everything, and there was absolutely no disclosure during checkout. Despite never receiving the part, Southwest Infiniti tried to **keep the outbound shipping cost**, calling it "fair." This is theft, plain and simple. After I told them I was filing complaints with Nissan Corporate, the BBB, the Texas Attorney General, and my credit card company, **they quietly pushed through a refund--without telling me the amount and without confirming whether it was full or partial.** They then sent a condescending "final response" email and cut off communication. This is a shady operation that hides behind technicalities, refuses to communicate like professionals, and punishes customers for their own failure to be transparent. My family has been repeat customers at Southwest Infiniti for the past 10 years + but it's safe to say that will no longer be the case after the experience I had last week with the service department. Last Monday, I brought my 2015 Q50 in for a 4 wheel alignment service. While completing the service, they found that one of my control arm was in need of repair and due to this they could not complete the service. Yet, I was still charged full price even though they did not fully complete the service and when asked if I could bring the car back the next week after getting the control arm fixed, I was told that I would be charged again even though I never received the service that I paid for in the first place. This experience has been very frustrating and I have expressed my concern to the dealership but they have not been willing to resolve my concern. My only desire is to have a full alignment completed on my vehicle since that is the service I paid for; not a partial completion. As it stands today, the management of this facility agrees with collecting funds without providing the service. Therefore, if you were considering bringing your vehicle to this location for your needed repairs, you may want to reconsider. I would truly hate for you to have a similar experience since they are satisfied with charging full prices for doing half the work. It just appears that collecting the $400+ fee was more important to them than doing the right thing. read more

What happens to customer service now a days? Mike Fresa, the manager from Southwest Infinity denied my car's license plate bracket. When we picked up the plate, it happen to be late at night and the parts department was closed, so they told us to come back. We were not available to come back until 4 months later and when we did on 4/4, there was a new standing manager, Mike Fresa, who did not want to sign off on the bracket. After talking to him, he said that we did not deal with him at the time and we did not have like an order number. He claims to me that the bracket is "not that expensive" and explains he is from New York. Is that how New Yorkers give service? This was my experience and why I don't recommend dealing here. Today, Monday, I received a call from Southwest Infinity, letting me know that they will install the bracket and supposedly all their cars are to have the bracket. I did not remember the lady, but thanks for trying to provide better customer service, but I already fixed the license plate issue. I appreciate that she made the time to call, but I guess Mike Fresa, the manager, from New York, did not know that, or he straight out lied. Just asking no one in the service department knew? I understand certain policies need to be followed, but it's seems ridiculous. read more

Absolutely crooked dealership. Do not do your business here. Take it to West Houston INFINITI where the people are more professional and less likely to scam you. We recently purchased a listed certified pre-owned vehicle and when we negotiated the price down to something we like, we went into it believing that the certification will be there. Spoiler alert! It was not. They removed the certification under our noses in order to "bring the OTD price down". I only found out about it after calling them multiple times without an answer across multiple days, before being told that that is what they did. Everything was taken care of so professionally that by the time I got to the finance department, it only took about fifteen minutes to complete the paperwork. I have bought several brands of vehicles in the past, and the process made me never want to buy again. Still, each time I purchased from Infiniti and saw the professionalism from walking in until I drove out, it led me to only ever want to buy from this company. WARNING**** I found a preowned car there on the website for my son. I called and spoke to a salesman Daniel and he assured me that the car was available. I put $500 down that day and told him ill drive the 3+ hours out there the next day with my son to pick up the car. I took the day off from work and touched base with Daniel the following morning and he reassured me the car is clean and fueled up so we can drive it home. We made the drive and met with Daniel, After sitting at his desk for sometime he returns and says his manager F***** up and the car sold 3 days prior. I did get my deposit back and left promptly. Ive owned 6+ nissan\ infiniti but im not sure if ill ever buy one of their car's again! From a couple of other reviews, it looks like the elderly should steer clear of this dealership. Let me preface this before I continue, age is not a reason to cry fowl. But...... My 75 year old parents recently purchased a used Nissan Murano that they were told was a trade in and had just come onto the lot. They asked all the usual questions, and even asked to see the Carfax. They were told the car hadn't been in any accidents and the Carfax said the same only some damage to the front and the rear. The salesman informed them that those damages could be scratches or even minor dents or dings. On the drive home the drivers seat came completely unattached , to almost dangerous to drive. The key fob wouldn't work so they took it to the Nissan dealership, who informed them the fob was programmed to a different vehicle and that the car had obviously been in an accident and wasn't safe to drive. Unpon further research we found the car had been sold at auction and repaired and sold to my parents. I HAVE PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE!!! We notified Mike Frazier who told my mother "I can't help that you are now the proud owner of this car!" Mike told me he would buy the car back and my parents could just pay the difference. We have yet to hear back from Mike, even though multiple messages have been left! Please do your due diligence and stay as far away from these deceptive policies practiced by this dealership. read more

This is a honest review. My car was taken to this shop because it had a tire blow out. The service department wanted to do things to my car that were not necessary. Took 3 weeks to get it taken to another shop. The shop where my car was taken went by this dealers notes of my car and they had it for 3 weeks waiting on a fender I didn't need. Be careful. Attached is a photo of my bumper. After 6 weeks without my car, I took my car to the Infiniti dealership where I bought it just like I thought and said before , he agreed there was nothing wrong with my fender. I waited for weeks. SW Infiniti charged me 350.00 to evaluate my car . They also miss diagnosed my front headlight was damaged from the tire. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, TEAM NEGOTIATES IN BAD FAITH/EXPLOITATIVE TACTICS!!!. For background, me and my family have been coming to Southwest Infiniti for 10+ years, with 4 leases so far with them, this would've been my 5th. I came in on Thursday with my lease almost up to get a new car. Slade Vaughn was the associate who assisted me. Slade gave me an offer on Thursday that was a bit outside what I would want to pay, but a good offer. I came back today (Saturday) to finalize. Slade was willing to go a little lower but not much. After some back and forth he did his normal salesman thing, printing the final terms on a sheet and having me sign the paper to lock me in. I SIGNED THE SHEET. 10min later Slade comes back and says they CANNOT HONOR THE MULTIPLE OFFERS THEY GAVE ME. Not only was the offer from today not being offered, but also the offer from THURSDAY. The team at Southwest Infiniti was printing out MULTIPLE offer sheets to me with terms, and they said that the "General Manager" was livid and said they cannot do this deal. After some argument, Slade sent me to Shehzad Jiwani in finance, who now was saying the best they can do is $100-$150 MORE A MONTH than the multiple offers they showed me!!!! Not only did Southwest Infiniti waste my time, they used predatory tactics and negotiated in bad faith. I've been a loyal customer with Infiniti for 10+yrs, with multiple cars leased with them. Despite that loyalty the team did nothing to fix this situation. Take your business elsewhere. If they do this to a loyal customer, then they will definitely completely screw you. I suggest West Houston Infiniti. Although I didn't make a deal there, Alex their general manager was respectful and transparent. They don't pull shady tactics like Southwest Infiniti. read more

Horrible place and very dishonest. The service advisor told me I needed new brakes. I asked Bennie what the warranty was and he told me 12 months and 12K warranty. I pulled up the paperwork when they did it 4 months ago and he just stared at me. Then he tried to back track after telling me the mechanic made an error and gave the him the wrong information. Okay....right Bennie.......you just wanted me to pay over $1,200 for the brakes and you were sooo nice to give me a 10% discount....Well you can shove that discount and I will never do business with you again....what a rip off. read more

First, I have to say the sales reps we worked with, Jeff and Claude, were great. The manager we dealt with, Chris, is terrible. It's well worth your time to avoid this place and drive 40 minutes north to the Sewell Infinity. They are fantastic. My wife ordered a QX60 with a specific color and interior and worked with Jeff to get it. Jeff called earlier in the week and told her it's in! She was thrilled because we were willing to wait a long time for this one to come in and here it was. We jumped through hoops to sell her car and sold it 30 minutes before we arrived to pick up her QX60. Jeff was out ill, so Claude stepped in to help us. When we saw the car, it was the wrong interior, and unfortunately an interior that my wife really disliked. Claude was very helpful in trying to help us find an alternative,  knowing we were in a bind now because we are down a car. He was trying to work with us and make it right, but Chris, the manager didn't want to do anything to make it right. When we talked with Chris,  his response was a shrug of the shoulders saying "I'm sorry." He refused to work with us on any prices or offer any help, despite us being down a car because they made an error on their end. He could care less about the situation they put us in, and it was obvious.  I even made the comment "This doesn't seem to affect you because you know these cars will sell, but we are screwed over by your mistake" and his reply was "Right." He refused to call or work with other dealerships because he didn't want to lose the sale. No desire at all to even attempt to make anything right. My wife was very let down over this, after she worked with Jeff for so long to find this perfect car she wanted so badly. Jeff just made an honest mistake, maybe his paperwork said it was the right one but he didn't see it physically. I don't know. He was great the whole way through.  I was shocked by how bad the manager was. We ended up calling Sewell Infinity, told them what happened, and they had a couple of options for us to look at. We drove 40 minutes to get there, and because they worked with us we ended up with the car my wife wanted. Their managers know how to treat customers and it was a great experience. read more

I can't believe that infinity, what's suppose to be a reputable dealership sold me a lemon. I purchased a used car from them on Saturday and on my drive home the car started sputtering. I went, called and email my sales person Jeff and three days later after purchasing the car they emailed me back saying the car was used and has no warranty so it's your problem. And now that they have gotten the sale and my money they don't even have the decency to diagnose and tell me why the car is sputtering. I'm not even asking them to fix it just tell me what's wrong with it so I can fix it and make it safe to drive. This has been the worst experience purchasing a car. Shout out to the wonderful service department for another great job. I used the valet service for the 3rd time for 20k mile maintenance. I received very prompt service and they sent me a super friendly valet driver. This service is amazing and helps me to continue working rather than taking time off to get this done. I have bought 5 cars from this dealership over the past 17 years. The 5th will have to be our last. The experience was bad with our sales person because they promise to provide extra services when you buy a certified pre owened car, refuse to put it in writing and make the process of getting the extra work done difficult. They also incorrectly transferred my plates from my old car. I sent three emails to the sales manager and I received no response. They simply don't care. I went here today not knowing that I was going to be humiliated and embarrassed. I was looking at a 2012 GMC the asking price was $16,541 I asked the sales person was the best deal you all can give he come back with a total price of $20,000. I said oh no that's extremely too high he said we would would you like to offer I said $12,000. The salesman ask me based on what? what made me come up with that number? I said that's just a number I'm willing to pay he went to the sales manager and the sales manager laughed as the salesman was walking down the hallway back to me the sales manager continue to laugh. This dealership, after 20 years of our customer loyalty has indirectly damaged our credit. My wife had leased her most recent infinity and she liked the car so much she wanted to BUY a newer model and return the lease because the lease was almost up. The salesman, "Tony" told my wife "Not to worry about the lease", and that SW Infinity's finance department would close out the lease.THIS DID NOT HAPPEN! Now we are receiving notices of delinquent payments from infinity financing, (Thanks, LeRoy Harris) even though infinity had possesion of the lease car and my wife had ALREADY made her first payment on her new car. Do not do business with this company unless you can afford your credit damaged. Not exactly the 110% customer services they brag about at their website. We had good experiences but they have since soured. We turned in our last lease in early and got a new one. We agreed to 36 month lease with 1000 miles a month. They normally offer a 39 month lease but we discussed this in detail. I reviewed the paper documents and signed in the electronic pad. Now, we have a 39 month lease and they claimed 10k miles a year. It seems they changed the terms before I signed. We could not see the monitor as the finance manager said it is too difficult to turn the large monitor and everything is reflected in the paper copies . Luckily, Infiniti Financial shows 12000 miles a year but we are stuck at 39 months. Southwest Infiniti just sent us a notice that we will have to pay a penalty for going over the allotted miles. This is frustrating! It looks like they wanted us to stop leasing from them after two cars. We can respect and honor this! read more

I had nothing but excellent service from beginning to end with getting routine maintenance on my car. All of my interactions with the staff here was nothing but positive- everyone was very nice and helpful. Bobby M was my service consultant and did an impeccable job throughout the process, exhibiting the utmost professional, trustworthy, and courteous customer service: - Taking precise notes on everything I requested to be done - Explaining all of the service (along with cost estimates) to be done, including their service recommendations - Answering any and all of my questions - Returning my calls in a timely manner with status updates - Quick drop off and complimentary loaner car availability (service required a few more days than expected and I had no problems using their loaner Q50S a few more days, and it even had the convenience of the EZ tag as well) I was more than pleased with the service performed on my car and I would definitely return in the future. I've called numerous times and also emailed Stephen and Eric (service director) regarding this unpleasant incident since May 21. No one from Southwest has responded. This is what happened regarding my service in Southwest Infiniti. Stephen, the Executive Manager, left a voicemail end of April. He mentioned Southwest is committed to take all precautionary measure to protect customers and team members. In addition, he is offering 30% off any service to help during this difficult times (COVID19). My husband had to jump my battery and AutoZone confirmed I needed a new one. My current battery was replaced at Sewell in Dec 2017. I spoke to my service advisor in Sewell and was told it'll be $118. However, it's a 50 minutes drive to Sewell but they would provide a loaner car. Due to COVID19, I want to limit my time outside my home as I've vulnerable family member. So I scheduled an appointment w/Brenda at Southwest (only 20 mins drive) for the battery replacement. I was told she would match Sewell's pricing and would work out the 30% when we got there. She also mentioned that the whole process is 70 mins in & out of the dealership and we would wait in the waiting area. Southwest doesn't offer loaner car for this service. My appointment was set on first week of May. Unfortunately, I broke my ankle and spoke to Brenda for rescheduling; I shared about my medical condition on my broken foot. It needed to be elevated to reduce swelling. She understood my condition and reassured it'll be 70 minutes in and out of the dealership. We arrived on-time at 2:30 pm for our appointment and was greeted by Gerald. We were then informed about the 30% discount isn't applicable to warranty item. (Wonder why Brenda couldn't tell us over the phone!) We noticed none of the staff were wearing masks and only one had a mask, but was only secured to one ear so was dangling off his face. There was a plastic shield between staffs and customers. We sat at the large computer table and noticed the smaller tables were occupied by 2 parties and 4 customers were sitting on the couch. At 3:35 pm we checked in again with Brenda and was told the technician still hasn't tested the battery. We were both upset and wanted to leave but Brenda said it would take 5 mins to test and another 5 mins to replace the battery. What's the point to schedule an appointment at 2:30 pm when the technician didn't have time to even test the battery until an hour later. Testing a battery should only take a few minutes to determine if dead. Another customer decided to sit next to my wife where she was no more than 3 feet away. Why didn't Southwest Infiniti remove the chair in between for the social distancing? After the car was finished, Brenda told us it would be $148. We were shocked because that was different from the price we agreed on. I reminded her of our phone conversation that she would match Sewell's pricing. Then she came down to $128. Again, we insisted that was different from what we agreed. She said there's a shop fee of $15 for the towels and napkins. My husband personally took my battery out to AutoZone and installed it himself before going to Southwest. We know it takes less than 5 minutes to run the load test and probably another 5 minutes to install the battery. We finally agreed on the total after several rounds of discussions. It's not right to do business this way when we are promised the work at $118 and then charged for $148. There's no reason any customers should go through an experience like this. We're also disappointing that no one is enforcing any social distancing in the waiting room. COVID19 cases are trending up in Houston and businesses have a responsibility to do their part. read more

HORRIBLE customer service. Part of the agreement when we purchased was that a loaner car is provided for maintenance of the car. This is a NEVER the case. Even when we confirm the loaner every time you show up for the appointment they do not have one. Causes lots of frustration as a working mom and the team in the service department do NOT care. I am in the industry and don't believe in bashing companies unless they truly deserve it. By allowing a walking mid age crisis by the name of Omar to work in this service department is a statement of the management. On my particular car it was not ordinary and would require him to make one additional call to be authorized to work on it. He instantly had an attitude and warned me it could be a lengthy time before they could get to my vehicle, while also denying me a bailment. I said that sounded lazy considering I had the phone number and extension ready for him to call. At that point the narcissist came out. He said "oh you are calling me lazy, I advice you to take your car elsewhere, go back to clear lake Infiniti". (I just moved to this side of town). The best part of the whole experience was my "mediation session" we had to have with Todd for them to take my car. After agreeing to the manager he had me sit in the lobby while he inputted information during this time he made jokes to his coworkers while side eyeing me about "he'd handle this customer (me) and that he had taken his medicine and was okay now. I don't know if that was a reference to drugs or if the guy is really bipolar. But either way after scheduling and appointment and waiting a week it's been over 48 hrs and they still have not touched my car. I think at this point it will be best that they don't and I will pick it up today. I'm hoping someone in management or ownership will please see this messaged and write up an $8000 ticket. I have a 2009 Infiniti G 37. I have taken it to Sterling McCall Infiniti service department since I got it. After having it a few years it started driving like the shock absorbers needed replacing. When I took my car in for service I told the service adviser about the car not driving well. He said they will look into it. When I went to pick up my car I was told nothing was wrong with the front end. They found nothing. Every time after that for 4 to 5 years. Every time when I took my car in for service I would have the same complaint. Please look at my car. It drives like a bucket of bolts. Time and time again, for years I was told nothing is wrong.This went on . Until now. When I took my car in the beginning of January 2020 with the same complaint. This dealer is cheating on the customer, I spoke with them on Monday 11/29/2021, I gave them my information to check financing, and I was approved, I wanted to buy the 2022 QX60 lux, and we got the deal already after 1 day talked, $62k for the out of the door price, every thing was done, and I was waiting for the financing to let me know how many interested they will do, but surprising, today is Thursday, and they didn't do the finance to me, I think they was working on the customer, so they called me today, and told me the deal we maked on 11/29 was for last month, and today they said they add on the APPERANE, ( that APPERANE they added on before $1495). Now they did another APPERANE add on with the cost $3000. While they already add one package was called INFINITI SELLECT( that add on I was asking around some dealer and they didn't know what is that for, so the total add one $2495( INFINITI SELECT) $1495( APPEARANE) on the 11/29/2021 $3000( APPEARANCE) on 12/02/2021. Total for the car $65,427 Look like they didn't want to sell me the car because in the time I waited, they got cheating on another customer, so they tried to push hard on me to let me give up, I call around some dealer and with $65000 , you can buy they 2022 QX 60 SENSORY for the out of the door price.
