Worst fade in existence. I should've known. I waited longer for the cut than it took to cut my hair and it was only a 3 min wait. This dude did ONE lap around the chair with some wet clippers and called it a day. My second trip here and my second stylist as well. Started off with Colinda my first trip and ended up with Destiny my second trip. Both did an amazing job with my hair so I cannot complain about either girl. Both girls were extremely friendly and social and knew what they were doing. So far, I've been impressed with their business model. Unlimited haircuts for a monthly fee -yes, please. The atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and I have enjoyed my trips to get a haircut. They even provide beverages while you wait, couldn't ask for better service. At this point in time, I'm at 2 for 2 with different stylist and couldn't be happier. Raised monthly memberships by 50%, and get this you have to fill out a form to cancel and then they say it takes 30 days, and guess what you get to pay for another month's membership. run away! run away! plenty of good barbers out there without this crap. I usually go into a place, get butchered and then leave them a big tip because I k ow I'm never going back. We had an appointment for 630pm. We showed up 10 minutes early because my son was excited to get his haircut there. At 645pm, and no sign that we'd be tended too, we decided we'd have to go somewhere else. We noticed two barbers had finished their clients and were just hanging out for the 15 minutes we waited. Neither the hostess nor the barbers informed us of a delay or that we would be served. We were simply ignored. We don't like being treated like we're unwelcome or unwanted. The manager did reach out immediately to rectify the issue. My service was scheduled toward the end of the day and the manager was not there and couldn't say what may have been the hold up but did say it would be looked into first thing the next morning. I was asked if there was anything they could do to make amends and the manager have a pretty good offer. I accidentally deleted the email to respond but we'd already gone somewhere else. The manager was attentive and I believe striving to offer great service. Maybe it was just late. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My gf came in here to get her haircut she previously had trimmed and to re-bleach her hair. Destiny was the woman's name. She completely botched her hair. I've seen my 5 year old niece do a better job at tracing with her kindergarten scissors and some blank paper. Obviously she couldn't see the back of her head so when she got home I took a picture which I will attach so you have an idea of how lop sided and uneven they made the back of her head look. So obviously we called to get her haircut fixed expecting not to have to repay for them to fix it since they did such a terrible job. As you can see her head is practically shaved.. each bowl of bleach according to management is 40$ per bowl. Unheard of when they buy it wholesale but all good they can charge for their work on top of the *supplies* they tried charging her over 100$ to fix her hair and apparently had used 3 bowls on bleach on her hair.... wth... 3 bowls of bleach would not only cover all my hair but I could probably have enough to use on someone else... I would know because I used to bleach all my hair and I have a massive curly dark mane. Smh don't come here if you want to get scammed or charged for them to fix their mess ups.. they also don't have the customers best interest at hand by using unnecessary amounts of color, bleach, toner, ect. Your better off at super cuts. In response to the owners message he left below. You should be making accommodations to fix someone's hair when you botch it. That's called customer service. Aside from all the lies you are also stating publicly in attempts to make my review look like it's not true. I'd like to remind everyone reading this that that's not how the situation was handled. So this is not a review on the hairstylists here they are all pretty good but this is on the monthly subscription. This place is still trying to charge people on a monthly basis when the CDC has place stringent guidelines to people who are high risk. My wife is disabled, my mother in-law has COPD and me and my kids all have asthma. They still charged my monthly subscription. Since they will not cancel me I will be calling my bank to get a new card. I can't believe that you guys think that you can still try and charge people especially during this time. Place is terrible. Made an appointment for 4 pm. Showed up only to find out my stylist can't do shaves. Made another appointment for the next morning. This stylist was just ok and seemed like she had only been cutting hair for a short time. Her hands were not confident. When she couldn't shave my beard to the correct length, I decided to leave and do it myself. The stylist was more than happy for me to leave and do it myself vs trying to fix the problem. After all, this is what she does for a living. Major disappointment. Nobody cares in this place. I was excited when I saw this place because there are no places to get a good razor shave. BEST place for the WORST haircut! Walking in the door and being audibly assaulted by Kid Rock singing Sweet Home Alabama should have been the first clue that I was in for a terrible experience. The second clue should've been the fact that there were haircutters (they definitely weren't stylists or barbers) just standing around doing nothing while 3 people were waiting in the "lounge" area. When I told the front desk attendant that I didn't have an appointment she just glared at me and said I would have to wait 25 minutes. I looked over at the unoccupied haircutters and thought to myself "Should I just leave, there is clearly something very wrong goi...". My thought was interrupted by one of the previously unoccupied haircutters. I am guessing the wolves could smell the hesitation and fear and came running in hopes of not losing another customer ( I assume that they probably lose a lot of customers). While Lil' Jon screamed out his affinity for taking shots, I was trying to scream over him so that the haircutting person could hear that I wanted a high bald fade, with a trim up top and a hard part. Clue #3 that I was making a huge mistake...when she asked what a high bald fade was. I am pretty blind, so when I get a haircut I have to remove my glasses, so I was blindly hoping that she understood what I was trying to tell her. I had to remind her 5 different times that I wanted a hard part, after the 5th time I believe she went over to someone else to ask advice and then it seemed that she resorted to a youtube video on how to perform this task...as she approached me with the grace of someone afflicted with Parkinson's, I tried to just tell her to stop, but it was too late...in the end I left with an uneven fade, smelling like I bathed in Charlie perfume and a hard part that resembles Passo San Boldo. I ended up paying for someone else to fix the haircut the next day. Thinking back to those 3 people waiting in the customer lounge...they were probably waiting on the one person way in the back who maybe knows how to cut hair and possibly is a legitimate barber/stylist. read more

Wonderful place to get a cut and shave. Taylor sure knows her way around a head of hair! I gave her a very vague description on the fade I was looking for and she nailed it. We had a laugh or two about bad tattoos; she has quiet a few of her own ROFL!! Thank goodness I'm getting one of them removed! (Boy what a mistake that was)... Anyway, my one complaint is the receptionist answering the phone is a real moron. I was simply trying to schedule a haircut and she couldn't seem to use the computer to look me up!?
