They charged my card 49$ and then called me this morning to confirm. My appt was today at 6pm. Well no one showed up. And their only thing was to say they could reschedule me. So they charged me money for services they never provided me, and didn't even offer 10% discount or an apology. Beware. This feels like a scam.

No weight loss either. I decided to stop spending my money after paying for 3 months of watered down injections. Staff is usually decent in the front. The providers that offer the follow ups are great. Everything is super expensive as it is that I will not return or recommend anyone here for this reason of throwing away your money for watered down injections. Last thing when prefilled syringes are given to you they also prefilled with a lot of bubbles and not enough sema/tirz that you end up injecting less medication!
