One phone call to work out all the details, pay a $99 deposit ahead of your moving day. They sent out two guys that were great, tied down everything in the truck carefully, and were able to do anything I needed! I must admit, I didn't have anything super heavy/big/challenging to move, so if you do, maybe request three guys or two especially strong ones, hahaha. I made them make stops at two places, and then carry everything up a flight of stairs. No complaints! This is a great option for quick 1-2 bedroom moves!

Madden came out when they said, tore out the old fiberglass tub and surround, pointed out the new tub we bought was damaged before starting work so I had time to exchange it. Great! They installed the new tub, faucets, raised the shower head, and helped install the insulation on the outside wall. Great! Chris is a nice guy and easy to work with. They were not great at sweeping up after, and wiping out the tub but that isn't a big deal. I started cleaning up the bathroom today and discovered the hot water in the tub isn't working. So they are coming back out today to fix it. Great!

After a miserable week-long experience with another plumbing company that made a feable attempt to…read moreunclog a kitchen sink and could not keep schedule promises, I call Madden on the reccomendation of another plumber that was too busy. I called Madden's office and this nice lady said she could get someone out that afternoon. As promised, Chris showed up and after me explaining the history got his machine out and had my sink unclogged in less than a half hour. After hooking everything up he checked that everything was draining well, clean up the area and presented me with a bill that was less than the other people told me it would cost. I will be having more plumbing done in the summer and I will be calling Madden.
