My husband and I went for a 12 week ultrasound last week and could not have been a better experience! We are still raving and telling all our friends about it. We were taken into the back room where the ultrasound took place. The vibe of the room was so calming and inviting. It's big enough if you want to bring family or friends in. The lights were dimmed with soft music playing in the background, you lay on a super comfy bed and the ultrasound was projected on the wall. Our tech was amazing!! Sad I didn't catch her name but she took her time to explain things and was so patient after I asked to get a recording of the heart beat and baby didn't want to stay still . After having a not so great experience in the doctor's office where everything was rushed and couldn't even listen to the heartbeat, this was just what we needed. We will most definitely be back in the last months and would recommend to anyone! read more

My wife had an appointment today (Dec 31st) and the office is closed no one here. We called several times and no answer. My wife found the number to the manager and she stated that the office was supposed to be open and someone here. We've been waiting for over 30mins and still no one is here. We called the manager after 30mins and she said someone should have been here by now. Still no one. Family came all the way up from Florida for this. Such a disappointment. I'll never recommend this office for an appointment if you're really counting on it. Terrible. EDIT: No one ever showed up. Called the manager to tell them we were going with a different business A New Conception 3D ultrasound which scheduled ya for this week and offer Military discounts if that applies to you. I booked an appointment here 2 weeks in advance for our 26-week HD ultrasound. I had family visiting from Thanksgiving and we all decided to come to the appointment. Additionally, my 85- and 94-year-old great grandparents made the trip. As we arrive early in excitement and gathering in the parking lot, my girlfriend gets a voice message from "Sarah" with a MI area code stating they must cancel our appointment due to the technician getting burned 4 minutes prior to my appointment. (10:56 AM the voicemail came) The appointment was 11:00 AM. I mean, the office hours state they open at 9:00AM and I could understand being cancelled because of an emergency, but in all seriousness 4 minutes prior? No customer service whatsoever. Rude, short, and trying to move on with whatever personal things she had going on. But wait, it gets worse. She promised a call back by 12PM as I was willing to wait patiently for someone to come and still complete the ultrasound as we are already here. As I sat in the parking lot for 55 more minutes and was promised an update. I did not receive any call back. They stated, "Maybe someone can come in later and we can see you" In their words maybe 3PM or 5PM. Mind you, we are all already here waiting to go in. I mentioned IF this was even possible, I feel this visit should be free based of the amount of traveling and gas used by multiple people to get here. Sarah agreed. After several more hours around 215PM I called because I was never called with any update. As polite as possible I called Sarah and said I am willing to come in next weekend and I apologized for being upset earlier in the day (as I should be but still). Her response have me baffled. "If you can't come in for 330PM today next weekend won't be free. Hunny, this is how your allowed to run this business. I would love to have a conversation with the owner. I am beyond dissatisfied and my entire family is beyond upset by the lack of common sense and customer appreciation. It's not even the concept of the money as I have been here before and didn't mind their service. I was willing to sit there over an hour and a half just to get my services completed that we wanted. There is no way I would ever recommend this place to a stranger. I have honestly in 31 years in life never felt so poorly about a company / business. I didn't realize "Customer Service" after you made a huge mistake on having a customer in your parking lot while cancelling and then forcing them to come back the same day for the services or it will no longer be free? I have many years in business management and I would never allow this type of behavior at any organization I assocate my self with. Bottom line. Stay away. Drive to E. Longmeadow or Brookline for your ultrasounds where they provide BETTER ultrasounds and have more updated equipment. NEGATIVE stars if it was possible. BB Precious makes me SICK. read more

We went in for a 3D/4D Ultrasound at week 33. The ultrasound tech was very friendly and patient. My baby boy wasn't cooperating at first, hiding his face behind his palm and then facing towards the placenta (we even saw him licking the placenta lol) She suggested me to get up and do some stretching and also brought me cold water to drink. At the end we were able to see our baby's face and it was really precious. Definitely made our day. I still look at those pictures every day. I will come back for the same experience when I have my second child :) read more

Love love love this place! With covid going on i have not been able to get all my normal ultrasounds so i booked private ones and im so glad i did! Terrible results . But the technician was friendly. Clean and cute place . The machines were not high quality compared to other places I've been to . The 3D and 4D options were very cheap and low quality. I asked if how far along I was was going to be a problem. They assured me it was not a problem . So I decided to go forward with the appointment. The technician tried to get better results but it did not work . Within the first 5 minutes I should of been told this appointment was not going to work but she continued to take pictures and I didn't even realize those were my final picture . I thought she was trying to get the baby in the position . So I paid $100 so useless photos. I do not recommend this location for that reason. Very Disappointed. read more

Yesterday, I came back to BB Precious Ultrasound for my second appointment. My first appointment was back in February for the SneakPeek and ultrasound deal. It was amazing and accurate! I am having a baby boy! Since the pandemic, my husband has been unable to attend my medical appointments or see my ultrasounds. BB precious allowed my husband to attend the appointment with me and experience one of the most beautiful ultrasounds you can ever imagine. The service was outstanding and we even got a gift with baby formulas. I am recommending this to all of my pregnant friends and to anyone who reads this. I can't wait to go back. On March 5th we went to BB Precious in Newton, MA for a private ultrasound session. We bought the 2D/3D Gender Reveal package and it was well worth it. BB Precious was able to schedule us in on the day and time that worked best for us. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a friendly staff. The atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and definitely high end. The ultrasound technician was extremely friendly, made sure we were both comfortable, very personable, and her skills were more impressive than those technicians at the hospitals. She was very generous in printing out photos and found the gender rather quickly. She took the time to explain everything that we were seeing on the screen. They had a massive TV in the room for our viewing pleasure. You can also record the baby's heart beat and insert it into a stuffed animal. I highly recommend this place and we will be back for more ultrasounds. We've tried to get an appointment with another place (GV), but they never returned our calls to schedule an appointment. Everything happens for a reason and we are glad we came here instead! read more

My husband and I visited BB Precious for a gender determination scan at 15w4d, and our baby was correctly identified as a boy. The ultrasound suite was spacious and comfortable and our tech was personable and was happy to let my husband be the one to tell me our baby's sex, as was my request. The main reason for our visit was to get a DVD of the scan to share at Christmastime with my husband's family, since they are not local. I docked one star as the DVD was not "set to music" as advertised and, in fact, had no sound. I wish it had, so we would have been able to share the heartbeat with our families! Otherwise, we were completely satisfied with the service received and would go again. read more

This place was great! The ultrasound tech was friendly, knowledgeable and the vibe of the whole place was so warm and relaxing. I went in for a gender reveal scan at 14 weeks 5 days and was told were expecting a baby girl! When I went in for my anatomy scan at my obgyn at 19 weeks my Dr confirmed that she is in fact all girl! I'll b coming back around 31 weeks to see my sweet peas face in 3D! Highly recommend! read more

Love the staff!!! Roxanne and the receptionist are so nice and welcoming and make you feel super comfortable! The ultrasound room is extremely nice and large, has a nice bed instead of a chair and a couple of comfortable chairs around for people who are coming along. They take their time with the ultrasound instead of in and out like at a Doctor's office. Came for the Gender Bliss package- baby was being difficult to see at first but eventually showed what it was. Will definitely be coming back for my 3D/4D ultrasound! read more

We contacted BB Precious when we found out we weren't able to get into our regular OB office as soon as we would like to learn the gender of our little one. I called BB Precious and they even had an appointment available that day! We ended up booking the gender package for the next day - a Saturday - and I was so surprised they were available on the weekends! We had Hope as our sonographer and she was just so wonderful! You could tell throughout the ultrasound that Hope really loves doing what she does. The whole experience was so relaxing and unlike the experience you'd get at a physician's office. The room and decorations were homey and watching your little one up on the screen for such an extended amount of time is unheard of in the physician's office. We left with so many photos (and memories) of our little nugget! read more

We had a fantastic experience at BB Precious! We went in just to "check in" on our 17w4d twins. Our ultrasound tech was incredibly knowledgeable and very patient. She answered all of our questions and even thou one of the twins was not in a particularly photogenic position or mood she made sure to get us some good views of both babies. We had planned on making this a one time thing but we have already re-booked for a 2nd session in January because of what a positive experience it is. NOTE: We do not know the genders of the twins and want to be surprised. Our tech did a great job of making sure that the surprise wasn't ruined for us. :) read more

Such a fun experience, I've been obsessed with the photos and video for the past few days. We did this at 31 weeks which was great timing - it had been a few months since our second trimester ultrasound, and only a couple of months from D day, so made things very "real". Roxanne was our tech - she was very friendly, patient, and made us feel very comfortable. Even gave me some munchkins for sugar to get the baby moving. We left with 10+ prints of the best photos, a video on DVD, and a disc of all the soft copies of the photos. All in all it took about an hour and was totally worth the price. Also got a bunch of free gifts from baby product companies at the end. Highly recommended for expecting couples and would make a great baby shower gift. read more

I recently went to BB Precious for a Gender Reveal session. I was 17 weeks and was anxious to find out the gender. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted at the front desk, offered us a beverage and proceeded to fill out the paperwork. Roxanne (the super friendly and jubilant ultrasound technician) made us feel right at home. The ambience was at its utmost tranquil state, perfectly dimmed, and peaceful children's music in the background. She was able to find the gender within a blink of an eye. She was very compassionate/empathetic and felt the joy that we did as parents. She's a mom herself and knows exactly what we are going through mentally. She took a glimpse of my bladder and let me take a bathroom break. I'm so appreciative of this place for the care and kindness they have shown us. We had a 3D ultrasound here at 31 weeks, per the recommendation of a good friend, and it was such a good experience! Stephen and his ultrasound tech were both so nice and accommodating to us. The place is beautiful and clean and has a peaceful vibe, which is a nice change from a busy doctor's office. We were able to bring our 3 year old son with us and it was great that they had a kid play area for when he became bored. The appointment lasted about an hour and we were able to leave with some adorable 3D pictures of our little one! Overall, I think this is a great experience and made me appreciate my last few weeks of pregnancy! read more

Had such an amazing experience. Took my 2 sisters and my 2 daughters. The waiting area is designed perfectly for families with little ones; I got there early and was so happy I didn't need to entertain my littles. I did not wait at all for my appointment to start; Roxanne was my ultrasound tech and was absolutely amazing. Would also like to say spot on with The Sex of my baby as well!!! They offer a stuffed animal with baby's heartbeat and I could not pass that up for the price. I would like to update my review. We are having another baby and since we had such a good experience during our first pregnancy, we wanted to come back for another peak at our new baby. BB Precious facility has not changed in two years - still very clean and welcoming. But I did feel that your experience depends a lot on the tech which will perform your ultrasound. I had three appointments during this pregnancy (one first heartbeat session where they could not see baby, one redo (comped), one regular HD session) and my experience varied greatly based on the person who was doing the u/s this day - hence the revised lower rating. read more

The technician, Sandy, who attended to us was super nice and awesome. I felt so at home and relaxed during my session even though my baby wouldn't cooperate. The most amazing thing was that, i wasn't pressured to end my session because my baby wasn't cooperating. I spent over an hour instead of my scheduled 30mins session. Ooh, I almost forgot to mention the packed goody bag I got! I was overly impressed. Kudos to BB Precious! Great services and I'll sure recommend and be back for the next baby!!! read more

We went in this afternoon for the 3D/4D ultrasound and Taylor was so amazing. She was so nice and informative and gentle and we all had a great time seeing our baby. The live link for people that can't attend was also a super cool feature. The suite is beautiful and all the technology is so modern. What a horrible experience. The staff member was extremly rude and really needs to take lessons on bed side manner and customer service. After driving 2 hours to get there we found out the online access wasn't working so what we paid for wasn't even an option anymore. It took me asking her what our other options were since we had driven so far to get her to do her job and try to help us. If I hadn't asked she would of been fine just doing the bare minimum. Then she was ready to give up after 10 minutes of "trying" (aka holding the wand and waiting) because our little one didnt want to move. She put a ridiculous amount of lotion all over me making a huge mess, was extremely rude to my boys, kept sighing and rolling her eyes during the entire session and had about as much patience as my 3 year old. The only reason I am even giving them 1 star is because the girl did give us a CD without charge to "compensate" for not having the online streaming. Her exact words to me when I asked what their policy is for unsatisfactory experiences were she said "well I guess you could come back for a another session, but I did just give you a CD which is a $20 value so....". Needless to say we left with like 2 good pictures and pointless CD and really bad customer service experience. I would never recommend this place to even my worst of enemies and it was a total waste of money! read more

It's the best experience u can get waiting for ur little one to come out. Unfortunately,I didn't get a chance with my firstborn. And actually wasn't expecting that it will be such a big difference with hospital ultrasound. But omg HD live with 3D Def worth an extra expense. You can actually see who your baby looks like, what exactly he is doing at the moment - and it so cute. Mine was scratching his head with his little tiny finger and looked so busy there :). The office itself was decorated with taste and everything felt so homie and comfortable. The ultrasound technical was very friendly and much talkable (not like any other hospital stuff, who can't really tell you anything coz it's against the rules). Don't get me wrong, they will not tell you if anything wrong with your baby or is he/she 100% healthy - for that information you have the hospital. But u can bring your kids there to look at the little brother or sister. Which I did with my 2 year old. They have stuffed animals and the size of the room allows to have not just your husband with you. They gave me a disc with all pictures they took and printed the best ones. read more

B.B. Precious is such an amazing place, they really came to my rescue. I had my 19 week ultrasound at my doctors office and they couldn't give me an accurate reading for my baby's gender. I left my doctors office really upset and my mom found B.B. Precious online. She called and spoke to Roxanne who was so kind and managed to squeeze me in on the same day. We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman at the front desk. They have a bright and clean waiting area with toys for the kiddos. When I was called back for my ultrasound I was immediately impressed with the room. It had a nice calming atmosphere with music, soft lighting and a very comfortable procedure bed. Roxanne was super nice and confirmed the sex of my baby almost instantly. She took the time to show myself and my parents different parts of little baby and gave us a sneak peak in 3D. I cannot thank Roxanne and B.B. Precious enough for saving the day and taking such great care of me. My husband and I will be returning in the future to see what our baby girl looks like!! I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get an elective ultrasound! read more
