My grandmother was locked alone in a hallway area and the only receptionist on staff then decided to go for lunch, leaving no one available to monitor patients. My mother went and found my grandmother in the hallway alone missing an article of clothing. When we attempted to address this and asked to speak with a supervisor, the receptionist was beyond rude to my grandmother, refused to give us her name, and would not allow us to escalate the issue. It was clear she knew her behavior was disturbing and completely unprofessional. This facility is UNFIT to handle elderly or cognitively impaired patients. What if my mother had fallen and broken a hip while locked away and unattended? Thank God I was able to get back to her when I did. I have escalated this incident to customer service and the Board of Health. Families deserve to know how vulnerable patients are treated here.

He is not very snobby or does he think he's very superior to others he's a Doctor Who loves people and he's very knowledgeable. You can trust him with your health. I recently was very sick and I concerns, and the good doctor took very good care of me and said, don't you worry you got me back to full health before you know it. He explains everything to you and he treat you the way he wants to be treated. Also, another thing his staff that works for him is also very awesome. Came for…read morefollow up in Feb 2025 and that side was okay (out of pocket cost $625) but they said to do 2nd follow up again in August (6 months) just in case. Thankfully that side was still fine (out of pocket cost $416). Scheduled what I believed to be my yearly mammogram Feb 2026 but they apparentally wanted to bill this as a 3rd FOLLOW UP. This "follow up" however was for both sides and was no different than any other standard mammogram I have ever had except this one costs more than $500 out of pocket. Therefore, this yearly was not covered. So all told a suspicious finding that has now been checked 3 times cost me more than $1500 out of pocket. Lesson learned. Questions the number of endless billable follow ups, especially when they are the exact same as standard mammogram.

I went there for years not realizing that there are other options in the area to get my medical care. I have had experiences with several doctors there for over a period of years. Their medical care should be reported to the National Medical Review Board for minimal and haphazard medical care. You will be seen for exactly 10 minutes. The doctors will be brief in answering your questions, they will become curt and frustrated if you ask more than 5 questions. They do blood work, go over results, omitting info and if your medical issues are too detailed, you will be sent on your way. I have always left feeling ignored and disrespected, Their Endocrinologist on Union Ave is especially guilty of this. They will not allow you to change your PCP either! Out of sheer frustration I changed to another medical group. I am now receiving minimal one-hour visits with their PCP and Specialists all doctors take great care of you. They do not skimp or cut corners in their medical care, and I feel very well taken care of. Charles River Medical needs vast improvement in their care, their attitude, and their medical expertise.

How is there only one person working the front area? Corey is clearly stressed and that is where the rudeness comes in. All she is able to do is point to people and then ask them to sit down. Doesn't check to see if they have appointments, what time they had their appointments scheduled for, etc. The online booking was super easy, but there is no point in arriving on time or early. Basically just sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half watching people who came in after me come and go. I am going to need a covid test after this covid test for the amount of time I just sat there... I would have been better off just waiting the ten days at home with no extra exposure.
