I am a fan of this chicken. These are hulk wings compared to other wing places. And the flavors just pop. Highly recommend the honey garlic. Can't beat salty sweet combo. The Kimchi fried rices had great flavor and the egg was delicious. The teriyaki rice was just ok compared to the other items. Needed more flavor to pop out. Fries and mozzarella sticks were good, but nothing unique. Had delivered and they definitely had a great system to keep everything crispy and hot. No soggy food, which is difficult given the items. It lacked a distinct flavor profile and just tasted blah... Wow! The most fresh, juicy, chicken I've ever had! The breading is something else, so crispy! We tried 6 different flavors of wings, my favorite was the Honey Garlic! So I went to these event and the seating was great lots of seats a great place to take your family. The food was good I had some fried mandoo with was juicy and tasty the fried chicken was crispy and full of flavor. My favorite was the cheesling wings. The Kim chee fried rice was tasty. I did the mild heat flavor of honey garlic, but even with mild on the heat didn't mean less flavorful. This chicken was crispy, flakey, and just the right amount of sauce. Amazing service, truly crispy chicken, and flavors that hit! My favorite wing flavor was the bone-in cheesling and the boneless Secret Sauce. It almost seemed as if they use different batters for different sauces, with some reminiscent of a tempura and others a panko crumb batter. Both were amazing but the tempura was more flakey than the panko, while the panko had a crispier crunch. The cheesling being slightly sweet and perfectly dusted in cheese, alongside the secret sauce which almost tasted like apple and cinnamon with a savory twist. The tteok-bokki side was my favorite, with a creamy rose sauce, fish cakes, and cabbage. It nicely pairs with the crunchy chicken, making it the perfect textural experience. They also seem to do a lot of take-out order and have a counter you can order at. Did a spontaneous day trip down to Omaha to explore the zoo and the Old Market area and ended up coming to an event over at this amazing Korean chicken restaurant! The hostess was amazingly friendly and the service was exceptional. The hostess and staff really did a great job of making travelers and guests feel welcomed. It's a casual restaurant spot with an almost sports bar feel. There's TVs on the walls with k-pop, sports, and also the menu and prices displayed, which was super helpful. We tried everything pictured below. The bone-in wings were my favorite, specifically the cheesling wings, although the traditional golden original wings were a close second! The hot spicy wings are indeed very very hot and the wings leave a spicy coating in your mouth. Other than the wings, I really loved the Ddeok-Bokki, the sauce was perfectly creamy with just the right amount of zing to the flavoring. I also really enjoyed the soft chewiness of the cylinder shaped rice cake/ noodles. Overall this place is a 10/10 and I cannot wait to return! read more

This was definitely enough for two people, my Favorite Was the honey garlic it had just enough sweetness to savory the chicken was so juicy and crunchy the cooks definitely know what they are doing. The spicy original was not as spicy as I thought it was going to be, it was still really delicious but I would have preferred it to be a more spicy, the rating was 3 for spice but was more like a 1 for spice. This was my second visit to BB.Q in Omaha. The first time was fantastic with excellent food and great service. This time the food was still amazing, but the service had some hiccups. We ordered boneless wings and got something else. When we mentioned it, the server insisted the order had been correct. It felt dismissive, and things got more uncomfortable when what appeared to be a manager tossed the plate in the trash right in front of us. At the end of the meal, we were told there was an additional charge for the chicken, even though we were never informed about it beforehand. That's when we asked for a manager and Vanessa came out. She explained there had been a communication issue with the server and handled everything with professionalism and care. She made it right, and we really appreciated that. While the beginning of the experience was frustrating, the way it was handled in the end completely turned it around. That's why you have to be clear it would've been a five star had there not been so many communication issues. Maybe if I come back it'll change but for now three stars it is. read more

Wow this was great! I loved the Galbi chicken wings that I ordered - the meat tasted juicy and fresh and the skin was deliciously crunchy. The flavor was also amazing, I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants something a little different but doesn't do great with spicy food. Long story short, we ended up placing a large order (over 15 menu items) for supper for pickup to eat at the hotel. Our server was excellent and gave us some recommendations, as it was our first time there. We started with the Cheesling Fries and they were so tasty. When they first came, there was a funky cheese smell that kind of put me off, but the taste when you ate them did not have any funk at all. It came with a slightly sweet and spicy sauce drizzled on top. So good, and the portion size is definitely shareable. For chicken, we shared both the Gangnam Boneless Wings and the Secret Sauce Traditional Wings: The Boneless Gangnam Wings were tangy and a little sweet, with garlic and black pepper in the sauce. I know people usually scoff at boneless wings, but these did not taste like the normal boneless you're used to - they almost tasted like they were on the bone and then taken off. Juicy and soft, and the fried skin was not too crispy like some boneless wings can be. When we tried the Secret Sauce Wings, they were pretty similar to the Gangnam sauce, but without the heat. The Coleslaw we got on the side of the wings was creamy and flavorful, and I'm not even a coleslaw fan normally! We put our orders in; I ordered wings, fries, and a sake/beer. The sake/beer was surprisingly expensive at $14. If I would have known that I would have said no when they suggested it. But that's on me. The wings were freaking delicious. The only bad thing about having them made to order is that they were SO hot when we got them, we had to take small nibbles for about 15 minutes before they cooled down a little. Fresh chicken and tasty sauce, nice presentation and nice boxes for togo, great atmosphere, clean interior and bathroom, nice uniform, and great menu. The 2 points deduction for me are.... 1. Togo wait time is a bit longer than the estimated time of the food(which they have a sign saying 20 minutes). I placed an order before 3 tables and they got the food before me (I ordered togo and it was only 1 box of wings and coleslaw). I recommend to order ahead of time if you're in rush. 2. Dining service was pretty good but the lady at the cashier needs more training on customer service, smile, and how to be nice to customers. I asked for how long after I've been waited for 21 minutes and she said it will be another 5-10 minutes. By the time, I saw all foods went out to all the tables including the table that came in after us. I finally got foods after waiting for 32 minutes , she handed the food out , gave me a look with an attitude, and didn't even apologize. I'm not sure how they trained to treat togo's customers there but I would recommend you all to eat inside instead of ordering togo. I love seeing more Korean food pop up in Omaha and this one does not disappoint. It is a fast casual chain restaurant that serves Korean fried chicken as their main draw. The Gangnam style boneless wings had great flavor and was very crispy. The deokbokki was also good just a bit too sweet for how I like it. I think it's usually this sweet in Korea though so it is true to the flavor. We got the spicy and it was a good 6/10 spice (I can handle a good amount of spice for reference).
