I go to raising canes almost weekly and I have recieved many freebies. Last visit i got a yo-yo. Visit before four free large drinks, And befire that a free kids combo. This atomsphere is so pleasent and would definitly recommend. I have boughten so much merch and even exclucive merch. You are my favorite employees. And a shoutout to this one man I never got his name but he gave me the Yo-Yo and asked me what my favorite color was and i said "green" he left and when he returned he gave me a free green raising canes shirt. This was fenomenal and lovely. I'm even going back today :) I also heaard there was cotton candy, unicorns, and rollor coasters in there, I didn't see any but I think there might be in the staff place. read more

The chicken is so fresh. I love the fries and I leant of drink choices. We have gone in with big groups and they always come through.

Staff at 144th consistently underperforming .Drive through restaurants promise to offer one thing and that's fast food. One small order of three combo meals for their signature Box Combo and they ask me to pull up. They don't tell you this when you order it though because they collect your money first and then ask you to pull forward. The only thing that bothers me was that and the reason we chose fast food was because we were on the go from and in a rush from place to place. Staff feels no need to explain or apologize for the inconvenience. I expressed that I was in a hurry and would've rather have known this information in advance and they just treat it like oh well. The guy who brought the food out after two other vehicles behind me were served stated "here's your three box combos" I said thanks and he replied "awesome". What? It made me feel like it's my problem and there's nothing they offered to do about it. Simply not the first time this is happened at this location either. It's too bad because my kids really enjoy their food but it is just too frustrating for me too feel good about purchasing here. There's many choices out there. read more

I am SO happy they have a location closer to my house now! I loved their chicken when I was in Lincoln and I go here whenever I get the chance. The people working are always friendly and the food is good to. It's usually busy but it's well worth the wait. The only problem I may have is that you don't get enough coleslaw lol. ;) read more

Raising Cane's has some of the the best chicken tenders from a fast food restaurant. The chicken is always fresh, never frozen and hand-breaded at the restaurant. The chicken is always hot when served (almost too hot but it's much better than having cold chicken). There are one four options on the menu, but that's all you really need. I would highly suggest trying!!! read more

Not a big fan of a big hunk of bread with my breaded chicken and fries though, and the coleslaw is pretty standard slaw. Fries are rarely fresh. Check your receipts. The employee here charges your account for a different amount than your total. Not sure what's going on. I had to call the store and spent almost 10 minutes on the phone for them to figure out I should get a refund. The employees are rude and unprofessional. First there was a sign by the drive through that said the dining room was open. We park and walk to the front door where there is a sign that has a big OPEN and "drive thru" in tiny letters. Totally not visible from the parking lot. Fine, we go through the drive thru. We get our items and sit at the tables out front. We open our bag to find we have no straws, no drink for the kid's meal and two napkins for four people. I get there's a shortage of help everywhere but really, I don't mind waiting in line another minute or two so you can make sure customers get what they ordered/need. Easy choices and it tastes yummy! Kids really enjoy eating the chicken and french fries.

I have dined at this chicken restaurant on multiple occasions and have always had good experiences. I have gotten the chicken on a sandwich as well as just good old fashioned tenders with a side of dipping sauce. The tenders are always texturally pleasing and taste pretty good too. The coleslaw as a side really freshens things up as well. The employees have always been helpful and friendly and my food comes out quickly. I will definitely visit again. read more

My issue is with the food, it's pretty expensive- the tenders are alright but I don't really get the hype. We Love canes! But this location is the worst. I get that it's fast food- but we came in and ate on a Tuesday, every single table was gross. The place was dead- and 7 teens running it. The worst customer service ever. I asked for cane sauce - the kid who gave us our food said " you'll have to pay for it and you should have read the menu." Seriously ?! I have never been disappointed in the food at any Cane's location, but the customer service at this location is absolutely terrible! My husband, 2 year old daughter and I were here on 3/13/17 at around 8 pm. When we walked in 3 tables were occupied, with several unoccupied tables dirty and three people were ahead of us in line. One teen behind a register was actually helping customers and two others were taking up space behind the counter and loudly chatting with a friend who had come in to visit. Throughout our 45 minute stay at the restaurant, a constant stream of "friends" came in to visit various employees and distract them from helping actual patrons. Their conversations were loud and disruptive to the whole restaurant. They were also crumpling up receipts and tossing them at each other, which caused them to totally forget another patron's order. Not one table was cleaned while we were there. I'm not sure if there was a manager on site, if they didn't care what was going on, or if they were actually a part of the ridiculousness, but we certainly will not be returning to this location any time soon. If I were the general manager, I would be livid that these employees gave such a poor impression. read more

The chicken was good, and the bread was great. Fries were not good and needed to be salted. Disappointed you only get one sauce with 4 tenders, the same you get with 3 tenders. Won't be back because of this. Although the chicken was good, it is just as good at other places. read more
