Food was great, service good, music unacceptable in a public setting, and unbearably loud.

Not a big fan of a big hunk of bread with my breaded chicken and fries though, and the coleslaw is pretty standard slaw.

The interior is like a diner, with a red and white checkered design scheme. Their staff is always nice and pretty efficient in getting food out. There are a handful of tables where you can eat if you want to dine in. I will say, you do NEED to eat your burger/food there, because when we have ordered it and taken it home, it is a soggy, cold mess. It loses the heat and freshness very fast, is what I mean. But when we have eaten there (after realizing the take home plan does not work), it's been pretty good. Yes, the burgers are greasy, but that's to be expected when you're getting a burger. The fries are pretty nice too - they are pretty hearty - almost like steak fries. They also have milkshakes in about ten flavors, so check those out as well. As I said, Five Guys is a pretty nice option for a quick burger in Omaha, but definitely dine in to have it stay fresh, and don't visit if you're on a diet, becuase everything there is a grease bomb!

And when a place specializes in just three things, you expect them to nail it. Five Guys does exactly that, delivering simplicity and quality in every bite. I ordered a double cheeseburger with ketchup, mayo, and pickles, and it hit the mark. Not overly greasy, just a solid, delicious American classic. The fries, hand-cut and sourced from Boise, Idaho (as proudly noted on their board), were cooked to perfection--crispy, salty, and utterly satisfying. The restaurant itself was clean, the staff were friendly, and the vibe was laid-back. No bells and whistles, just a reliably good lunch. A great spot when you're craving something straightforward and done right. Would've been five stars if they offered a bit more variety, but hey, they know their strengths and play to them well!

The restaurant itself played music and was very very clean!! Food itself was fresh but average. Wheat or white bread are the beginning options. Toasted to them means grilled, whereas a "cold cut" is still toasted bread. It's a good thing to know going into ordering decisions. I ordered the Italian sub and it was ok- I think it would've been better without the grill because the oils from the meat had soaked the bread. Boyfriend, C's Review: Service was prompt and professional. The restaurant itself was very cleaned and organized. Food made fresh although overhyped in my opinion. I ordered the club cold cut and it came out with the bread toasted and made it dry which we now know is their normal. I do not care for toasted sandwiches. With so many other sub sandwich places in Omaha this wouldn't be my go-to. It was nice to finally give this place a try! They do support Down Syndrome Adoption which is amazing and something I did not know before going into the restaurant!!
