NY Strip was chewy and a lacked some marbling which made it dry. The steak should really use a good salting and coarse ground pepper coat before cooking. The steak was cooked a minute past perfect medium rare, but close enough. Still, I NEVER use Steak Sauce, but I did add some Bulliard's Steak Sauce that was on the table. Not really impressed with the steak's pre-cook seasoning. Steak Sauce: Bulliard's Steak Sauce is similar to A1 Steak Sauce, but more Smokey and less acidic. Service: Prompt, friendly, efficient, and attentive. Great! Ambiance: It's a HUGE place with many booths, tables, and seats at the bar. The Bad: their signage outside on the building is not lit, so at night, you may miss it (it's next door to a Sushi place that does have outdoor signage that is lit.
