The service was very good. Your chicken is cooked fresh and well with the wait. The ambiance was okay but we chose to take our food home to enjoy. The Golden wings were outstanding even after our drive home. The daikon was very good with the chicken. The fries were average. Looking forward to our next visit!

Had the WORST chicken wings from bb.q I've ever had. Flavors were awful & some of the chicken was cold. Wont be coming back again.

Unfortunately the A/C was not working so it was hot with fans running. Service was interactive and very friendly. Very cool start to your meal with a very modern and interactive hand washing experience. I won't reveal too much so you can experience it for the first time. Very cool, you will be impressed. Also the plum wine to aid in digestion was a nice touch. Order: Korean pancakes. Delicious. Crispy exterior and savory delicious inside. Bone broth soup. Amazing taste and flavor. Creamy broth from the proper boiling of the bones and marrow. Deep flavor. This is a destination dish and a must order. Even on a hot day with no A/C! Probably the best I have had in Minnesota. Spicy beef soup. Great flavor. Delicious broth for those that like a little spicy kick. Beef was tender and flavorful. Overall: Great experience and we will be back. Definitely worth the drive from the western suburbs.

The inside is pretty interesting -- the dining room is pretty large and almost seems like it wasn't meant to be a restaurant? That said, it's a cool space! The food was great. I appreciated that they had a vegetarian section. The tofu soup was delicious and very well spiced. I loved eating it with the rice they served. The clay pot bibimbap was also very yummy, but definitely needed some heat -- the Gochujang at each table was helpful for this! The bonchon was good too, and the server was helpful in pointing out what was and was not vegetarian. I would go back here but I'll point out that it's pricey for what you get. The portions aren't huge. There are a few other Korean places we've been too that are both delicious and offer better value, in my opinion.

The Dubu Bokkeum is awesome. It's a spicy stir fry with tofu and veggies. It's spicier than Minnesota spicy but the spice is flavorful and not overpowering.

Each portion was filling, and the food was hot and fresh! My least favorite thing was the seafood stone pot. I wasn't a fan of the sauce, the spiciness, and it having frozen veggies. I preferred the regular bi bim bap. I would recommend coming here!

One can always easily find something on their menu that they can also find in Korea at a random location, and this establishment also gets the flavor right, along with the small plates that complement the meal. Whether it's the stone pot bibim-bap or just the bibim-bap, mixing rice with the given meat and vegetables, along with some gochujang, made it authentically delicious. The seafood pancake was more plain than the kimchi pancake, which was to be expected. It had the perfect amount of seafood to not make either the seafood or the pancakes overwhelming in terms of amount. The kimchi pancakes had the right kind of saltiness that was given by the kimchi. Once again, authentically delicious. The galbi tasted amazing, and I think I could taste a certain amount of butter based on the type of oiliness and saltiness that the meat had. I could remove the meat easily from the bones, and the meat was easy to chew as well. I think the black bean noodle was the only item that I was more critical about, because it was a bit watery and the sauce was plain. However, it wasn't bad at all and I still finished all of it. Just comparatively, it was less tasty, and I have had better in Korea or China. Around this area of Oak Street, if people want to look for good Korean food, there are a few very good options, and this establishment is definitely one of them. I would highly recommend it.

We tried two different types of noodles...red kapoon and regular pho, plus some purple sticky rice. The red kapoon is a spicy with a hint of pickled flavor, it's complex and tasty. The pho is very rich and also extremely well flavored, with a hint of toasted garlic. Both really hit the spot on a cold morning, and we would get both again. The purple sticky rice was perfect for our toddler to much on, she loved it. Prices are extremely reasonable and service is quick. And at one end of this massive Warehouse of goodies and delights is this enormous endless row of magical food places which are serving everything from Pho to fake Chinese food to fake Japanese food to Korean food and even some real Chinese and Japanese to go with the Thai and the Filipino and a little bit of everything such as Laotian and Cambodian - but definitely heavy on the Vietnamese stuff as is the expectancy. The sad thing is that people on Yelp haven't really made a dent into these yet as I came here and noticed that probably only three or four of the 30 or 40 food places in this massive Market have even been put on Yelp yet. I've now put them all on Yelp and will be working my way through them each time I visit Saint Paul until I have put up pix of various dishes at each one. But if you live around here and you come here more regularly than I do, what's your excuse? Give all of these places a try! Put them on the map! Figure out which ones are the true hidden gems! Why go to Ye Olde Basic Brewery yet again for yet another pale ale and yet another microbrew craft beer and some more freaking Mozzarella Sticks. You can come here and do what Yelp is really all about which is trying new things and putting little places like this on the map.
