I love the crispiness of the chicken. The portion of the fries look generous as well. They come out piping hot and fresh, smothered in sauce. I usually like to get the soy garlic flavor while my sister loves the galbi flavor. We also get the sweet potato fries. What doesn't make this my favorite spot is $90 for (2) orders of the wings and (2) orders of fries with Ken's ranch. That price is crazy to me. Don't remember if they added gratuity for that check or not since we had 4 adults and 3 toddlers. But for wings and fries for 4 that is just pretty hard to justify. Service was decent. And the restaurant was pretty clean but I will say the food did that very long to come out. So our large fries baskets were all gone since we were picking at it since it took so long. Horrible Racial Experience. First of all, I walk in and the Asian girl behind the counter working on Tuesday 8/4 at 9:45pm asked everyone in front of and behind me if they had a to go order. I'm a big black man.. you can't miss me. So that was the first mistake. Second of all, it was 9:45pm.. and they're open till 10pm thinking I'll place a quick to go order. After the girl came around the counter, I had to ASK HER... "Can I place a to-go order." She said "no.. our kitchen closes at 9:30pm." I'm tired of these newer restaurants who don't want to honor business hours posted online. If you don't want to do business past 9:30pm... then state that. I was gonna go across the street and try WNB factory but they were already closing as well. Whoever runs this restaurant needs to do better. read more

This restaurant is always clean. The guests are always nice if they make you feel welcome Korean people are very nice people and they take pride and making sure your order is accurate. Hot and tasty. I drive 30 minutes to this location to pick up food and I've never had a complaint. The price for the food is good value. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! My wife and I came in on a Wednesday evening and asked for a booth. The server refused, saying booths were reserved for wheelchair users, and sat us at a small table right next to one. Moments later, when a booth opened up, we asked again--this time the server said booths were only for parties of three or more. Yet we saw other booths with only two people seated. We felt completely discriminated against. This ruined our dinner and our experience. I'm a rewards member and a frequent customer, but I will not be returning. I love BB.Q chicken and have been eating here for about 3-4 years (at various locations). Went here for a team lunch and my coworker ordered a soju... they charged him $15 for a bottle of soju he could have bought for $4 at the bottle shop right next to the bb.q chicken... it was the most embarrassing thing I've seen in a minute. It took like 25 minutes for our chicken to come out and our fries came out maybe 5 minutes after we ordered so our fries were cold by the time we got our chicken. Do not get the Mac and cheese. It was literally Kraft from a box with some melted cheese on top. Not worth it. The waitress was also getting combative when she got our order wrong which was very strange. She should have just corrected the order and moved on. Waitress also told us she would split the check and then she didn't. We stopped late on a Saturday and it was still crowded in here. We picked up takeout and went to Kroger to get groceries while we waited. The food took about 20 mins so not a bad wait for fried chicken And definitely worth the wait The rose tteokbokki is a must try! It was absolutely delicious. My husband and I got 16 wings & rose tteokbokki and an order of so ddeok so ddeok which was also very tasty. The rice cakes perfectly crispy outside, chewy inside and the sausages were flavorful but not too salty. This was a ton of food for about $55 We'll definitely be eating this for dinner again the next day! I swore that Choong Man Chicken was the best Korean fried chicken (KFC) in town for months. But WATCH OUT CMC, because bb.q chicken is coming for ya! Super crispy and juicy, this chain's chicken is a huge threat to the previously CMC dominated KFC market. I dropped the pup off for her grooming appointment nearby before stopping in for lunch. Bb.q Chicken has some great affordable lunch specials that are worth every penny. I've heard some complaints that their chicken isn't cheap so if you're try the chicken out for a slightly discounted price, I definitely recommend the lunch menu. For $12, you get an "S" order of wings (which I assume is Small), a side of fries (we subbed for an extra $1 for the cheese sticks) and a can of soda. Not sure if that is still the price now but that is what it was less than a year ago and it was my favorite lunch special I tried in Suwanee at the time. My favorite flavor that I tried (we tried BB and Spicy Galbi) turned out to be the classic BB wings. Slightly spicy but pretty straight forward and basic. But they were done RIGHT - perfectly crispy and fragrant and seasoned. The spicy galbi was a bit much for me - too much going on in terms of super spicy and strong flavors. I'm just glad we didn't order the Wings of Fire... the cheese stick was a standard fried mozzarella cheese stick but with epic cheese pulls if that's what you're looking for. Overall, a solid Korean fried chicken chain with a great lunch special! And I just can't wait for my dog's next grooming appointment LOL! New year new what diet?? read more

First time I came here I got the spicy boneless chicken. I have low tolerance for spicy and after two pieces I thought I felt steam coming out my ears. Last time I came here I wised up and got soy garlic which was not spicy. But I did get a container of spicy sauce on the side tho and I would much prefer this. I love the engineering behind the packaging for to go orders. I live about 7 mins away and by the time I got home, it was still piping hot and crispy because there were escape holes. I got a side of radish and wish I didn't because it came with a small container of it anyway. I will be back. Shoutout to my hair stylist for recommending this place persistently. read more

Juicy and fragrant chicken, great service, nice ambiance I've been wanting to try this place for a while and yesterday I finally did! Hubby and I were looking for wings and Bbq Chicken came to my mind. We were seated right away and got the menu. We took our time to look at all the options and asked the waiter for recommendations. We ended up choosing the HALF & HALF BONELESS COMBO for $26 with half GOLDEN ORIGINAL CHICKEN and half SECRET SPICY CHICKEN. We also ordered FRIES $6 (crinkle-cut). The fries came pretty quickly and it was very hot and yummy. We devoured the fries while waiting for the chicken. The chicken took a while to arrive and we ended up finishing all the fries first so by the time the chicken arrived we weren't as hungry as before but we ate some and took the rest home. The combo portion is generous and the chicken pieces are big. They use dark meat and it was very juicy, flavorful and fragrant. I really loved the Golden Original one! I also tried the secret spicy and it was very yummy but I prefer the golden original with the sauce on the side to dip. It was too sticky and messy for me but the flavor was great! I rate 3 stars for this place as the service here is terrible. I've been to several Korean fried chicken restaurants, including bbq chicken duluth and never received such bad service like I did here. The restaurant was not busy at all, estimated only 6 small tables including my own party of 2. Ordered my food and after waiting for approximately 30 min, I had to flag down a server to check on our orders. She didn't offer an explanation, but just said food is coming soon. Finally got my food - food was superb as expected. I got the lunch combo of soy garlic wings, onion rings, and soda. My boyfriend got the cheesling half chicken. Server never came to check on us and see how we were doing even though the restaurant was pretty empty by the time we finished eating. I looked up and saw all the servers hanging around behind the counter socializing so I rang the bell to get someone's attention to ask for the check. I was handed the check by a different server from the original, and he quickly walked away so I didn't have the chance to hand him my check and credit card. I tried to wave down a server's attention to collect my payment, but no luck so I had to walk up to the counter to pay. Cashier didn't ask how the food was and mumbled the total to me.
