We love everything JC we've tried so far and I love the dressing on the salad. The donkatsu is a nice thick piece of pork, rather than being a pancake. The tteokbokki comes with big pieces of rice cakes, cabbage, fish cakes, and some noodles at the bottom. Grilled pork belly bowl had a great charcoal flavor. When we ate the rice bowls at the restaurant, it also came with a piece of rice cake, yum. Overall, delicious. The restaurant is basically self serve. I got a side of rice because I was heading to a wedding and needed the carbs, but it was a refreshing simple rice; I thought I tasted hints of butter, which I never have with this kind of rice. Super delicious self service Korean restaurant! The lady who I was assuming as the owner was really sweet. The restaurant was relatively quiet and very spacious when we went since it wasn't busy. We got the Tonkatsu with Omurice. The Tonkatsu was crispy and Omurice made at the perfect egg texture and good amount of dressing on top. The Spicy Pork over rice was also amazing! I did not expect under the layer of pork they added onions, carrots, and sweet potato, but I love that they did this. It added texture. They serve very great portions of food. It's self service so you order at the kiosk as soon as you enter and then go to the counter to get your beeper. The call you up as your stuff is ready or if all at once your beeper goes off. We ordered wayyy to much. Like we thought the portions were small and it all felt like a bunch of sides but we were wrong. These are big portions and they are delicious! I forgot to take a picture the Spicy Pork Toast and the Tuna roll because I was already too busy digging in! I would literally always come back everyday for lunch for their toast or the omelet order.
