She even helped me put my baby to sleep which was really nice of her. My hair came out good but it took too long cause of the amount of hair I have and everyone was tired already. TL;DR: I scheduled a 30 minute haircut in advance and got a 10 minute rush cut after waiting 20 minutes into my appointment. The result is a curly bob cut 1+ inches too short and crazy uneven. I booked a 30 minute appointment online, and when I came into the salon I waited 20 minutes into this time to finally be called. It was a Saturday and the stylists were backed up, and I can understand that struggle! But I sat for so long without anyone giving me a heads up that they were running late, or acknowledging me at all, really. I have curly hair and the stylist didn't even sit me down in her chair to get a look at what kind of curls I have and how they dry. She put me right under the sink to wash, and when I got to the chair I specified twice that I wanted my hair cut shoulder-length when DRY (just more than a trim from the current length). Instead, she cut my hair so that it barely tickles my shoulders when wet -- and when it's dry, it's over an inch above my shoulder. To boot, it's also crazy uneven all the way around, and puffs out terribly. This all happened in 10 minutes (the last 10 minutes of my 30 minute appointment) I really believe this salon must live up to the reviews on better days, but I've personally never had such a hasty and impersonal haircut and such bad results, so I don't think I will be returning.
