In the planning stages, Alyssa was very helpful with suggestions about items for our menu and for amounts we might need for our gathering. We really didn't know how many people would come. Her estimates were perfect! I appreciated her enthusiastic cheerful manner and her always prompt returns of phone calls. She delivered the food exactly at the time requested. Set-up was quick and, as I expected, cheerful. We appreciated her providing table tents (cards) to identify the ingredients in the dishes. All the food items were awesome! Thank you, Alyssa and Mickala! We received many compliments from our guests about the delicious food, especially the fresh fruit platter and the desserts. The grilled beef sliders were very popular.
