Since the beginning, there have been multiple issues with our order and communication. The biggest issue was that the vests that arrived were the wrong color entirely. We ordered green vests and instead received a tan/beige color. Because of this error, we now have to reorder items only days before the wedding, creating unnecessary stress for our family. On top of that, two of the men's suits are not expected to arrive until June 23rd ... leaving only a few days before the wedding to verify fit, color, and make any corrections if something else is wrong. What made the experience worse was the customer service. While my brother was in store trying on his suit, we called my mom so she could see the color selection. During that conversation, an employee (who later identified herself as Shoma Gibbs) spoke to us in a way that felt dismissive and disrespectful. When we later came into the store to understand what happened with the vest order, she interrupted us multiple times, spoke over us, and seemed unwilling to let us explain our concerns. She did provide a corporate number, but initially refused to provide her name and stated, "I don't have to give you all that information." I understand mistakes happen, especially with wedding orders. What disappointed us most was not just the mistake itself, but the way the concerns were handled afterward. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because wedding timelines are stressful enough without having to worry whether formalwear will arrive correctly days before the event.

What do I see immediately as we walk in, college gear and Gators reppin on the mannequins or right up front. Woot woot! Didn't buy anything on this specific day but took pics and sent to hubby for consideration. Ha. There were several people working but I think since it was towards the end of the night they were all trying to be efficient and clean/organize prior to closing so we didn't get much attention while we were there. We didn't stay long. The girls took a stroll around the store looking around but didn't find anything either. Hollister prices are usually expensive but they have good sales. You can usually find the sale and clearance items towards the back too. Their sale/clearance items are pretty good so it's worth checking out. The Pembroke Lakes Mall hours are Mon-Sat @ 11am-8pm and Sun @ 11am-6pm. They close earlier than most retailers that typically close at 9pm. Sundays are super early.

Trinity Coast rayon collar skull imprint shirts at discounted prices but very very few 2XL sizes but a decent pattern selection. They do have a Big Men's area toward the back but those are just way too large - most are for linebackers. A big Levis denim section with graphic rock n' roll T-shirts but 100% cotton so they shrink to a belly shirt after you accidentally dry them on high heat once. They had a thin selection of Under Armour sneakers but no high tops. The dressing room and bathrooms were out of service due to some kind of malfunction. They offer a wheel chair at the front door for handicap customers.

Edwing works the Versace fragrances, while Lisolette is for Jo Malone, however, what makes these two such a great team is that they both help each other if someone is busy! And I love love LOVE that so much! At first, we were looking for the newest Jo Malone scent that was brought back, Ginger Biscuit. They didn't have it yet and so, my sister decided she wanted to spray the ones that they did have so she can smell them. It was funny because while I was spraying on the tester sticks to smell them, I think she could've sprayed every inch of her body with a different scent! lol She was so cute! Lissolete was super helpful with bringing more suggested scents out and Edwing was awesome with assisting my sister in matching her pH with the best scent for her! It worked cuz the ones she chose were delicious on her! I have smelled the Versace fragrances before, my daughter wears Dylan Blue, but there were several scents that I haven't been introduced to. Idk howcome! I thought they were overpowering but I'm just going to say that Edwing made me fall inlove with a scent that I HAD TO HAVE! lol What was awesome about it is that he gave us a great deal and even suggested to purchase the best value with free gifts!! The staff was nice and inviting. Every time I turned around someone was greeting me and thanking me for coming in. The cashier was very nice as well and she assisted me in navigating my purchase.
