I've had interactions here with employees who didn't seem like they cared about my business whatsoever. While sometimes it's a headache to come here, Shawn made my recent visit the best I'd ever experienced; she was absolutely amazing! I came in earlier for a wedding party suit rental without an appointment because I was sized less than 3 weeks ago. I knew all I needed to do transfer the sizes to the new rental but wasn't sure how it'd go with the varying experiences I've had here. She was already with a customer but was super friendly as soon as I walked up, saying she'll get to me soon. Less than 10 mins after that she came to take my information. There weren't any issues with transferring my info & she was nothing but a pleasure to deal with. She also asked if the recent sizing fit me well & if I needed anything changed, which I appreciated. The one alteration I needed was already noted by the last employee so I was glad to hear that. She was super efficient & friendly which almost caught me by surprise (in the best way possible). As far as the store itself goes, it's solid. The employees seem to keep it organized & I've rarely seen a bunch of things out of place at once time. They have a good selection of inventory at all times, as well. Pricing is a bit high across all MW but they carry quality brands. There's also an ample amount of parking with specific spots up front reserved for MW customers which is always appreciated. The kind of customer service I experienced today is what will keep people coming through the doors. Now that the bar has been set, I hope to experience this with other employees going forward.

Since the beginning, there have been multiple issues with our order and communication. The biggest issue was that the vests that arrived were the wrong color entirely. We ordered green vests and instead received a tan/beige color. Because of this error, we now have to reorder items only days before the wedding, creating unnecessary stress for our family. On top of that, two of the men's suits are not expected to arrive until June 23rd ... leaving only a few days before the wedding to verify fit, color, and make any corrections if something else is wrong. What made the experience worse was the customer service. While my brother was in store trying on his suit, we called my mom so she could see the color selection. During that conversation, an employee (who later identified herself as Shoma Gibbs) spoke to us in a way that felt dismissive and disrespectful. When we later came into the store to understand what happened with the vest order, she interrupted us multiple times, spoke over us, and seemed unwilling to let us explain our concerns. She did provide a corporate number, but initially refused to provide her name and stated, "I don't have to give you all that information." I understand mistakes happen, especially with wedding orders. What disappointed us most was not just the mistake itself, but the way the concerns were handled afterward. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because wedding timelines are stressful enough without having to worry whether formalwear will arrive correctly days before the event.

I am very upset about how this business operates. I had paid for alterations for suits that did not…read morecome out well. As a customer of previous alterations, the alteration is unfinished until the customer satisfied. Unfortunately, the owner of this location does not understand customer service. The person who took my measurements is not even the seamstress. she had to call the owner who then explained to her, give the customer 20% off. They want to make money on me twice for a unfinished job. I will be sure to tell everyone not to come here, and avoid this business. EDIT to owners response. My mind was never changed on how the alterations were supposed to be made. And I was unaware that the person taking my measurements was not the person performing the work on the actual pants, which explains why there was a misunderstanding between this woman and the seamstress. If I had changed my mind and wanted something different , I would accept that and cover the cost. My alterations were from waist and length, not once was anything confirmed if the job was done correctly, as a paying customer should expect. In fact, I wasn't satisfied with any of the alterations for any of the three pairs of pants I had brought to your shop, this was just the most noticeable one. Communicating that the person taking measurements is not the person doing the alterations would be nice as well before spending the money.
