I just didn't see any clothes I was interested in purchasing. I did purchase two spare pair of sunglasses to keep in my car. The sunglasses seem pretty high quality and the style is ok by me. They also have a lot of variety of jewelry items. The store was pretty busy. Employees keep the lines moving quickly. They have a good amount of staff which is great. This store has a lot of good promotions. I think their prices are very fair overall.

It's no secret we're in a pandemic and hours of operation have changed for many of the stores therefore they have them posted out front for customers like me to take note. So Loft basically heckled me into buying online and when I received the order, there were a few items I needed to return. Return shipping is a ridiculous $7.95 meanwhile the Loft is around the corner from my house so I decided to make the short trip. I checked the hours and Lofts hours were 12 to 6.... I arrived at 4:50 PM and the door was locked. I figured there were too many in the store and they were waiting for people to drift out before letting me come in. I was wrong. At 4:56 the store employee comes out and tells me they are closed. I mention the hours say 6 PM but she tells me that from now on they will be closing at 5 on Sundays. I could have made a stink about it because the sign clearly showed 6 and in any case I was there prior to their closing time, but I decided I would just bite the bullet and humbly walk away. This to me is poor customer service. She knew I wasn't there to shop, I was there for just a return and I was there within the time they should have still been open. I took note that Mondays and Tuesdays they had a later closing (7 PM) and decided I would go the next day after work. I reached out to the Shops at Pembroke Gardens via IG so they could update the Loft store hours accordingly and not further inconvenience customers. The next day I show up at 6:10 and they're closed. They changed their hours once again and went from 7 PM closing time to 6 PM. At this point, I can't win. It's my second time there to make a return and I'm unsuccessful. Now I'm obviously suuuuuper annoyed and vowing to never shop Loft again until they have free returns by mail. A regular customer gone because the one employee couldn't handle my return when I showed up on a Sunday at 4:50 PM with a sign that read closing time at 6 PM. I took pictures of the hours that changed from one day to the next...showing 2021 is off to a wonderful start...LOL

My hubby and I visited the brand new Men's Wearhouse at Dania Point last week. We kind of knew the look we were going for, but really had no idea how to pull it all together. Luckily, we met the super helpful and dapper Kai. He patiently helped us pick out a couple of great suits and once we had our measurements taken for tailoring he had our suits laid out with a variety of shirts, shoes, and accessories to pull it all together. In one visit we got everything we needed feel confident and look stunning in our new attire. I am an avid shopper here and let me tell you. If you are a prick with an attitude and time…read moremaintenance problem then that is a whole other issue in itself. The staff here is always welcoming and pleasant. Yes, as stated below, their stock room is not on site and if you need a size that they do not have in the store they have to run upstairs and grab it. A majority of the boutiques in this mall are like this. The staff always lets me know that it will most likely take them 5-10 minutes to run to the offsite stockroom to grab my sizes. At this point it is my choice if I want to wait for them to return, or they can get my pieces and I will come back after I am finished with wherever I need to go next. When I choose to wait I am always offered coffee, water, champagne, whatever I want to make waiting a bit more convenient. I can tell you now that the previous review of a 20 minute wait is an absolute exaggeration. I am in this mall every Saturday and the characters I see are sickening to humanity. It is not the staffs fault that their large stock room is in a different location. Be patient and kind and you will receive the same patience and kindness in return. The problem I have with shoppers at Bal Harbour is that a majority of them lack respect, integrity, and seem like they have never stepped foot into a job in the service industry a day in their lives. I have shopped now at 3 of the 5 Moncler locations in the United States and every single experience was a great one. If you are looking for great cooler weather to winter attire this place is a must have! Even for those cooler Miami winter nights!
