When I got to rent n roll they said it could be repaired. A few weeks later the tire went low again, the man that came to put the spare on asked me who repaired it and stated it should never have been repaired due to location which was too close to the sidewall and stated I was lucky to be alive because it was highly likely to blow which could've been deadly especially since they placed that tire or the drivers front. Very dangerous. That simply didn't want to replace the tire on their dime even under warranty.

Caught on video, parents agreed to pay for the tire if I brought them the old one. Went to Mavis, they had to order one so I left my wheel and tire to come back in the morning. They got the tire in around 9am and had it on by 10am and I came to pick it up at 11pm. THEY CLAIMED THEY ALREADY THREW OUT MY TIRE! In less than an hour?!?! THEN THEY DEMANDED I PAY A TIRE DISPOSAL FEE! Plus, they charged me for a wheel pressure sensor. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY THEY INSISTED ON CHARGING ME FOR TIRE DISPOSAL!! I requested a call and was contacted by a horrible "regional manager" named Jacob Troup (561) 363-9081 who told me 1) It was a LAW that they had to charge me for tire disposal even though I wanted to keep my tire, 2) that he was the "regional manager" but could not tell me what "region", 3) That he was sorry they stole my tire and ruined by pressure sensor but there was nothing they could do, and 4) he refused to give me his bosses name or contact info. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET YOUR TIRES!!! UPDATE: The standard "response" is posted by Pat S from Tire Kingdom to make it LOOK like they cared and resolved this situation. However, I had already went through their "Consumer Solutions" ai black hole and NOBODY did ANYTHING. I just don't want anyone to read those lies below and think "oh great, they took care of it" when they did NOT.
