I paid $100+ on April 24th to have an alignment done to my car. I was advised by BCS Tires that I needed new tires before the alignment could be completed. I purchased the tires without hesitation. By May 21st I was stranded on the side of the road due to a flat tire. I paid $130 for a tow truck to the nearest Discount Tire. Under further inspection, my back tires were extremely worn down. Discount Tire explained to me that the wear on the wheels were because of the misalignment. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY BCS TIRES ALLOWED ME TO DRIVE OFF OF THEIR LOT WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW THAT NOT ONLY THE FRONT TIRES WERE BAD, BUT ALSO THE BACK TIRES. I quickly returned to BCS Tires so they could fulfill the 6 month warranty that was perviously promised. They wrote down several other things they saw were wrong with the car. I was then told that they were going to realign my vehicle free of charge since it had not even been a complete month since the initial alignment. I then drove to Brake Check to price check the things BCS Tires had previously quoted. They were surprised to see that it looked like no alignment had been done to my car. I then paid $100 for Brake Check to complete the alignment THE CORRECT WAY. After the alignment was completed, I drove to BCS Tires so they could explain to me why nothing seemed to be aligned. They proceeded to tell me that no work was done to the car since they saw new damage to the vehicle and that cancels the warranty. I spoke with several employees, and an older caucasian man who wore a blue button up (seemed to be the manager). I told them I wanted some sort of refund since they were UNABLE TO PULL UP ANY DOCUMENTATION THAT THE ALIGNMENT WAS EVER DONE CORRECTLY. I was then passed onto a gentleman named Chris WHICH DID NOT EVEN WORK AT THE SHOP AT ALL. HE WAS JUST A FRIEND THAT WAS JUST HANGING OUT IN THE BACK. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Blake took great care of my truck and made sure it was done a little quicker then expected , since I came from out of town. Drove my brand new truck with 50 miles on it to get it lifted. Asked to keep my stock suspension to resell and the lift tech asked why because all of my suspension was "shot." Had a noise chattering rattle on the way home. Crawled underneath and my sway bar end link bolts were backing of. Rear leaf spring bolts were put in backwards so the sharp threads were cutting into my brake lines (the instructions I gave him clearly told him what to do). Too many serious issues to count. Had to get a tire fixed and saw this business driving by. Was next a Discount Tire but I always support Local when I can so I figured they fix flats as well as tires & lifts. Walked in and had no wait time, took my keys and about 20 minutes later I was ready to go and told me I had a small puncture wound. Was all under 15 bucks and off we went. The staff is very friendly, they also have an awesome inside with grill guards, bumpers, lights, tires, wheels, and a variety of other custom accessories. I got suspension work done at another place but their alignment machine was out of order. Came to BCS to get an alignment, they made me wait for 3 hours before they actually looked at the vehicle. Then, either out of dishonesty or ignorance, told me I needed to fix the suspension for $800 before they were able to do the alignment. Mind you I had literally just gotten the suspension fixed. Took it to another place, and they did the alignment without saying a word. If you come here, you better know what you need or you will likely pay for things you don't need. read more

We took a brand new dodge ram in for its first service, they notified us of a possible transmission leak, we took it back to the dealership and sure enough there was a broken seal in the front of the transmission. At first, I thought the place was OK. They sold me four tires at a decent price. I recommended this place to a few of my friends. Here is why there is only one star: 1. Every time I came in for a free rotation, they said it would take 30 minutes. It always took 2-3 hours. There goes my lunch break, and I am late to work. 2. They will give you all the excuses in the world to not honour the warranty. They will say that the tire is bad because "that's what the car is doing to it", and therefore not covered. The funny part, is that they told that to two of my other friends when their tires had to be replaced. Funny how 3 different cars are doing the same thing to tires. I think it is just called driving. In short - they will not honour your warranty, unless the tire is pretty much shredded. 3. They once told me that I need my front brakes replaced. They quoted me at $250 or so, which is very expensive. They said my disks could not be "turned", and I had to replace them. Those disks were never turned before, so they are for sure can be turned. Long story short, they always try to get you to pay them for work you don't really need. 4. If you are a female, especially young, prepare for a stream of BS. They will start talking about mechanics in hopes that you don't understand that. They will try to scare you into work you do not need, or to explain why they will not honour the warranty. It happened to two of my friends, and I saw that happen to someone when I was waiting for my tires to be rotated. 5. Seeing how all the tires that were bought by my friends and I all got the threads rubbed off in less than 30,000 miles (with warranty for 70,000, so not even half way) I can only assume that they do ont store the tires properly. While the tires are in their warehouse, they get dried out, and the rubber becomes less durable. Save your trouble! Go somewhere else. Sam's club has MUCH lower prices on tires. If you are not a member, Sears has good tires and prices too, and do a great job. read more

TireMax is awesome. The first thing is that they are a franchise and are all local. They have alot more freedom to negotiate prices than national tire stores. If you go anywhere else in college station you're an idiot. I called around all the stores for the price of new tires, TireMax originally weren't the cheapest. But they price matched the other store (abbreviation DT) and have excellent service. Every other place in BCS seems like they are trying to get as much money outta you as they can, but they guys at TireMax were very straight forward about everything. While I was in the waiting room TWO customers came in and the technician looked at their receipts and sent them to other stores because the other stores covered them on warranty. These are the kinds of people you want to be your, "I got a guy for that" read more

If there was a negative star I would use that because they are so unprofessional, they don't deserve 1. What was supposed to be a 3 hr job has turned into 4 day, unprofessional roller coaster ride from hell. My wheels, tires and bushwacker flares were supposed to be in and ready to go on my truck on Monday October 6th. The flares were lost during shipping and had to be re ordered, then when they arrived on Wednesday they had ordered the wrong size. After staying at the shop for two days, I am still waiting on my truck. At no discount for the all the issues and no remorse. When I asked if they could have my truck ready by 3pm they replied "we can garuntee 3pm because we're really busy today. Be warned, this is my second and last terrible expirence with BCS tires and lifts. read more

I went to their location today just asked a general question to get some advice I was met with a very arrogant man from the back and was told well I need at least an hour's worth of Labor to even look at it I said you do this every day and you can't just give me a pointer I'm a single dad of 4 children I'm not made of money I can do the work I just know you do this every day and probably know exactly what it is and it's probably an easy fix and you can't just give me a little bit of advice they said I don't know what to tell you and we exchanged pleasantries. When you post negative reviews Amir the owner makes it look like he will work out the issue by posting to give him a call. In my case he didn't even attempt to w2ork out the issue. His Manager at the time looked at the shocks took down information and still ordered the wrong shocks, Amir says it is a special order and cannot reimburse on shocks. I called the manufacture in which they stated there is nothing special about those particular shocks BCS just ordered the wrong shocks. I wont do business with BCS again and I recommend others not do business with them. They aren't a customer friendly place to go to. The new Manager is arrogant and rude as hell. read more

Quoted 3 hrs for a 45min job (two bolts) at home with no lift. Guys working there must not realize some of us men actually do tons of work to our trucks. We may only use them if we need a lift. Bought a new set of tires here for $1371.51. During the installation of the new tires the technician did not set his machine for aluminum rims and a gouge was scored into the surface of the rim all the way around, damaging the rim. We waited months for them to take care of the problem and called and went in person to speak to the manager who was never in and never returned calls. Finally had to get the Better Business Bureau involved and at first BCS Tires ignored them too. The only offer they made was to find a used rim "somewhere" which we gave them 4 months to do or they wanted to send the damaged one out for resurfacing. Since this is a commercial vehicle I am sure TX DOT would love to see the maintenance records showing a vehicle that daily hauls loads some as heavy as 35,000 pounds had a modified rim on it. I do not recommend these people as they have zero customer service values and this still being a small town environment won't last very long. read more

I was warned not to go here but I believe in doing business locally. 11/03/15- I wanted to get a level kit, alignment, and 4 new tires for my 2015 Chevrolet 1500. I went here and was misquoted for BFG ( by $60.00 each tire), ended up going with the Hercules, my truck wasn't ready on time (I made an appointment even and STILL had to bring it back the next day to be finished), and to add insult to injury the sales rep didn't believe I had paid for the services and actually demanded to see the receipt through my truck window. The level of unprofessionalism astounds me. I dropped $1611.00 on sub par service, mismanagement of MY time, and a sales rep who had the gall to chase me down. This place really needs to get their act together. Next time I WILL go back to discount tire and a regular mechanics shop for the rest. read more

Don't judge this company by just a few reviews. I honestly had the best experience. I was crunched for time when I went to go get a new set of tires and level kit for my truck. I needed to be at a funeral and needed to have things done by 11. I get my truck there and I knew the time would be close, but unfortunately there wasn't enough time. They offered to take me to the funeral, but I had a spare car at home. Tanner, one of the employees drove me to another vehicle of mine in Snook. Also, Charles was very helpful in getting the right tires for my truck. Very professional all around. Honestly, if y'all want to do business local, this is your place. If I could give BCS tires and lift zero stars I would. I have gone here twice and had the same bad service on both occasions by different staff. The first time I went in for an alignment and to get my tires rotated. The guy at the desk said they couldn't do the alignment because I needed new shocks and that's why my tires were worn the way they were. My tires were worn because the toe was off on my front end hence the reason for the alignment. I should have learned then that they were not capable, but I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and not judge an entire business by one employee. The second time I went in was to get a set of tires installed that I had purchased somewhere else. The service writer said that the tires could not be mounted on my wheels and that the tires I had purchased were only rated for a half ton. My belief is that it was two o'clock on a Friday and they just didn't want to do the work. I took my truck to House of Tires in Bryan and they mounted and balanced my tires and installed no problem. I will never go back to BCS Tires and lift and recommend that no one use them because they obviously don't know what they are taking about. read more

I have been saving up enough money to replace my shocks and level my front tires. They told me that my total price for a leveling kit would be &475 and my shocks would be $280. My total price was supposed to be around $800. They called me and I picked up my truck the next day. What they forgot to mention was it's $280 for the front AND back. The price I payed was $1,290. TL;DR: Got a tire repaired from BCS Tire Pros, got stranded after security lugnut breaks, warranty service says I'm SOL. Out $239.00 from a $11 repair. Take my experience for what you will, but I wanted to warn people of the hazards of dealing with BCS Tire Pros and their warranty company. On a Saturday, I went in to BCS Pro Tires with a screw in my tire. They take a look at it, patch and plug the tire and send me on my way $11.00 later. Two hours later, we are smack dab in the middle of the Davy Crockett National Forest on Highway 7 with a blowout on the same tire that was repaired early in the day. We pull over, begin changing the tire and have all of the lugnuts off except the security lugnut, which breaks in half. We attempt to call the warranty service provided by BCS Tire Pros, and they were not open. Long story short, we get a tow truck from Lufkin to take us to Madisonville, as we can get a friend to pick us up and take us home to College Station. Why Lufkin? That's who the Toyota roadside service provider chose. At 9:00pm with two 60+ lb dogs, you aren't picky. On Monday morning, I call BCS Tire Pros to discuss what happened. They were nice enough and directed me to their warranty company again. The warranty company agreed to pay for $100 of the $250 tow (which is only $4/mile, the national average), which we were pleased enough about. However, they also have a $250 Promise that states "The $250 Promise applies to any valid Tire Pros warranty claim in which the covered vehicle [...]is rendered undrivable as a result of a condition covered under the warranty. In the event that that a covered vehicle becomes disabled and Tire Pros cannot refer the warranty holder to a location less than 25 miles from the location of the disabled vehicle, the warranty holder will be awarded a payment by check of $250." My argument was that since they were closed and were not able to refer me, we were owed the $250. However, the warranty department stated that they were closed, could not talk to me and thus cannot award me the $250 to cover the tow cost plus the lugnut repair (which cost $89.00. Yes, stupidly expensive but we didn't have much of an option when dropping our car off at 11:00pm on a Saturday.) The warranty department and I went round and round and stuck to their statement, even as I went up to the top of the ladder to discuss the situation. Even though I took the car exactly to the place they would have recommended had the warranty company been open, it didn't matter. They couldn't talk to me while the car was disabled, so they couldn't give me any help. They even openly stated that because they were closed on the weekend, the warranty was void on those days. I call BCS Tire Pros to let them know we were still out $150 + $89 for a $11 repair. The manager, Thomas, said he would call the owner and get back to us. I had to call the next day for an update, as he never returned my call, and he stated there was nothing they were willing to do for us. I asked if they could give us a discounted price on tires, since we obviously need new ones. He said yes and quoted us a price well above what Discount Tire and Tirerack.com offered. Thomas said taking $200 off of the price would get our specific tires + mounting, etc at a total of $878.14. Discount Tire, with no discounts at all stated the total price would be $858.00. I mentioned this to him at which point his somewhat pleasant demeanor took a sharp turn downward and said "No, that is my price." At this point, I stated we would be taking our business elsewhere and that I could not recommend them to anyone. Blast me, tell me I'm a moron for driving on a plugged and patched tire, say I'm out to destroy a small business but I will tell you this. I chose BCS Tire Pros because it was a small business. Hindsight being 20/20, I realize we should have probably taken a different car. However, I have never dealt with tires before. I assumed when they said it was fixed, it was fixed and immediately drivable as if nothing had happened. Now I know. Were they obliged to help us out after their warranty failed us? Maybe. But if they were interested in keeping customers, more probably should have been done. Edited to add that Thomas and his team were nice enough throughout the ordeal. Helpful? Eh... Polite? Alright, so I've just returned home from a trip to BCS. Here's my experience, went in for a alignment. When I got there they had some techs at lunch so he let me know it would be a wait, okay cool I get it no biggie. When they returned and were pulling my vehicle in it had been roughly 35 mins. The guys all seemed cool enough no problems there. Although they need more education in the products they're trying to sale.. So I'd say 15-20 mins go by and he tells me I have a bad control arm bushing that would need to be replaced to warranty the job. I understand, again no big deal. I used to work at a car dealership in the parts department so I have a good idea of how the system works. Anyway, so I ask to go look at the damaged part. He takes me to the back and shows me, alright cool. While I was back there we both made comments about how it's good to keep the suspensions nice and greasy. Because of how mine is. Keep that in mind. So we go back to the front and I tell them to get it as close as they can and I'd be fine with that. I wrench on my vehicle often and I'm fimilair with how to replace worn parts. So with it being aligned close as possible I can replace the bushing myself and be done with it. Another 15-20 mins go by, it's ready and I pay. Head to the parking lot and immediately neal down and look underneath. Every adjustment point on the front end of my vehicle had been untouched. You can clearly tell by the grease and powder from the road. If they made any adjustments you would be able to clearly see skuffs in the grease and road grime. So basically I paid 85 bucks for a 2 hour waste of time. I will not be recommending this place to any of my wheelin buddies, and they certainly won't be getting any more business from me. Terrible service. Took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Only one waiting in the waiting room. Took 45 mins just to pull car into garage the reason they said was because the shop was dirty and they had to move a bunch of things to bring car in (that's not my problem, sounds like they should fire some employees for not being able to keep their area clean). After an hour and 15 mins I asked if the car is almost done and they said they are almost finished. 30 mins later I asked again and they gave me the excuse that when it is cold outside the guys in the shop take longer than usual (again, maybe someone needs to get fired). After 2 hours the car was finally done, I asked for a discount because I was not satisfied for my service. Still had to pay full price because of yet another excuse "that the work didn't take long after they cleared way in the shop for the car". ( I can go to across the street, be the 20th person in line for a tire rotation and get out in 30mins and I can go to just about any other place in College Station or Bryan and get an oil change in less than 30mins as well) BCS Tires & Accessories will never have my business again despite all the good reviews (reason I went initially), how can I trust them to do any extensive work on any vehicle if they can't do the basics. Oh, and by the way got back into the car and the the car registered the oil life to only be at 20%. Worst $43.00 of work I have ever paid for.
