One person told me over the phone and another person said it when i asked again at the counter. i asked a third time when handing the keys over and they laughed. i left with all 4 scraped on the outer lip, deep knicks in three out of four tires, about a hundred small deep scratches total from them trying to remove a wheel weight with what looks like a flathead, and marks from their impact drill when they removed the lugnuts. Extremely lazy job. It seemed almost intentional since there is scratches almost 4 1/2 inches away from where the weight was. Total i asked about 5 times before handing my keys over. I went above and beyond to avoid all this. After nearly a two month back n forth, in which there was a time where i had to call three days in a row and each time they said theyd call me back, we came to a conclusion. I voiced my concerns very frequently to them about the long term durability, time spent doing all this nonsense, and the most important part.... the finish and color matching OEM quality. they decided they will repair instead of replace my rims. i asked what theyd do if something went wrong or if the paint/ finish didnt match and they said they would "repair it and be done with it." i would avoid this place at all costs they are a headache to deal with. I paid $600 up front, I should have known when he wouldn't agree to half upfront half upon completion... What I got was my car taken for about 4 days and spray paint over damaged rims--no prep, no repairs, and not even the correct paint. The curb rash wasn't even touched. He gave me a fake shop location and dodged all accountability, telling me that he didn't want to mess up the wheels weight with metal filler... really... When I confronted him, he claimed he'd issue a partial refund and send someone later to gloss the rims properly--but I haven't heard from him since. No follow-up. No refund. Due to the deceptive practices and refusal to return my money, I'm currently exploring avenues to recover all of my money. I would not let him touch my car again with a 10 foot pole.
