thought this would be our store, took 2 vehicles of ours there, one I brought for an oil change & tires, diagnostics & all replaced egr valve, was told it needed more work eventually, which I knew, when I left, it smoked like crazy, never did that when I brought it there, they said bad gas could b causing it, our second car they worked on, it kept blowing a sensor, they said must be in wiring, which would cost a fortune to fix, it ended up just being the battery, we had a coupon for a conventional oil change, they said they didn't have the conventional oil at their store, its been an overall bad experience! read more

I have visited this location several times, and unfortunately I have to say that the staff are unprofessional and the technical quality of the service is poor. The front desk staff have a bad attitude and repeatedly call or pressure me to add additional services, often increasing the bill by several hundred dollars without clear justification. Their pricing is significantly higher than the market average. For example, I was charged $500 for spark plug replacement, which is far beyond a reasonable rate. In addition, after an oil change service, my vehicle developed an oil leak, which raises serious concerns about the quality of their workmanship. Overall, due to unprofessional behavior, aggressive upselling, poor technical service, and unreasonable pricing, I do not trust this location and would not recommend it. read more

Has an issue with my truck a little while back. He outsourced the work I needed done which was coil packs and plugs, which I had in the toolbox already and I did tell him. well, there was another set bought and installed on the truck and still didn't fix the issue. Charged me1,900 dollars and no solution. I don't know about you but I work hard as hell for my money and there isn't a whole lot of it to go around it seems like. second Incident: I call up big o tires. Filipe! I ask him how much to do an alignment on my car. 100 bucks. cool. I can handle that. Then he tries to sell me tires. Cool. I need them anyways. I tell him I'm gonna bring the car by AND HE TELLS ME TO BRING HIM SOMETHING TO EAT! Not gonna happen! My business with them is done! Ok should have read the reviews! I went there for an alignment because all the other shops were booked. Waked in asked the price and was told $102. I said that's reasonable. Then was given some BS about an additional diagnostic test and some camber bolts and in total $400. Ok but that's not the bad part. A very young lady (probably a new college student) came in with a tire that had a nail or something in it and they started to pull basically the same " you also need...". I was in town from out of state trying to get a set of tires for my son's old Corolla so he could get around campus safely. Big O tires gave me a quote over the phone of just below $500 out the door. We agreed on the price. Brad P. had me come in on Friday to get the quote receipt and put down a $100 deposit for it to be installed on Monday after the weekend. So on Monday, Jackson from Big O calls me and says that there was a mistake in the pricing of the tires. He now quoted me a price that was $250 more! I was astounded! He tried to talk me into a lesser quality tire for still over $100 from original agreed upon price. This also was with no warranty. I asked for my deposit back, and they charged me a restocking fee for the tires that they "ordered" for me then tried to up charge me on. Beware of this place! They use bait and switch tactics to make a buck. read more

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation after putting my car on the rack they said they didn't have the oil filter but order one saying it would be there in 5 minutes. Actually took about 30 minutes. What should have taken 30 minutes total took them an 1 hour and 20 minutes. I was also told that they still needed to rotate the tires but that was a lie because I already watched them do it. Nothing but stall tactics so they didn't loose my business but guess what they lost my business. Bottom line make sure they have the parts before they start to work on your vehicle. read more

Stopped by on a random Saturday to get a leaky tire checked out. Unsure how long the wait would be but knowing I needed 2 back tires I walked in thinking I'd get a patch and walk about. This place is pretty new, as well as new to the area, so it was SLOW. Lucky for me, I used Big O back in Colorado so I was sold & immediately shifted from a quick patch to getting a a new set of tires. The guys at the desk were incredibly friendly & helpful. Compared to Firestone or Discount Tires, both with hours or days long waits, I'm happy to let the secret out that this place is a go to! read more

I am a little disturbed at my experience there yesterday. I was running 15 minutes late..so I called and let them know and if I can push my appointment back a little bit and the gentleman on the phone said it would be no problem it was really slow at the time. So we get there and was quoted about an hour wait time..no problem you know it was a wheel alignment and oil change...left and did some shopping came back a little over an hour and waited another hour and a half. The wait.. understandable, but during that wait time I believe his name was Felipe. Well he was talking to a young girl who came in and when they inspected her car he said she needed brakes really bad ( told me the same thing...I passed on the service) but the girl told him she's a student she really can't afford it right now and Felipe said well that's a pretty necklace you're wearing why don't you sell that? And attempted to sell the brakes again pretty much saying good luck driving around. The AUDACITY to tell her to sell her pretty necklace so she can purchase brakes from them is outrageous. It could've been a family heirloom for all he knows. I won't be returning for customer tactics that were displayed. Totally disgusted. read more

Friendly service, fast and convenient. Found a nail in our tire while picking up a trailer to move our daughter this morning. Called another business and we're not treated respectfully. Dropped into Big O Tire and we're greeted with kindness and only found out after the repair was made that there was no charge! We left money with the guy who made the repair and really appreciated being so well taken care of and wholeheartedly recommend this business. read more

I went into the store with a Groupon for an alignment on my truck. Took them an hour to verify it. They pulled my truck around back for the alignment. My truck sat there for 30 minutes and they never touched it!! I had bought 2 new tires from discount tire. It's been about six months and my tires were so fucked from the (alignment) big o never did. My wife and I were traveling from Houston to the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library & Museum in College Station, Texas. When we left the Library my wife noticed a screw in our front tire. We goggled tire repair near me and landed on Big O Tires. We did not have a relationship with them; however, they said come by and see if we can fix it. We drove slowly to Big O Tires and they immediately took the SUV into the bay and in fact the screw had not punctured the tire and they said there would be no charge for the work that they did.
