This is a call center business sub contracting the job out. Had the worst experience after getting locked out. I called them at 7:15 and they did not give me a quote nor did they mention anything about a service charge and said someone will call back in 2minutes. Nothing happens for 30mins. I call them again and complain. I got a call finally from the technician, again not quotes or charges but technician said it will take 20-25 mins to come. That when I get to hear about a flat service charge and 2x the price is a real "local" locksmith. He recently came to my house to reprogram a car key. After arriving he stated that it would be "impossible" to reprogram the key I had recently gotten from the dealership, saying that making a whole new key is the only way. After I agreed he later calls me saying that he can actually reprogram the dealer key, AFTER making the duplicate key costing me an extra $250 when the whole reprogram should have just been $50. I get it business is business but, tricking people isn't the way to honestly making more money. Don't get me wrong the service was fast, and would have definitely used it again if this didn't happen. Ben was great. He was among the more fairly priced out of all the locksmiths I called. What I needed was a new car key since I had lost all of my keys to my car. He was able to come out within 25 min and I called around 7pm. Within 1.5 hours or so he had removed my car's computer, flashed it, put it back in, cut and programmed my new key, and tested it. After taking apart some of my dash to get to the CPU he had put it all back together nicely. Nothing broken. Made sure to verify it was my car via registration vin and ID. This is not a cheap job so although pricey I was happy with the price. Ben was very nice and funny and made me feel comfortable to have him work on my vehicle.
