Personally went with the sausage, egg & cheese breakfast sandwich with pepper jack and the BISCUIT ofc. There's something surreal about eating a delicious biscuit breakfast sandwich at 7:00 am in the morning when its raining outside. I'm surprised I even got a photo of it before demolishing it. Now underrated co-start is the breakfast burrito. Because my back is big, I also got a chorizo breakfast burrito with green chili. Goodness gracious, that one also was a banger seriously. Sandwiches were just so good! Today, we tried their fried chicken meals with Addies Greens (collards), corn cake, tenders, and Taters (mashed potatoes and gravy.) I started first on the collards, and let me tell you they are on point delicious!!! I could have those every single day. The cooker is right next to the food truck and it comes directly to the truck where she cuts it up for the customer. I had pork bbq and rib combo. The pork was so tender, juicy and flavorful. Nice and crispy on the outside and moist & tender on the inside. I could not have asked for anything else while sitting in front of the truck starring at the mountains on a cool autumn day.
