The door opens inward and there is a very narrow walkway between the counter and the wall that you need to pass through to get to the toilet. You *might* be able to navigate it with a cane, probably not with a walker, definitely not with a motorized wheelchair. The shop area itself (where you would be getting your tattoo or piercing) is open and the tables are moveable, but there is a narrow "walkway" between counters that you must pass through to get from the 'lobby' area to the 'shop' area. They really pay attention to your body structure and make sure that the look that you're trying to achieve is indeed achievable for you. I had the pleasure of Robb choosing jewelry with me and explaining all of the steps that would go into my septum piercing. I had debated on the piercing for quite a while and it took a chance one day and they were available to do it. I am thankful that I went in and I'm forever grateful for Robb and his care.

We talked and compared tattoos as well... so just my personal view, because I have lovely tattoos done by an impressive artist and the girl that helped me had some beautiful tats too, but we also both had awful ones done by hacks. If you've got tats, you know what I'm talking about, you form a bond talking about them with complete strangers. The prices are great and the jewelry is quality.
