Mike Moore was absolutely amazing with everything... he put my daughter at ease, talked her through every single step (I was allowed in the room with her during the piercing) and in general made this an exciting, memorable event. HIGHLY recommend and am thankful - Mike's empathy and compassion was clear and appreciated. Aftercare instructions were very clear and repeated several times, till he was sure she understood. Somehow Ben and Al, who greeted us and helped us prior to our appt, were able to manage all of us and communicate along the way. They were awesome and their teamwork and service was top tier. They also both hyped me up about my stud and totally unprompted. My only regret is not booking another appt simultaneously when it was open LOL! Ben is by far the best piercer I've ever had. He also saved my sister fees by piercing her ear with a dull needle so she only had to pay for the jewelry. Overall I would recommend them to anyone! Worth the price and the wait. Looking forward to another appt when I'm in town again! Also very sterile vibes and Ben took time between appts to sterilize and change gloves even though I was with my sister.

Fast forward, my daughter had to have testing done and wasn't able to leave her piercing in. There wasn't an appointment available, so we joined the "waitlist." Within fifteen minutes, we received a text to come on in. Tyler removed her metal jewelry and replaced it with a temporary glass piece. Once her testing was done, we went back the next day for a new piece of jewelry. He put it in and she was "good as new." Tyler, the owner is very kind and makes his customers feel welcomed. Side note: I had my ears pierced several decades ago as a kid but I let them close up as I was always playing sports at the time and never kept the earrings in.
