All of the instructors have been very helpful and hands on with the exception of Shelby so I try to avoid her classes. Finding parking has never been an issue for me but I can see it getting packed during peak times. If you're new, try to go 5-10 minutes earlier to ask questions about the mega reformer as the classes fly by. It can be intimidating but just focus on form and don't forget to take grippy socks as they charge $20 for them.

I've only gone twice and both times it's back to back classes so the studio doesn't get cleaned in between. Both times, I saw lots of hair on the floor, my mat, in the reformer and just lots of other crumbs and boogers, whatever else accumulated throughout the day. The class is designed like a circuit and you don't use the reformer the entire time, both times juts one exercise used the machine. It's very strange to be in a Pilates studio and not use the machines more. The equipment (weights, benches,etc) is worn out, cracked, dirty and just needs updating. Overall, I got a great workout regardless and was sweating my brains out so if this stuff is not an issue, you will enjoy the class as everyone else in there is happy to be there and clearly been coming for a while. But for me, I really wanted a reformer class that utilizes the machines for the majority, if not the entirety of the class.

Many other cars parked outside of the gate, along the curb on each side of Victory Blvd. The parking lot sign showed open from dawn to dusk, so we had at least an hour to explore before the 7:20pm sunset and potential tow. The weather was absolutely gorgeous for an evening hike!! Blue sky, cool breeze, rolling hills of green, and the sun setting made for the perfect golden hour!! After hiking down the Victory Trailhead and then up around the Ahmanson Ranch House Trail, we found the California Poppies! We also ran into a group of photographers so we didn't get a chance to explore as imagined before we arrived. However, we still enjoyed the sweeping views of an uninterrupted canyon. It was perfect! We saw many hiking with their dogs, a few benches, and various flowers. Be sure to wear appropriate hiking shoes as the trails can be uneven and rocky. I would love to return but have a feeling the summer heat will arrive sooner than later. Then the green will dry out and turn into fuel. I hope that lawmakers and fire prevention experts find ways to reduce the impact of wildfires in the state of California. This area is truly a magnificent escape from the LA city hustle and bustle.

The trails open at 7:00 a.m. and the community pays for a security to make sure the area is safe. Parking: 5/5 You can street park and walk up or you can park inside and pay $3. Plenty and plenty of parking. Trails/Views: 5/5 You can take the many trails here and the views are beautiful you will see deer, bunnies and coyotes. There is a couple of little streams to cross. The trails are rolling so it can be flat, elevation and some downhills. You will love this place it looks like Ireland. This place will make you feel energized and relaxed at the same time. You can do any distance as strava has some of the maps for trails.

If attendance increases, they may be a year round pool again this year, so please come out and support the pool. For those over 50 years old, you can buy a pass good for 30 entries for only $25! Ingrid, the manager, has made sure all the clocks work, and that the soap dispensers work in the outdoor showers. These are small things, but they make a difference to your experience there. Hours are 12 to 8 Tuesday through Friday, and 1-5 Saturday and Sunday. It's never been very crowded when I'm there. Come on out, and let's help them build attendance so they can stay open all year this year!

My younger son joined not knowing anyone and felt welcomed almost immediately. Both of my boys felt included from day one. The staff is incredibly caring, supportive, and attentive. You can truly feel that they work hard to create a safe, joyful environment for the kids, and as a parent that means everything. The activities are fantastic: well planned, age appropriate, engaging, and fun. The natural setting is also beautiful and feels especially important these days. My boys came home with confidence, stories, friendships, and summer memories they will cherish forever. And the camp spirit is real. We still sing the silly songs at home, especially the announcements song whenever we have a family announcement, and the birthday song too. I cannot recommend Cali Camp enough. Where do I even begin...the Be Kind Studios is by far one of my MOST favorite places to be! My pilates journey started 8 months ago and I am over the moon with my experience. The vibe of the studio is modern zen. Very esthetically pleasing and chic. It definitely motivates me to workout. The staff is amazing. Alec, the studio manager, is super friendly and is constantly asking for feedback (in which, there is always follow through.) He goes above and beyond to make your experience a pleasant one. Shannon, my favorite instructor, is so warm yet ruthless! Her classes are the BEST. She really connects with each person in the class and her style of teaching makes me feel like I can trust her to have my best interests in mind. Christina (Awesome Sunday classes), Lisa and Kyra are also great any day of the week! I know that looking for a new studio to join or take your very first pilates class can be intimidating. Be kind studios is life-changing! I've tried (and have been a member of) over 8 Pilates studios in Los Angeles alone, and nothing compares to this studio! This is a seriously a special place - and I'm so thrilled to have found it. Amazing teachers who work you hard but keep you safe; amazing management who always make you feel welcomed and run an efficient, clean, super chic studio. It really shows how attentive and caring she is with her students. I've been coming here for about two years now, usually taking a class every few months since I like to mix up my workouts. I always make sure to include it in my routine and try to book classes when Melinda is teaching. She takes the time to correct form in such a supportive way, which makes a big difference. Each class is a great mix of stretching and strength-building through Pilates, and I always leave feeling stronger, more aligned, and refreshed.

It was such a good, balanced workout. Einav also has amazing intuition about how many more reps you have left in you. No two classes are the same and she has so many cool machines that can do cool things and she is very creative with then in the best way possible. You will never be bored. She is also very sweet and caring. I still go once in a while which is crazy because she's an hour away to and there are probably 100 pilates places between hers an my house.

This is an amazing studio with expert and professional teachers. The studio has the feel of a wonderful boutique that has clothes tailored just for you. But instead of clothes, it's exercise. There are fabulous one-on-one Pilates sessions as well as group classes in Pilates, Bellicon (A jump and aerobic workout) and Yoga Nidra. What you will find here that you won't find at other studios is teachers who really check in with where you are at physically, so you are much less prone to injuries. It's that specialized attitude that sets this Pilates studio apart in my opinion. The atmosphere is lovely, the teachers are amazing, and the owner sets the tone and overall attitude of the studio in an expert, yet upbeat way. She even just came out with a book called "Falling into Joy" which embodies her commitment to a positive attitude combined with real physical awareness. Best studio ever, hands down. I have made huge strides here in my strength and overall fitness level. I can't say enough good things about it... first rate in every way.

Victoria teaches the Prenatel class. She is such a sweetheart and i feel lucky to have met her. In My first class with her i felt welcomed. I previously took a prenatel class in Tarzana by wholefoods and it was cold, unwelcoming, and no one spoke to each other. The teacher didnt take a minute to get to know the new students. Needless to say, i never went back. After i had my baby, i continued going to go to mommy and me yoga. I went when my baby was 6 weeks old and it was a great place to go and get out of the house with baby and meet other mothers. The owner Connie is also such a sweet down to earth person, she takes time to get to know her clients. I highly recommend this place

We had a mix of Pilates regulars and total newbies, and the class struck that perfect balance for everyone. The studio itself is on the smaller side, but really thoughtfully laid out. Each station is fully set up with all the equipment you might need, so there's no scrambling or downtime between exercises. Our instructor, Jamie, was so warm and welcoming, and really attentive to our group. She offered clear options to modify movements or level them up depending on experience, which made the class feel accessible but still challenging for everyone. Also have to shout out her playlist! She had some Tribe Called Quest songs that had me bopping along, and a local Long Beach group that she recommended. It was such a fun group activity and a great addition to any training routine, but especially if you're a runner looking to build strength and stability. We communicated through Instagram and they made the process painless and easy. I gathered up 9 people to fill up the studio and Jamie was an excellent instructor! We had a mix of total newbies and more experienced people, and Jamie did a great job of providing instructions, modifications, and challenges so that everyone got what they needed from the class. The studio is very clean and well-organized, with perfectly set up stations by each Reformer. I'm a Type A and it was easiest for me to just collect everyone's money and purchase in one lump sum rather than have them all sign up separately, and Suzy worked with me to do so! Great class, great experience, and I'm excited for the next one!
