I drive 40 min to see her and it's worth it every single time. Her place is beautiful and decorated and has a wonderful atmosphere. He patiently explained all of my options and assuring me that he was able to do the design I wanted. He was correct. I am very satisfied with my nail and I also enjoyed my pedicure. Would give a 0 out of 5 stars if I could. Me and my friend came in for a manicure and pedicure, and somehow that took four hours?? It took two people to do a simple French tip, I had acrylic and nail polish all over the skin of my fingers, And after I hit the 3 1/2 hour mark I was done correcting anything I didn't like and decided to just take whatever I could get to leave that salon. So this is my end result after repeatedly asking for it to be more narrow, providing an inspo pic for something so simple, and having to have a full on debate about the minuscule differences between oval and almond. Before I leave my review & experience please take a look at the work they left was absolutely by far one of the worst of my experiences in a very long time. Finally downloaded the app so hear goes my honest and long review. I've coming here for a while now (a year or longer) recommended this place to my closest friends and family. Hands down the best customer service in a nail shop(greet and treat you like family). Well they always do a great job, for my recent service which was yesterday. I did a walk-in came in around 5:50-6:00pm (keep in mind they close around 7:30pm) I did have to wait a few, but Diane was the nail tech who did my sns nail dipping. And ahh I am in love with my nails she was fast, but a perfectionist in doing my nails. Honestly I can't thank them enough for working after hours and fitting me in. Stopped by on a whim on my birthday to get a mani and pedi and was unexpectedly surprised with this place, in a good way! As soon as I walked in I noticed how clean and tidy the place was. Employees greeted me as soon as I came in; it was a little busy but some employees were freeing up so I didn't have to wait. I asked for the gel mani and bling pedi (they have a menu with different options). Mani: Jimmy worked on my gel mani and he did an exceptional job! I had the massage chair on while he started working so I reached to turn it off to help him out and he said he could do his job with the massage chair on and not to worry. I figured he could but the mani wouldn't come out as good but I was wrong!! I don't remember the last time I had a gel mani this good! He will definitely be my go-to nail tech! Pedi: I chose the Bling Pedi for $35 and although the lady didn't do a bad job, I wasn't as impressed as with my mani. I think she could have done a better job with the massage, after all that is my favorite part of the whole spa pedi experience and the reason why I picked to pay a little more for that pedicure option. I'm updating my review simply because I wanted people who need recent ratings to know the real deal about this place. I've been coming here for two years whether it is for something small like an eyebrow wax or more like a eyebrow wax including a mani pedi. For a quick disclaimer: I am not have I ever been a customer who is difficult when being serviced. I have however worked in customer service so I know what to expect. Here are my observations from my visit on 4/29/19: 1. The place has and always has consistently maintained its cleanliness. I'm always impressed of how well of the upkeep is maintained. 2. Sanitation: all utensils that are used are new and the bowl where pedicures are performed are lined with plastic to prevent cross contamination. 3. Staff: I've never been one who likes to talk while getting my nails or feet done as I'm there to relax. The staff is friendly yet they don't talk a lot. :) This part of the review is for the person who did my pedicure and eyebrows, Michael: Michael is an older man who is very detailed in what he does. He doesn't talk much so if your looking for someone to give you advice on your life problems he's not it lol. Because he is a man, I must note that he is heavy handed. This can be a good thing and a bad thing depending on how sensitive you are. If you are one who is sensitive to a cuticle touch up and nail file, he's not the one for you. I personally liked him because I hardly treat myself to a pedi and he managed to make my toenails look presentable! He listened to how I wanted them done and all I had to do was sit back and relax. Now let's get to the massage. HOLY MOLY I was ready to take that man home with me the way he was rubbing my legs and feet lol. This is where the heavy handedness is beneficial. He dug into my muscle and massage the tension out! That was the best pedicure I've ever had and he is now the only person I'll go to for my feet. Unfortunately, my feet are ugly so I won't be posting them on yelp but I am very pleased. What I loved most is before he performed the pedi he told me the price so we were on the same page. Michael you are THE MAN. He also did my brows to my liking and I couldn't be any happier!! Let's not forget about T at the front desk. He's so cool and laid back and has a swag about him that makes it less stressful to be there. He doesn't say much but you can go and talk to him while you wait and he doesn't mind. I don't come frequently but he always remembers me! I love that because they are more personal with their customers! All in all, I definitely recommend this place as it is a perfect place to come and relax. I hope they don't ever close or Michael never leaves! This place is amazing!!! read more

I came here to get a shellac manicure and a regular pedicure on 2/18/2017. You're welcomed with a friendly face and the area is nice and clean. My review is more related to the quality of my shellac manicure (I don't care THAT much about how my pedicures look-I care, but not as my as a manicure). The diversity of colors for the shellac is amazing! There's so many to choose from and I like all the colors. During my manicure, I like how they didn't use a drill to shave down my nail bed as I have really brittle and thin nails already. The procedure was pretty standard and I like the length that my nails were filed down to. When she was completed, the bottom paint part where the cuticles are were covered, and it didn't have a smooth curve at the bottom of the nail bed. I would say, not so neatly done or I may just be picky b/c I've definitely had better. Fast forward to 2/24/2017, one of my nails have already started peeling. Not even a week has passed. I think this is due to the paint initially covering the bottom of my nail (a bit on my skin) and when it grew out a bit, it had flaked up a bit or didn't connect to the nail very well. I have been going to this salon for years and usually have only minor issues. However, I went this week and watched the male owner swipe and charge me twice for my services (80.99 x 2) saying one didn't go through. I pulled it up on my mobile banking app to show him that it had. Instead of refunding me on the spot, he makes a point to call his "machine guy" to figure out why it charged me twice (mind you, he swiped my card twice on two different machines). I called my bank on the spot and was informed I could cancel but the business could still collect. I'm officially never stepping foot back into this place. I'm not sure how this place got the 4-5 star rating which prompted me to try this place. I just left Bling after getting a Paraffin pedicure and Dipped nails. I am sitting in the chair at a different nail shop getting a polish change on that $30 pedi and I would only pay them half price for the mess they left on my hands. The initial nail tech got attitude when I requested to have the old dip powder soaked off individually instead of immersing my fingers in a bowl of acetone. I came in on May 13th. I received a jelly pedicure. The jelly pedicure was very nice. I always get my toes white....ALWAYS. For some reason this time my toes started turning brown 3 days after getting them done. I called the owner on Monday, May 18th to inform him of the issue and he told me to send a picture to his phone. After I sent the picture he told me there was nothing he can do and I should have called Saturday because they have a 3 day policy. VERY BAD BUSINESS. I just paid 40.00 for a pedicure plus left a 10.00 tip and he wants me to spend another 10.00 for a polish change. He also stated that everyone had been calling in complaining bout the white turning. Which means that it must be your polish!!! And not the customer. I will never come back. The jelly pedicure was nice but many other nail salons offer that service. read more
