Steve came out and met us in the back yard with a cute couple of pups, and our dog had such a good time playing that I think he thought it was the best vacation ever. I laughed so hard watching them play, I wished I had caught it on film because it was so funny. The house is an easy walk to Downtown Bend. It's off in a neighborhood, so you feel like you're getting a real feel for what it is like to live in the area. There were two bathrooms, one with a claw foot tub, and I had an excellent bath. The other bath had an amazing walk in shower. I fell in love with the creative, and thoughtful design of the spaces and Steve was generous with his time and showed me another space in the triplex. Such creative design, it was just fun to hang out in the house. Bend is surrounded by incredible natural beauty, so we went hiking every day. The hot tub at the end of the day was perfect. The kitchen is set up fully so, it would be easy to cook though we didn't since Bend is filled with great restaurants. Both Alex and Steve are great hosts. This place is amazing and I would highly recommend choosing to stay at one of the Enchanted Dwellings, I know we will be back on our next trip to Bend.

The house had a nice retro decor and a great backyard with a stellar gas fire pit and hot tub. They did not skimp on the details. The kitchen had chef quality appliances and the futon bed was very comfortable. A couple of amenities that we very much enjoyed were the loaner snow shoes and the free passes to the movies! Lastly, we traveled with our pets and this place was a dog lovers gem. Our pups also gave it paws up!!!

It is not crowded, and we don't worry about the kids and where they are at as much when we are at Caldera Springs. They have a great pool to play in (with 2 hot tubs), canoeing, kayaking, paddle boards, fishing, bikes, tennis courts, a workout room with plenty of equipment, shuffle board, a Wii in the lodge, a play ground area, trails galore, and of course, the par 3 with putting greens, and also 2 full size Par 5 holes off the back side of the Par 3. I told them my friends were leaving on Sunday and I was going to stay an extra night on Sunday night and wanted to reserve Sunday night when I called them...I asked if they wanted my payment info and the woman said no and that I could pay when I got there. the lady ended up charging my friend instead! when we asked for a refund for Sunday night, we were refused because we missed cancellation period. When we got there the first night, we parked in a parking lot and had to walk to our camp site...hauling everything was a hassle. there were 3 tent sites and all sites had to share 1 porta potty. the reason I am giving this site 1 star is because they are wayyyyy overpriced, considering you have to park and walk to site, share a porta potty, and get spied on and penny pinched for every fee possible. they ended up charging us $60/night ...original price was $37/night but they charged us extra for 2 extra adults and 1 extra car. total rip-off considering there are nearby campgrounds that have bigger sites, better bathrooms, can drive onto site for $10/night and you wouldn't have someone spying on you while you camp. skip this KOA, go for other campgrounds that won't rip you off.

Discovery Sunriver had a special with a 10% discount for tennis players. When I called and asked for this discount they were going to get back to me. I emailed 3 times and have not had a response This seems very unprofessional. Let alone false advertising This was the most expensive rental that I looked at compared to other agencies, but I thought for a few more dollars it would be special I'll let you be the judge. I will never use them again as there are plenty of very good rental agencies in Sunriver. I have been renting homes in Sunriver for about 20 years and have never been treated in such an unprofessional manner

The worst vacational rental property unit and agent I have ever used. I cannot recommend using this…read moreagency to any one! The manager of the property never left her desk or spoke to me on 4 visits to their office with my concerns or requests. The rental description failed to state the house backed up to an active railroad line with trains going through frequently including around 4am or the winding staircase to the upstairs bedrooms in the kitchen! According to the maid tip request the last cleaning was 3 months before our stay. Entering the rental, there were no coverings over a 36" sq. window, there was no gate around the outdoor hot tub which opened to the street, there was no heat to the up stairs bedrooms and bath, there was mold and exposed wires to light in shower, the pillows on bed were soiled and not enough pillow cases to cover the stains, the smell of pet urine from the soiled (stains brown covered the underside) rug in the laundry room could knock you on your butt, and the kitchen cabinets exterior was peeling off the doors...the manager offered a compensation after the 4th trip to the office which was puny. I asked that the front walk be shoveled after the snows and the put down blue salt to melt the snow which is toxic to dogs let alone burning their paws. The rentals around the unit, managed by another company were plowed and shoveled after each storm...not of interest to this manager. I offered to show the manager pictures of the problems with the unit but she did not respond or show interest. I'm physically disabled and would not have rented this unit if I had known about the train traffic, spiral staircase, lack of heat to the upstairs bedrooms and bath, or the managers lack of concern for the snow removal and ice accumulation on the car park. I would never rent from this agency again even though I visit Sun River frequently and plan a trip again in April.

Dan is an absolute legend when it comes to coordinating repairs and maintenance. Unlike other property management companies we have rented through, Superior actually feels like they have our best interests in mind and have been extremely accommodating and communicative. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in Bend.

To top it off they just lied and said that my current landlord said she was not aware I lived here with my fiance. She's known about me since before i moved in, we have a very good relationship with her and she enjoys us a tenants. We had a bad feeling the entire time about this company and it was right. They wasted our time on a house that has been up for rent for months , which clearly is their fault. I would never rent from them or use them for a rental property. Also after talking to multiple people in Bend, I have learned they use rental history as a reason to deny people falsely all the time. Even rental owners are extremely upset with this company.
