Shower with dark spots on white grout
    Deanne P.

Stayed in a condo on Redtail Hawk Dr. It so one of the ones that hasn't been remodeled yet which we didn't mind except there have been several things that don't work in our room. The downstairs bathroom door lock doesn't work right, you have to hold the door up and jiggle it to get the lock to latch. The fireplace stopped working and we had to call for repairs. The staff has been very friendly when we have had to call and we appreciate that so much. I do wish the room had been a little cleaner, the tile in the shower has dark spots on the white grout. The kids have enjoyed the resort going on bike rides and playing on the deck. I think with the remodel the units will get better and really make a difference. With the helpful and friendly staff we will try the resort again in the future we will just be sure to ask for a remodeled room.

I can't say enough great things about this place! It was beautiful, so very comfortable, everyone was very friendly, and I was able to relax and have a great time with my family! We had a 2 bedroom suite. Our room had a king bed and the other had 2 twins, and the living area had a Murphy bed which was so so comfortable as well. We also had a jacuzzi bath tub in the master room and a walk in shower. The bathroom was giant. I loved it. The only disappointment was the shower head was so difficult to move around. Our bed was so comfortable. I had to make sure the curtains were closed during the day most of the time due to golfers walking by our driving by on their carts, but it wasn't too bad. Our suite had a full kitchen with a stove and dishwasher which was nice. There were dishes and glasses and pots and pans which was so convenient. Another great aspect was having a washing machine and a dryer in our suite. There were 5 of us staying including 3 teenage girls. Best way to stay for sure! I can't wait to come back some time!

    My happy place ; )

We love this place.. the grounds are beautifully manicured and neat as a pin... the pools are clean and just warm enough . :(

Check in was smooth and they even have someone drive you to the rooms and explain all the ins and outs. We stayed in the bungalows, which come with breakfast in the morning and a private golf buggy. The room is gorgeous and fitted with pretty much anything you need. There's a sunk in living room, with a giant L shaped couch. 2 massive TV's with chrome cast. Heated flooring in the bathroom. Private hottube outside. The breakfast is good, but nothing to write home about. Fresh pastries, fruit, and yogurt. It does get delivered to the door, which is a nice touch. The buggy is also really handy as the resort is pretty massive, so although getting around on foot is certainly possible, the cart makes it a lot easier. As for amenities, there's more than what we could even do. Family pools, adult-only pools, archery, horseback riding? and much more. The fitness facility is also surprisingly well stocked, with barbells, dumbbells, and cable machines.

Both were dry-, like they'd been cooked off site. Room was good enough, carpet was dirty and stained but we stayed at a pet friendly room so that may be it.

Another place I really wanted to visit was the indoor heated pool area that looked amazing. Maybe next time!
