The prices are a few dollars higher than some other salons, but my appointment usually lasts an hour and 15 minutes, whereas everybody else hurries it up and gets it done in 35 in Beavercreek. read more

This hurts submitting this review because before now, I really loved this nail salon. I'm not sure the nail technician's name, but it was my first time being serviced by her and it was not the best. I was there for an acrylic fill in with Shellac gel polish. She did not apply any base gel coat. More in a safety way, I am concerned because my cut and bleeding cuticles were never addressed or cared for. I had to ask for alcohol to treat and disinfect them myself before leaving. Everyone has bad days so maybe this day was bad for her. I did not tip due to her lack of care or concern after injuring me. During previous visits, I've been known to willingly tip over 20% in cash to the technicians who completed my service. Tools were not sanitized before or after. I immediately applied my own Neosporin antibiotic ointment to treat the open wounds in hopes that I don't contract an infection. I work in the medical industry so this was a huge thing for me. I hope that she undergoes more training to help prevent any future similar occurrences with other guests. read more

As soon as I entered in the door I was greeted immediately and everyone was friendly. I looked online and their website was user friendly, since I needed my nails done same day I chose not to book through the app per the tip in their calendar online. The salon was clean, looked nice inside. I believe the woman who did my nails was Tina, she was great! Very kind and she does amazing nails. I did a dip color change that was originally done at a different salon. From what I could observe the other customers were happy and relaxed. I will be returning to this great salon! I hate to give one stars, but this has turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had from a nail salon. I went in for a basic pedicure, and the nail technician made multiple of my toes BLEED with the cuticle clippers. She did not adknowledge the bleeding and did nothing to try to stop the bleeding. She continued painting my nails and there is literally blood mixed into the paint. It has been 3 days and my toes still hurt. Not worth the $60 pedicure when it was really short and a large blemish in the gel polish

Still a wonderful place to come except for one technician. She's the older woman who wears glasses. I came in today with my mom, sister and niece to get pedicures and I knew as soon as I got her that I should've just left. I've given her multiple chances and each time she really gets worse. My mom and sister's technicians began before my technician did, and when my technician was done with my pedicure, theirs were still massaging them. She didn't massage well, she talked the entire time to others except me, she jerked my feet around and was demanding, she took a break to talk to someone who came in (I assume her son) and she didn't apologize...absolutely zero hospitality. I stopped coming here because I always managed to get her as a technician. She seems snobby and acts like she is above what she does (I've been coming here for years) I am going to have to learn to be able to request anyone but her. I feel rude doing it, but it's not worth paying for the same service as everyone else and getting mediocre service while theirs is exceptional. I am a nurse and work with children and love serving others, so when I go somewhere to receive a service, the person providing the service should act like she wants to do what she is getting PAID to do. read more

I gave this nail spa another try today and I should have known better... I asked for a pedi and dip/mani. What really irritated me was that the nail technician kept leaving me to wax other customers eyebrows while she was doing my dip. She kept telling me: You play on your phone - I will be back in five minutes. A: I don't want to play on my phone while you are helping other customers when you should finishing up my nails... B: What kind of Service is THAT? I spend almost two hours on the nail salon. The pedicure is really bad. I touched my feet at home and discovered that she barley scrubbed any off the calluses. I had to redo my feet at home. My nails are uneven and look so awful that I am going to another nail studio in the morning to have them redone - and nope I did not receive the manicure I asked for. I literally spend 70 bucks for nothing... Save your money and go to another nail spa. There are plenty around in Beavercreek. read more

The salon manager/owner is a very nice man who makes small talk with his clients (seated at the front of the salon or even while getting their nails done). Something else I really liked was that clients sign in, in the order they arrive. I liked it, and it was very efficient. In terms of location, it's amazing. There's ample parking and the salon is so extremely easy to get to. There's no way you can get lost! And I'm from out of state! It was my Engagement Ceremony weekend so I brought my FSIL, sister and cousin to get our nails done. I was egging for a nice experience to kick off the week of festivities- especially since my family didn't know C's family. Who doesn't like to get pampered? Got a mani/pedi gift certificate from a friend for helping her plant her spring garden (an all day event!) but waited until August to use it. I'd been satisfied with my salon in Kettering and liked the fact that it was conveniently close to my home and fairly easy to get an appointment. I didn't realize what I was missing! My friend told me to ask for Ann, so made the appointment with her. She was waiting for me when I arrived and was very pleasant to chat with. I was impressed with her excellent English (she's Vietnamese) and the cleanliness of the salon itself. The "thrones" are comfy and plentiful and I got the best pedicure! I've have a hard time in the past getting some of my nail techs to cut my nails as short as I'd like but Ann cut them perfectly. I decided to try the warm paraffin pedi and ... MAN! It was the best pedi I'd ever had! The hot towels on your shins/calves was wonderful! If this place had a liquor license they'd be swamped! : D After my pedi it was on to the fill/manicure. Ann suggested my doing an acrylic overlay with an airbrush French which she finished off with the clear baked-on gel overlay. I'd never had that done that way but my nails looked amazing! And the manicure lasted 4 WEEKS! I was sold! I've since changed salons and will gladly make the 20+ minute drive to have my nails done by a true pro. You won't be disappointed. read more

This nail salon has given terrible service the last two times I have been there I used to always go here a few years ago before moving and loved it well 2 years later I have started going back and will never go back again the staff was very rude and when the guy was doing my nails he was very hard and he actually hurt my hands. My most recent visit was July 14th and I got my regular acrylic fill with gel polish which gel polish is supposed to last for awhile well not even two days later the polish was peeling off my nails and chipping and definitely not pretty I went back in on July 17th asking for them to fix it and they were so rude and even tried to charge me for the price of a color change which is ridiculous. I have had acrylic nails before, but she had such attention to details, no crummy stuff underneath from the gel overlay, and no rough edges on the sides. She really showed her A + experience. I'm not a typical go-to nail salon regular customer, but she did such a great job, I know for certain I'm only going back to her to get my fills done to keep my nails looking this nice! not only was her nail job beautiful, she had me done from start to finish in under an hour for my fresh full set. The staff is friendly, it's clean, and generally the wait time isn't long. They have a great selection of colors, both regular nail polishes and shellac. Omg! Run!!! I got a pedicure here and it was mediocre, to say the least... I didn't get a color painted on, I asked for French tips. I noticed as I left that the left side of my big toe nail was kind of whiter in color under the polish, but I just figured it was the paint. Two weeks later as the polish had worn off a bit, I noticed that the white spot was still there, I slid my finger nail along my big toe nail and the whole left side came up!! I wish I could post a picture!! The whole upper nail was completely sliced away from the lower nail bed!!! I freaked out! "Be Pampered" were the last people to touch my feet! I hadn't taken any nail clipper to my toes or hit it against anything! I went into the "spa" the next day and showed them... She said it could have been from my shoe... Yeah, I'm sorry but putting my feet in my shoes does not make my toes nails split open between the layers... All the way to the bottom... And me not feel it?! Yeah... No... That would take some kind of utensil... Long story short, she told me that they don't give refunds, she wanted to GLUE my toe nail back down (even though she admitted that if any moisture got under there I could get an infection) or she said she could try to cut it off.... I told her that I could do that myself and that I wanted a refund because it's going to take a LONG time before this toe nail looks normal again! She gave me less than half of my money back after a long discussion and the manager came out and was very unfriendly and acted like it was all my fault.... Yeah... So, don't go here... There are better places at the Dayton mall and the mall at Fairfield commons, with nicer people too... Spare yourself the disaster... You'd think since this place is still new that'd they would be kinder and more willing to help to keep a good reputation, but Nope!...
